Sales person was not truthful with the price of the device. Quoted one price on a device (with promotions) and charged a completely different price on my bill (without the promotion price). He obviously did not include the promotion on my account. He stated that it bill will auto correct and provide the phone charge credit - it did not. No accountability whatsoever.

I went for help to get my phone working. They were only able to sell me a new phone and program my Sim Card. They could not sell me Sim Card Tray. Verizon if your listening you need to fix this. Your a cell phone provider. Not a NEW Cell Phone Provider. If I can take my Car in for service where I bought it, why can I not do the same with my cell phone service? Do Better Verizon Wireless...I pay you almost $200 a month and my issue requires a trip to another store....:-(

The solutions manager Luis was very threatening when he got irritated with me and my questions. I have not felt that close to a physical altercation since the playground in middle school. I left because I was worried about my safety. He has anger problems that are not under control. I will never set foot that store again. I recommend if you have to go there to go with a friend or two. It is not safe.

It would have been nice if the employees had reset my husbands phone instead of telling him to call tech support. I understand after reading about changed at Verizon that the changes by management has created staff who are not knowledgeable or prefer to have customers go to third party tech supports. Management should reconsider.

Was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Manager Khaled on 10/12/21 dismissed my problem of a faulty accessory within the first minute of talking to him and tried to turn his back to me to move on to the next customer. I had to go through Verizons corporate customer service to find the resolution - they assured me that this problem could and should have been taken care of at the store while I was there earlier in the day.

I had a very positive experience at this Verizon store on January 22, 2021. I needed to exchange a phone I purchased online before the 14-day period expired. Mailing it back wouldve taken me past that period. Frank, one of the customer service representatives, helped me without a hitch. He was very polite and accommodating. Even though phone I wanted was not available, he processed my return quickly and provided resources to find another phone. Very pleased with the service!

Ive had verizon for years. In the beginning, they use to hook you up with free accessories or waive activation fee. These days, not a chance. Matter of fact their iphone 11 doesnt even come with a headset or a cable connector. Youll have to pay full price for those or get it at Amazon.

I had a really great experience here. A store review is so dependent on which customer service rep you get and I luckily got to work with Kyle & Dang. I was in there for three hours and Im not complaining about it because they made it very bearable. I was switching over 5 lines form 2 different carriers so I knew it was going to be a lengthy process. They were incredibly patient and friendly. They also were very thorough and answered my many, many questions I had. I even had to go back a few days after to deal with something phone related and Kyle not only recognized me but helped me efficiently and was just as friendly and professional. Phone business is always a bit stressful and not fun but Dang & Kyle really made it seamless and actually a much better experience than I was anticipated. Thank you both for your great customer service!

That seems to be a pretty clean place but the staff is busy and they dont have enough staff most of the time so you have to hang out and wait around so Im not crazy about that. Verizons prices are not that good and their deals for kind of weird sometimes so Im not a big fan of that as well. Buyer beware its up to you whatever you want to get you better research it.

I had questions about my new phone that I purchased last week and was considering returning it. The salesman was very helpful and patient with me and even showed me apps I could add to make my phone better for me. Even though I didnt make a purchase today, he was very helpful and spent a lot of time explaining the phones options as well as the different choices of phones, if I did want to return it for another brand. I really appreciate that extra help! Especially when the salesman is on commission!!

Great customer service. Was there for an upgrade. They did try to sell us their preferences, gave us recommendations, and listened to my requests. In the end, I was able to get what I intended to purchase in the first place. One of the better Verizon locations. Sometimes you have to drive farther to get better service .

I would not go back there,I went for a simple refund on my shield that I got with my note9 and they offered me 1.49 back.i went outside called Verizon customer service and they gave me full credit towards my next bill,which is fine.That Verizon location is not a corporate store,go only to corporate stores you will see the difference.The way to find out just call Verizon give them your zip code, they will tell you where there is one close to you.

After being told there were just a couplepeople ahead of me, I waited and waited while customer after customer was seen before me. The network had the option to replace my phone a week ago and still havent. They have been collecting phone service payments and device payments for four months from me. I had to go back twice and it took up my whole day. They almost lost my original phone number. And they act like they are experts. They refused to transfer my old phone info....I am not that tech savvy.....who does that !! Got back to Chicago after spending time in Huntington Beach. My phone never received Wi-Fi or internet . 30 days with no service . only texting. Had to use daughters Wi-Fi.Finally went to a wonderful location in Waukegan, Il.Said.... I brought my niece in to transfer her service to her new i-phone, we advised the gentleman at the door taking names that the account was under her fathers name and he was not with us. He advised that they could text him for verification and someone would be right with us. 30 mins later someone came to assist us and he said that he would not be able to help. Why did we waiste 30 mins. Waiting for someone to help if they were not able too.

My daughter bought a new phone and he helped transfer everything to the new phone which took a long time. My husband and I both had problems with our old 5s phones. He helped us with everything and got them working again. He was very patient and thorough.

Waited 45 minutes for a screen protector they couldnt find. Once they did, the salesman didnt know how to apply it, so we had to wait for another one. He tried to apply it and couldnt. I got a song and dance that my phone was too new, and Samsung hadnt perfected the new screen protectors yet. He said just get a new case instead. (That wont protect my screen!) We wound up refunding my money and I got a sturdier case. I will deal with it when I return from my 2 week trip.

Constantly being lied to or mislead by sales people. If you call them out on it or complain they fain ignorance about what was said or agreed upon at that time. Which wouldnt be an issue if they werent constantly lying just to get a sale. 👎 Buy online direct were the return policy is more honest and any conversations are written or recorded.

I walked into the Verizon store & wasnt greeted or acknowledged. I stood at the front desk for a few minutes where there were four salespeople talking amongst themselves & again I wasnt acknowledged or even asked if I needed help or if I had any questions. I gave up & walked over to the smart phones & compared the three models I was interested in by myself. At no time did any sale person approach me & this went on for about 15 minutes. After doing my own research I left the Verizon store. If I were their boss ld fire them all or at the very least re-train them on how to act when a customer walks in & actually try to sell something. By the way, the store was NOT crowded at the time & it was a Monday afternoon. I rated them 2 out of 5 stars because Ive had good customer service from this store in the past.

Had an in store pick up. Placed it 3 hours before arriving and they estimated it would take two. Took 30 minutes to put a phone in a box before we had to ask them for it. Also I had received a text message 20 minutes before we asked about it saying it was ready. Unfortunately, that was this experience.
