Owners are brothers and are happy to work with you employees even took the time from there lunches to help me load my car great team

The carpet and tile both were put in excellently, every room in my grandmothers home looks great. But the customer service was severely poor. My grandmother is almost 77 years old, and her home was left a disaster. I have pictures of how the staff (and one owner) left her home. One of the employees, a 30-ish male with long dread locks, spoke to my mother and grandmother like garbage, had no regards for their inside cats (who belonged to my deceased grandfather), and thought he could tell my mother and grandmother how to behave in their own home. After speaking with one of the owners over the phone with this matter, was rude & unconcerned with the condition of my grandmothers home. His solution was that “family is going to have to come put it all together”. After I told him that I would not write a good review for their business (because of customer service) he said “well, the thing about reviews is that people can lie”, to which I responded, “pictures do not lie, and you can’t lie to me because we both know what you did.” I DO NOT recommend anyone going with Jackson brothers carpet, unless you too want to be treated this way!
