I was greeted promptly upon entering the building. younger employee rushed over to help me with my power tool selection. Unfortunately they were out of what I needed at this time but I will definitely come back to look again. I saw some very good deals and sales. Very unusual high selection on unusual items. Pretty cool

Asked for help with equipment. Was taken to it. Asked for assistance. completely ignored. Grabbed the ladder to get stuff my self and the woman at the register saw me and watched me. Than when I went to get my products. Literally yelled at me and belittled me and told me how much of a bad person I was for trying to get the products I asked for help in the 1st place. Please lady suck my imagination located between the lowe abdominal region.

The blower motor stopped working on our AC last night, heat advisory today with 2 small children in the house. Our HVAC is scheduled to be replaced in 2 weeks. After staying up late into the evening researching I decided to try replacing the blower capacitor, after a brief Google search, they were available at Ace in Huntington. I ran down there early in the morning, hoping to not get the same level of “help” at Big Box stores. I was greeted immediately by a young man(I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) who asked if I needed help, recognized what I needed by the old capacitor in my hand, took me straight to the part I needed, gave me some insight and information(wise beyond his years) and off I went. An hour later the AC is on and hopefully will get me through more weeks. Thank you!

This is a pretty well stocked hardware store and my favorite out of the three in Huntington. Love the free popcorn!

They got me what I was needing very fast. I was only in the store for 5 minutes or less. Theyre friendly at all times.

I am here a lot. It is convenient and the family that owns it runs it. They know their stuff and you can tell they want you to be successful in whatever you are building, repairing, cleaning, cooking or decorating. If you bring in your questions or broken parts, someone in the store can help figure out how to fix it.

Ill be honest the best quality of this hardware store is the fact that they are not as busy. They tend to have things other stores dont have because people pass them by. Over all selection is smaller and staff is less knowledgeable but still a clean and friendly staff.

Im always surprised at how nice the younger employees are. There were a couple older staff members that I could tell went out of their way to avoid helping me. They may have been busy with other things. However, the last two times a young gentleman helped me (with paint and getting galvanized trash can) and went out of his way to check on me in a thoughtful way.I have built numerous local Ace Hardware sites and so Im always conscious about going to support these businesses.

Called yo check on price of an item and the guy told me wrong price both times i asked
