Do not recommend this place! No recomiendo a este lugar! I went to get invitations done for my wedding, a very simple design with simple information, after two tries they still couldnt get my invitations right!! And each time took a week longer it was such a waste of time! Even after i canceled and tried to get my deposit back the owner herself mayra kept beating around the bush made me drive back down to the store to get told she never left my deposit! Staff is very rude photographer doesnt know how to listen to customers! Thanks to Melissa everything got resolved and she was the only one who tried to genuinely help me out!! Never again doing business here.

I really enjoyed my 15 and how they overall decorated. They communicate pretty well with their customers. They explain we’ll everything so your not left with a lot of questions. The food was beyond good and the servants were helpful too. I enjoyed my 15 thanks to them. The movie came out pretty quickly. Tops to 3 three weeks. Everything came out pretty nice.

I love everything about the party. I would recommend these people 100% All the staff was on point and on time. The food was delicious and the bartender was really polite and nice. I live in texas and right now my daughter is 12 but I will come.back and hired you guys no questions ask. Thank you for doing your job extra good.

Had my daughter ‘s quince two weeks ago. This is the second one I do with mayra and Carmen the food, the place, the cake, dj, the tables tuxedos and decorations were above our expectations. Carmen has a lot a knowledge and understanding on what it takes to plan and organize a party. Thank you Carmen my whole family had a wonderful time and my daughter loved it.

They catering for our wedding. They dress the hall so beautiful. The staff was wonderful everything was perfect.on july 21st the best day of our life.

Well I just had my event on July 8 2017 n everything they promised I got my daughter was happy which was the most important thing for me all my guests n family were happy they did everything my daughter wanted her dress was beautiful the hall was decorated how she wanted n the waiters were awesome special the main guy his name is Brian he made sure all the guests had there food n then get there plate picked up after they were done Brian was on top of everything n he make sure all the waiters were doing what they were supposed to do the decorating of the hall was beautiful all my guests were so happy n they really enjoy the party.

They did a really good job with my dress and the rest of the things also came out good. I really loved my 15 video they did a reall really good job with that.

I had my daughters Sweet 16 last month and I have to say that it was the most beautiful and memorable day of my daughters life. The food, service and the bartender was excellent!!! The Salon and their security was excellent as well. The photographer chuey and his assistant/wife were beyond amazing!!! My daughters dress was beautiful. Overall happy with the outcome and a special thanks to Carmen for being so sweet and understanding. Gracias Mayra por todo....❤

No lo recomiendo. I do not recommend this place.!!! This is worst place to go if youre trying to plan for a quinceñera. The photographer was rude. The staff took forever to give the party video we paid. Also the digital album. They even put their logo on the digital album, thats not right. The quince was in August and ended up giving the video and digital album months later.. Small pictures to give out to the guests (that we payed for.) at the party, was given to us a couple of days ago. We spent so much money for the worst service ever.

I just had my quince March 25, 2018 ilusiones Mayra is the best place to go to for any party event don’t believe any of these other comments they have amazing decorations, food, people, they have great service. First I’m going to start off with one of the staff his name is Brian honestly he’s the best he was there for me since day 1 until the end on the day of my party he did everything so nice my family, friends, parents, and I were happy and grateful for everything he did at my party he’s a really great person! Then Mayra she was the most patient person ever everyone that works at ilusiones Mayra is the best photographer, and all the staff I am very grateful for everything they did everything came out perfect and how I dreamed my 15 was going to be. Everyone should go here I recommend this place it’s very great ❤️ My pictures, party, everything came out great and Ask for Brian he’s an amazing person and will help you out with whatever you need he’s an amazing person. He also did my choreography and it came out perfect everyone loved it and everyone loved the party I recommend this place I am very satisfied thank you ilusiones Mayra for everything thank you everyone Brian, Mayra, the photographer, Sara, everyone thank you so much so everyone go here don’t listen to the other comments this place is amazing and will make you super happy

I recommend this place 100%!!! We had my daughters quinceañera with them and everything was beautiful. Their staff is very helpful and very well explain everything. Prices very reasonable. Ever since day one that we started planning with them everything turned out great. Every phone call and every question were answered. And most important everything turned out as we chose and wanted. All the staff right on top of everything. Everything was just outstanding, her dress was beautiful and was given to me on time. The hall was big and beautiful, centerpieces and decorations just as I wanted. The food very good and enough for my 400 guests. Waiters right on task. Drinks were outstanding, bar tenders were great. Drinks that I had left over were all given back to me. Photographers very professional. Photobooth very fun. Limo right on time. Oh! And the candy/fruit table was beautiful and delicious. My guests and family all loved and enjoyed our party, but most important was that with the help of all the wonderful staff, my daughter was happy because she felt as the princess she wanted to feel on her special day. Thank you Ilusiones Mayra and all the staff for such a great job and for making my daughters quinceañera such a fabulous success. I will so come back again😉

I had my quince August 4th and it was AMAZING ! Everything went so great I had an amazing time and everything was just so beautiful. Thanks to Carmen this all went smoothly and it really took stress off my parents. If it wasn’t for Carmen and everyone else I don’t think my party would’ve been the way it was. The hall was already decorated 2 days before my party, the food was on time, the candy table was so cute and everything was just great I had an amazing day and I’m really grateful for everything that everyone did to make my day special. I really recommend this place and if you want the best service hands down Carmen is the best. Shes kind, sincere, funny and really pays attention and listens to what you have to say. Once again this is a good place to go to. Todo salio bien gracias a ellos! Si recomiendo este lugar :)

My quinceañera was a year ago to be exact. Up to this day I am still very amused by the beautiful job that “Ilusiones Mayra” did for me. My party was exactly how I dreamed thanks to Mayra, her crew, and my parents. The whole package was very nice, my dress, the hall, food, cake, pictures, limo, photo booth just everything in general. All of the crew was very nice and always on task on everything. If I would have the chance to do a party again I would definitely go back to “Iluisones Mayra.” My quinceañera is a memory that I will treasure forever because it was my dream come true. Thanks again to my parents and of course Mayra and all of her crew for working very hard and making everything so beautiful for me😍💓👏🏼

Had my quinceanera dress made from here my mom said my party was may 1st because we had seen reviews on the place saying they were bad at timing & despite the reviews we decided to try it & see what was up, two weeks before may 1st we had got no call from them saying we needed to go pick up my dress I told my mom to call she gave them 2 days then she called & they said it would be ready on the Wednesday of that week Wednesday comes around no dress a week later still no dress the Monday of the week to follow was may 1st I was mad at this point 2 weeks before my quincenera ( my quincenera was June 17) I finally had gotten my dress the day of my party when I put on my dress I noticed the second to last layer of tool was put on backwards & the horse shes that were originally on the dress werent there I was just like whatever nothing we can do now I got on to my sisters truck I heard a sound when I sat down I realized it was my dresses sleeve that had ripped I had to cover it with a scarf looking thing last minute then after the church I had gotten in the limo & I heard the familiar sound of my dress ripping it was the same sleeve & it was hanging on my a thread I had then asked the driver to take us to Victoria gardens with my court & one of my chabelanes had realized the tool was torn so then we get to the hall & before it was time to dance we went to practice outside and then I couldnt even walk in it so I went inside crying it fit me long because the lady had told us the piece that goes at the bottom of the dress to make it puffy was to big & we had to cut it so we did she was wrong so I had to my mom sister & aunt had to cut the last 3 layers of tool of the bottom of my dress after I danced my Vals I took my dress of right away and put on my surprise dance & stayed in it the whole night because I did not want to wear that dress again. My dress was not even worth the $1,000+ Spent if I could give illusiones mayra less than 1 star I would

I should have not believed in these people when I questioned them about their bad reviews! The lady named Mayra said that it was only the competition around giving them the bad reviews. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I had already given her a big deposit which she would keep if I canceled. The quinceañera was this past Saturday at the Riviera Hall in Huntington Park. To start the table where my daughter was to sit at was not how we had agreed to when it came to the decor for that table. I mentioned it to her the day before and she said it would be fixed by Saturday morning and it was not. I noticed there was only 4 cloth napkins per table so I thought it was just for decor. But when it came to everyone having their dinner which by the way it was from 5 to 7 but the people catering the event werent ready till 7 and they didnt have paper napkins either, the waiters said that they were provided at the table,and I said but there is 8 to 9 seats per table and only 4 cloth napkins, so are my guest suppose to share their napkins and all they said was I dont know! Another of the waitress that was listening to what I was complaining about comes out with a .99Cent bag with 2 small packs of napkins and the very thin paper plates and says well we have these napkins but they are for when we cut the cake. Then as I am walking away from them upset my son approaches me and asks if I have tried the food? I said no why? He tells me to look around and notice how nobody is eating the pasta, that he had already tried it and it tasted spoiled. So I go get a sample of everything and sure enough the pasta had gone bad and when I told the lady that was serving it she trasted it and she even agreed with me. I felt so embarrassed with my guest. I right away called Mayra and she sent her assistant Griselda to confirm what I was complaining about she offered to replace it which by the time she got to the event to confirm and by the time she got back with the pasta 2 hours had gone by.Around 8:50 the people catering told me they were leaving that if I had foil pans so they could leave the remaining food because they where taking all there catering dishes I told them no because no one told me to take any. Si I sent my son to buy some. Next every time the bathroom would run out of toilet paper I had to go tell them to fill it and they would get bothered or they would just hand me 2 rolls so I could replace it myself. They wouldnt have run out so fast if they had gotten better quality, they where so small and thin that they would run out after 4 uses. And by 10 pm they said they didnt have any more toilet paper. So I had to leave my party to go to the store to buy more and the funny thing or not so funny was that after I filled each bathroom stall with paper and left the extra on top of the bathroom counter, one of the ladies helping with thee event went inside the restrooms and removed all the extra toilet paper I had just purchased and when I asked her for more she said they didnt have any that she had already told me that before. I then told her I now and I went and bought some and left the extra in the bathroom and you just took it fromm there my mother just saw you and now you are saying there is not any, then she said let me go check and she went into a room next to the kitchen where you could see they had plenty of supplies. I dont know what kind of shady business this lady is running because also I paid extra so they could provide 500 beers 250 Modelos and 250 Bud Light and unlimited shots, mixed drinks, and sodas. And thru out the party they were being observed my my family members removing the Modelo beer from the kitchen area from where they had the 500 beers I had paid for into the room next to the kitchen then by 10 they said they were out of it. When I only had 175 guests and not all of them where drinking. I paid a pretty amount of money so it should have been better served for this event.The cake looked nothing like we had agreed on. It looked like a homemade cake. a complete review on Yelp. BEWARE! !!

Nunca recomendare este lugar la Sra Mayra ase un pésimo servicio te ofrecen unas cosas y sale con otras la fiesta de mi hija fue el 5 de sep de este año 2021 y nos iso pagar x cambiar la fecha cuando no se tenía k cobrar extra x la pandemia y muy grosera para hablar la Sra Mayra después nos cobró otros 1000 Mil x una aseguranza que x la pandemia cuando es una mentira k el salón cobro eso y como no keda de otra se los dimos mi contrato originalmente me ofreció aser la misa ahy en el salón xk las Iglesias estaban cerradas y ahy está escrito pues depues me hablo que oara ser la misa en el jardín le llevará 300 se los lleve xk si no no podía ser la misa ahy y oara k el mero día me salió k la misa no la podía ser en el jardín del salón cuando 3 días antes me cobro x eso y muy grosera me dijo k le aga como le aga la misa la Iva ser en el salón y no me regreso los 300 me cobro hasta Iara k me abrieran el salón para ir a meter las cosas el mero día yo pienso k eso no se debe aser y muchas cosas más y solo les digo oara k no caigan en sus mentiras y no les pase lo mismo k nos paso a nosotros

Horrible service! They know how to make invitations to us! Their work is rubbish! They are not professionals! Once you give them a deposit, they will never return anything! If you are unsatisfied by the garbage of work they do, I do not recommend it! They dont know how to do if I work! Horrible!
