Very nice staff. And friendly store cat. Kit Kat is very nice. She makes it a nice visit. I always make a point to find her and pet her.Staff is very knowledgeable. And if they are not sure. They get someone who can. I enjoy my visits.

Good hardware store. They dont have all the items youll find in a big box store (though they have most), but they have a great selection of hardware and employees are helpful.

I’m sure we have all seen and heard the advertisements that ask us to spend our money locally, and support our communities. They say buy local instead of the big box stores. I have always tried to do that. Sometimes you may spend a little more, but it’s convenient and normally so much more personalized. You get a sense of your business being important to them. That being said, I no longer feel that way about our local ACE Hardware.In March of 2020 I was temporally laid off from my job due the the impacts of COVID. With time on my hands we decided to build our son a Tiny House as a Graduation gift. On my third trip to buy lumber from our local vendor my truck was accidentally dented by one of their employees who was loading 2x4s I had just purchased. I was asked to drive back around front and ask for a manager. The assistant manager on duty came out and took pictures and was deeply apologetic. Even though I had just gotten the truck, I wasn’t mad, just disappointed. I made several trips there to purchase all kinds of materials and on another occasion my tonneau cover was torn while they were loading my purchases. On this occasion the manager was there and came out to take a look at it along with the previous damage that was done. Again, very nice, he was very professional, apologies and the assurance it would be taken care of. After almost $15k in purchases from our community store, and after being in the store and asking a minimum of once a month for the last year and three months, I was no closer to having any answers from them, and that is still the only dent on my truck. I was given several different excuse as to why it hadn’t been addressed yet. He always needed to talk to someone else, or get approval or something. I even offered to accept a gift card or store credit so the monitory value would be reinvested in their store. The manager agreed that was a good solution. Still......nothing.I was later told by him there was no one else I could talk to about the situation but him. So again I waited. Frustrated, I finally called their operations manager as their business has really grown and spread out into several communities now. There was a time when it was a small store in Lavalette with the hometown feeling and you felt like your business was important. Anyway..... The Operations Manager apologized and said they had no knowledge that this had even taken place and assured me I would hear from someone no later than this past Monday. As of today..... still nothing. Maybe all the growth has turned them into the so called big box store, instead of the local community hardware store that needs our support to survive......... Highly Disappointed. 😒

I bought a brand new stihl chainsaw almost 600 dollars. If you buy any equipment from here they service it before you leave. The first time I used it it fell apart because the bolts on the chain werent tight and one got lost because I was using it. Now they did fix it no questions asked. But at the end of the day it is not kenny queens fault. I still 7se the saw and it continues to fall apart. And honestly this is the first problem Ive ever had with a stihl.

Amazing place to go to vet keys made or to get anything you need for home or business improvement to cut a key and program a key fob it cost me 13 bucks anywhere else its 250 and up

Bought 3,000 dollars worth of metal for my house and building.....been less than 3 months, and already rusting.....they came out and looked at it, and determined that the contractor cut the metal with a grinding wheel.....but its rusting from one end to the other.....even the ridge cap and eve trim ( that I installed myself without cutting at all).....now they wont warranty the metal and the only choices I have is buy new metal again or paint my existing roof.....do not recommend using them for metal

Good service, they have a lot of what you could need in there to save a trip to lowes or home depot. I bought a stihl ms 170 chainsaw, works awesome.

Got Lowes beat hands down, on knowledge and available help. They also have things you may not find anywhere else. Most things you need for your projects, from building to finding that one bolt no one else has. Great store; I am a general contractor by the way.

Bought metal roofing and siding. They are professional. Dont waste your time at the box stores. Talk to people who know what they are doing!

I went there to get a part for my moms lawn mower. I was completely lost in that store, but the very nice guys they have working there helped me with everything I needed. They made the whole experience an awesome one.

Excellent service! As soon as I entered three people were there to ask how they could assist me to make what I was looking for easier to find.I told them what products I was interested in and a young gentleman got a flat bed shopping cart and ask how much of each animal feed I needed because thats what I was looking for. If I could give more than 5 stars, I surely would and I highly recommend everyone shop here. They have a wide variety to choose from with products you may need, super friendly and professional, very focused on what the customers needs are, no more than 3 minutes of waiting to be checked out (for me at least,) and excellent prices for the products needed. I also saw a wide range of motor power tools, a wide variety in seeds for a garden (potatoes, onion sets, etcand tools you may need to help you with planting. I didnt even check the rest of the store out, but first impressions are everything and they surely will have my business again. I would rate them actually 10/10 if I could.
