Good place for office and school supplies

Ok NOW I SEE WHY THIA STAPLES HAS A 3.8 RATING, supervisor and or Manager has NO customer interaction skills, whatsoever. I went in ask about the mask restrictions and I share we was going to have a gang show down. Mind you I had a mask and my covid shot (told her several times). It seemed like she was just waiting for this test, rude loud and ignorant and could care less who I wrote to or called . If you dont want to be addressed like a child please stay away from this store, especially during Monday mornings. Im an executive with the airlines and would not hire her to serve soda and.crakers.

I went staples at Huntington station for some printing. It was excellent experience. I went with one of associate name Michelle M she was very professional. She was very very cooperative and she was big help. Keep it up good work. Excellent experience.

Anthony the tech guru was not only competent and knowledgeable, he was incredibly charming and very patient with me, the techno-moron. Everything was set up so even an idiot like me could work my new laptop. He encouraged me to come back in if I needed any further assistance. All the staff is helpful if youre lost looking for something. Love this Staples!

Store has to be closed at 9pm and i am here front of store 8:30pm i came from queens to this store bc printer available only this location but its sucks here

I was looking at a printer, this woman comes up to me while one of the employees were already helping me. She comes and starts screaming and being very disrespectful, her name was tianna. While I tell her thank you but I know I want this printer, she leaves and saids “clearly u don’t know anything.” First she invites her self to a private conversation and than goes on to be rude.

I had to inform anyone and everyone of my experience at this location because the professionalism and kindness here is unheard of.First I must thank the following individuals for taking the time to making my experience a success and very helpful one. I would like thank GAIL, ROB, SAM, and AKASH! these individuals have made me a believer and an advocate for Staples at this location. Each went above and beyond to service me on my purchases and order. I had a very hard time deciding what order to print and Ear buds to purchase, but they made it easy for me to understand and gave me options to think about so that I could get the best results. If you are reading this review, don’t delay come to the Huntington Station location on the corner of Jericho Tpke and Route 110. It will be worth your time and purchase. I am very happy and pleased at the service, patience and care that they each took time to find out and help me with my concerns. I say to each of you thank you so very much!!

The people at this store are very nice. The manager is excellent about returns and giving proper customer service. I will give it absolutely five stars!

They lie. They promote curbside pick up all over their website but do not offer it so if you don’t want to go into the store don’t place an order

This store has seems to be a complete mess. Floor is littered and dirty isles are messy. If there was a better option nearby I would never go back. Seems like there is zero management.

Walked in for envelopes came across printer I wanted asked for printer after several minutes Electronics supervisor came over asked me how much I print and proceeded to to explain why I didnt want this particular printer that was on sale and I wanted an hp (which I have had multiple issues with in recent personal and business expierences) after explaining I was not fond of hp he proceeded to call himself an expert and that he knew what he was talking about. Meanwhile on Staples website said printer has 4 stars with over 760 reviews.

Very helpful cashiers. Had everything I needed. Checking out was a bit cumbersome due the the chip card but overall a good experience.

Lied to me about a chair I bought .They said I can return it if I didnt like it . I brought it back and the same person who told me that said that isnt true . I now only go there to use the ups inside. (Cost about $200 btw)

I talked to an Anthony worker who works here, but he is so unfriendly and I really do not want to go back. We talk without ridiculousness. Lets not really go.

If I could give a negative zero I would. This is the worst Staples Ive been to ever. Went to buy printing paper, the sale said 12.99 for 5 reams. Ok, so there is a rebate associated with it that I didnt notice until I got to the cashier. So I said okay Ill pay the 31.00 instead of the 12.99 and send in my rebate. When I got to my car and glanced at the rebate form, it already expired. SMH. This is not the first incident at this store -- I will never go back. Also, I believe they sell expired printer ink cartridges. I dont print a lot and they only lasted about 20 pages. Be careful.

Had a simple question, called, waited on hold for almost an hour, and then, when the employee picked up, they hung up on me! Such terrible service!

Trying to call this is always absurd. Asks you to press the #2 for the print, copy & shipping department, then you end up on hold forever..or someone at the regular customer service desks answers, tells you they have to transfer you to the department you asked to speak to initially, and then hangs up on you. Have had this happen multiple times over the last year, as if everyone has 20+ minutes to sit on hold/keep calling back in order to speak to someone who can actually help them with their 10 second question.

Terrible experience. Sales associate Andrew K was rude and condescending. When a woman cut in front of me and my daughter in line, Andrew not only questioned me, but outright accused me of being untruthful. I will never go back to that location again. I would give this store zero stars, but it wouldnt allow me to post unless I gave it a star.

Typical of most staples locations, except this branch often doesnt have the printer ink I need and I have to travel further to another staples to get it.

Nice staff, nice store (a little disorganized).
