Awesome place... waiting on installation but service so far is impeccable! Was timely with appt for measurments and helpful w financing. Five stars!

This is the 3rd house in 7 years they have carpeted for me. Always friendly service. The installers that came yesterday were super friendly. It was getting late and they still had one more set of steps to do. It was only going to the basement so I said to just do a waterfall style to save time. I was so impressed when they said they would rather come back the next day and do it as good as they can because there name is on it. So, they came today and the entire job was 100% perfect. I highly recommend Beverly Hills carpet center. There prices are better than any other place and the quality is unbeatable.

Terrible customer service. I had a problem with my install and I have been requesting they come back and fix the job. They have not called me back after leaving six messages. I hate writing bad reviews for local companies but all they need to right what was wronged. Customer service is any easy fix. Before I recommend them to others but will not be doing that moving forward.
