I wished i could have gotten at least 1 free activation due to the purchase of 2 phones 2 lines but the overall experience was pleasant. Staff was knowledgeable and most of all friendly respectful and polite. Things that customer service lacks these days. I bought 2 phones last night so the real test is how well i get service on my phone i will find out today.

The Huntington office for Cricket Authorized dealer is by far one of the best places I have ever conducted business with over phone service. They are personal and relate to their customers individual needs. They treat you with respect and dignity no matter who you arent or where your from. They have the best customer service and products to fit your needs and they are knowledgeable of the products they sell.

If I could rate this business zero stars based on my overall experience I would. Without a doubt the worst retail experience of my lifetime. There is a known certain problem with the service in the Barboursville area. But they refuse to acknowledge the problem or do anything about it. You can see it in many of the comments for the Barboursville store. The further up the ladder you go the worse it gets. This is the poorest management team I have ever encountered. Once I moved out of Barboursville the service works fine but everytime I return all phone calls quickly become incoherent incomprehensible to the point I am paying for absolutely nothing. Horrible horrible company from the top down. Recommend nearly anyone else.

My daughter tried to purchase a phone plan on-line. Cricket took the money out of her account and then said they could not process her order!!!! They said it would be Nov. 9th before she would get her refund. She asked since they have her money can they go ahead and ask her what they need to put the request threw so she could get her phone they told her no she would have to send more money to start a new purchase and the money from the original purchase would be mailed back to her. Why would they take money out of her account before they knew if there was a problem with her application ?!?! If this was hard to follow then you know how we feel trying to get an explanation of how they did this and why cant they just get the info they need start her plan (since they know they have her money ) and call it even. Ill never purchase anything from this company. And when my daughter gets her money back neither will she.
