Very rude people and scammers

If i could give them 0 stars i would. they seem professional, clean and nice. thats just a hook to get you to sign a contract. they lie about the items that are included in the packet. they change their stories. they are unprofessional. i had 2 appointments and when i got there the place was closed!! they claim tney forgot i had a late appointment. they ordered my wrong wedding dress. they didnt have my boyfriends suit ready. 1st it was to small, 2nd of all the pants didnt fit, 3rd he got to work late because of how long he had to wait to even try on his suit(3hrs)4th the suit arrived 1 week before the wedding like what the?? we are spending his hard earned money on this place that is expensive and unprofessional. not worth your money or time. please stay away fro this place i am receiving my dress 1day before my wedding because they are unpredictable unprofessional and careless. plus bonus i spotted a roach inside. ewww cant believe our clothing was there.

I have to say, this boutique really does have a great selection of beautiful dresses but... At first glance they seem very professional but its all just to get you to sign a contract when buying a dress or renting an outfit. Service was actually quite bad, appointments were postponed because an employee didnt want to work that day. I came from about two hours away just to have my appointment postponed. I had ordered a dress they had on display with a bit of customized things, all minor things. And when I went to pick it up they had told me that I never included those customizations in the order. I had to bring up documents of the whole order because they didnt quite remember me saying anything about that. Obviously, any business would keep record of that but apparently they didnt. Fortunately I was able to add my customizations to my dress but the quality of it all was just quite bad. They also didnt have my order ready by the set date. I went home with half of my dress and was told that the rest would be shipped. I find this to be irresponsible on their side. This boutique really made finding a dress much more difficult than it shouldve been.

If i could id give them a zero.I went with my daughter shopping for her quicenera dress. We were all excited she even had her friend with her. The worker who was there to assist her didnt greet us with a smile she was depressed looking and mad that she had to work. She didnt even speak at first. They have so many dresses as you can see and only let my daughter try on 2 dresses. These dresses cost over $800 And thats how they treat their costumers. My daughters friend even felt uncomfortable. The dresses they have you can find anywhere else esp online. Who ever owns this business needs to find friendly new workers who actually want to work not just stand around. I went else were and the other stores made us feel welcomed.

When you enter the store they dont even attend you, you look, they dont take care of you.

Very bad customer service ... the lady who attends does not have professionalism, criticizes your body shape and wants you to buy what she wants not what the client wants ... if the dress is too expensive, she emphasizes a but that costs so much thats not the problem of the lady if the dress costs more or much more is not a comment that you should say to your customers .... definitely not a place that I would like to return even to see the dresses for any other occasion.

Very bad experience. They told me that it was coming in May and September arrived. They told me that Ivan gave it to me one day and handed it to me 2 days later. The staff very unprofessional. The manager Victor in arrogant with power. It gives those that can everything that no problems and when something goes wrong not its lights. Lidia doesnt know why shes in charge if it doesnt help you at all. I really didnt want to go back. Asta to sue them for incunplidores. They do not get to that time very beautiful but it is not worth the extres that provoke you for not having things on time.

It is an excellent place, but we must not forget that many customers who demand items that have not been ordered, in general very good service and very professional staff.

They mis-ordered my 15s quinceañera dress, once they realized it, they remedied it and had a week before the agreed date for the dress. The rest was good, the bouquet of flowers, the crown and the dress all beautiful.

Not recommended ... they are very punctual to deliver them and the suits are dirtywhen they give them to you and when you go to rent them they take the measurements and when they are delivered to you it is not the measure.
