Never hardly have the phone you want in stock, which makes no sense at all bc most of us want the newest, best phone that just came out, whatever brand you prefer, so youd think theyd make sure they had plenty of them. Also, theyre NEVER open out the posted store hours on EVERY SINGLE DOOR AT EVERY SINGLE BOOST MOBILE STORE. AND MY PERSONAL BIGGEST PET PEEVE IS THAT THEY DO NOT CARRY ANY OFF THE HIGHER END SAMSUNG GALAXY LINE OF PHONES, LIKED MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PHONE EVER, THE NOTES..... NONE OF THEM, NOT ONE!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY??? I MEAN, THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE NEWEST, OVERPRICED IPHONES..... OH, DID I FORGET TO MENTION THAT I HATE, HATE, HATE IPHONES.....??? MY BAD, BUT I DO!!!!!😤😠😡😕👎👎

The sales associate refused to allow me to purchase a sim card for my new phone. He tried to sale a high-end phone in the store to me instead. He then proceeded to tell me that no carrier would provide me with a sim card for my new phone. I immediately left and went to AT&T. They provided a sim card and helped me activate my new phone with a plan I could afford.

Arrived at 1:47 to get help for my dads phone and ask questions about service. Nobody was there. Sign on the door said they would be back at 1:45. Waited almost an hour with my father in the car and still nobody! Unacceptable! Not the way to run a business!😡😡
