I had a very pleasant experience today purchasing a new iPhone 11. David at AT&T on 9th street and 3rd Ave. Huntington W V was kind, patient, had excellent IT skills about this device. This weekend, I spent two days at Huntingtons AT&T store upgrading and adding like Ive never upgraded and added before. There are several deals happening right now that I qualified for, and Mark was very patient and informative while explaining to me the details of these promotions. I decided to add a tablet Friday evening and left convinced that I needed a new phone. Saturday I went straight back, and Mark was able to help me again. First I went to the AT&T Store on US 60 and the man was no help at all. I was very disappointed.I told my daughter I would drive downtown Huntington near Pullman Square where I had a successful visit to the AT&T Store previously.Im glad I did. Stacey was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful that I was able to accomplish all I intended.I was able to upgrade my data account and both my and my daughters phone with no problem. This store is ran by the rudest, laziest store manager I have ever encountered. She takes great pride in telling you all the reasons she cant help you with anything. Should other staff try and help you she immediately stops them from helping you. I will NEVER go to this store again. The store on rt 60 is much much more helpful.

Purchased a s20 ultra with a iPhone trade in and transferred all the data/ app even took money off my card just to tell me right at the end they couldn’t do the deal because I had some cracks on the back of my phone??? After the deal was already doneWill never come back and be sure to get this to someone higher up

The girl who helped me personally was super, the other girl working was a bit rude and crass, my husband dropped me off and went to park the car, when he tried entering the store she yelled across the store that he couldn’t enter and she was not subtle or dwindle about i, due to the coronavirus and capacity allowed, I can appreciate the rules but she was terribly rude about it!!! For that I was unhappy.

Staff is unhelpful, smug and down right rude. They have no interest in helping customers if it won’t help their sales numbers.

The manager is super helpful.

My husband and I went to this store about 2 weeks ago. This store met all our expectations, we didnt know true customer service existed anymore. We had a gentleman named Ben that helped us out and let me say he was the most helpful man, he gave us the best customer service we have had in years. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions thoroughly! Because of this employee we will continue our services with this AT&T store and recommend this store to others.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. The only problem I have with this store is parking. It is always difficult to find a parking space.

Great place 👍 to get your phone

Arrived at 3:05pm on Friday and two customer service employees were dealing with 2 different clients. I stood and waited and was never acknowledged while I waited. At 3:45 someone was free to help me. While I was waiting someone from the back came out, left the store, returned, and then went into the back again. First time someone acknowledged me was about 25 minutes after I arrived when one of the reps mentioned the wrong date for a customer who needed to have his DirecTV account info switched from his deceased wifes name to his name (and on a side note they charged the poor guy a $20 processing fee). And the reason why I was there was because i had to buy a new phone because the store originally sold me a damaged iPhone and claimed since it was 18 months old it would cost me over $100 for my insurance deductible to have it looked into and possibly repaired

I got a good salesperson. Sometimes the staff just dont know what they are doing and I have waited there for hours before actually getting what I need.

I went to get help with my apple phone on yesterday, I had so many issues, the young lady helped me to resolve every one of them, I dont remember her name, but she was wonderful.

They cant get anything right to save their lives. 3 different people told me 3 different amounts on my bill. Im starting to really hate this place. How can so much go wrong and they still be in business? Its a joke.
