I been a customer with this rent a center location for almost 2 years. I have paid off many things from this rent a center including a bedroom set, an Apple Watch, end tables, coffee tables, a ring doorbell, and something I got someone else. This store treats its customers in such a disrespectful way that’s it crazy and I have reach out to the distract manger multiple times this week and no response back. Very disrespectful. They have loss a loyal customer after I get this pay off. I can say that now. I been dealing with nothing but issues since the beginning of March . I have proof of everything. Update 10/04/21 just call trying to make a payment and they refuse to take it. It’s okay cause cooperate told me to let them know when it happens again and I’m going that now.

No good and I tried to rent an laptop online went into the store and filled out the application the rest of the way and returned home 30 minutes later just to find out my money was returned to my card
