I honestly cant say enough kind things about the BB in Huntsville, AL. Every time I go in there for anything (purchases, window shopping, repair services, etc... ) I am treated the same and that is always GREAT. Sometimes, I mean sometimes, the person isnt knowledgeable in what I am asking for but instead of the Sorry its always please let me go get someone who can better serve you love it!Also, want to thank J....... at Geek Squad this last time I went in! Very, very, very helpful. Walked me around the store and explained the difference on items to me in a package I was putting together. I had options and picked what I thought would best suit me on his discussions about the products and I couldnt be happier!

They need to get their front-end together. Went in today, in the middle of the morning; one register open, serving both checkouts and customer service. Apparently, they are remodeling their customer service department. That said, Im giving this a 4 be abuse outside of that, everything else went smoothly. The cashier was very friendly and helpful, and I realize it wasnt his fault, even though he was taking some heat from other customers.

We went in looking for a birthday gift for my son. The young lady that helped us was beyond expected. She walked us to several locations and helped us to determine what the best fit for him would be. He is only 14 so we didnt want to spend a lot of money on something he would lose or tear up quickly.

Employees are always super nice when coming here and super helpful. Whether its about telling us about a certain product or during checkout. Minus a start though because actually finding an employee to come help us has proven to be very difficult. Its like they all hide and are nowhere to be found when we are needing their help.

This location had just received a big shipment so there was a ton of stuff to look through. I appreciate that they deal in open box audio gear as well as new. I think many other stores could benefit from this practice.All of the employees were busy stocking but they were happy to answer my questions. I feel bad when I see employees just planted at a station so I didnt mind looking around for a second until I saw someone who wasnt already busy. Everyone was either helping customers or helping each other, so it was nice to not have people constantly asking if I need help while I inspect and tested the display equipment. I realize employees are trained to be like that at some stores but Im pretty knowledgeable about what Im looking for so I prefer to be left alone and trusted to operate the test equipment, if I really need assistance Ill ask.I just really enjoyed The particular atmosphere as I described. And I love looking through the discounted treasures in the open box return section.

Ordered a washer and dryer. Delivery was over two weeks so I got in store pickup. Brand new washer and dryer and the washer was dented up and looked to have been dropped.After calling they told me to wait another two weeks for a new delivery or come back and pick up another washer in a week and refused to even try to work with me even after I offered to take the display. They said the best they could do was have me drive to Birmingham and pick up a new washer the same day.

Great store for your home (or office) electronic needs. They always seem to have just what I need. Most recently I went in for a new in-home wifi router; it had been a few years since Ive had to buy one so they were very helpful and knowledgeable which made my decision much easier. They are a bit pricey so for that I give them 4 stars.

This place is extremely rude to customers I walked up to a woman to ask her a question and she cut me off and told me that I needed to get in line that she was busy so I got in line When I register became open I went to the counter and I told them that I was there to pick up an online order but since the way I was treated I am now here to cancel it They asked me the order number and I gave it to them once they saw what I was there to purchase they apologized profusely and asked if there was anything they could do to right the situation I said no Im going somewhere else as soon as I leave amazing oh How people change when they are to Benefit I havent been to a Best Buy in years because the customer service has always been sub par even in other states and this puts the icing on the cake I will never go back again ever No wonder all of the Best Buy locations are shutting down

My shopping experience was wonderful, however, it is impossible to call this store or anyone who works there, because they dont answer the phone. I needed to change a delivery date for several major appliances, but I had to go back into the store to accomplish this. That should not be necessary in a store that is supposed to be full service. That is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars. Get a clue and expand your customer service to include answering your phone!

I love that they will give a personal opinion on a product and talk from experience instead of just making a quick sale to move on to the next person. They take time and are personable. The issue with this one is the absolute Lack of customer service desk. Kinda important to have and doing everything on the front registers throws off the queue, especially when youve got trainees who dont know how to do the advanced register tasks to do things like geek squad protection returns.

I leave this experience to talk about the service I received. I came in to exchange a TV that didnt work. A man took my receipt and TV and told me to go look for a TV I want. It was another man that helped me a lot. I didnt get his name. He is black, about my height (56), and possibly around my age (30). He went over a lot of options with me including what all Im looking for from a TV and price. Spent about 15 minutes thoroughly helping me. Picked up the TV I wanted and was made to check out with the man who was holding my receipt even though the man who helped me came to the front offering to check me out. I learned after I left that employees there make commission and I feel bad that this didnt go to the gentleman who helped me. I was in there around 2-3 PM today. I hope that Best Buy acknowledges the helpful employees hard work and kindness. When I return to Best Buy I aim to check out with him.

Unintentionally And no one even though someone with a blue shirt on was looking right at us... Not sure what is going on at Best Buy. Purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher. Fridge delivered on time, and installers were great. Dishwasher not so much. They called last week and said they could not make it until today. No call today. Called them back and they said no dishwasher was available and we were not scheduled. So I have paid for a dishwasher and installation...not good here is hoping this can get fixed. Plus you cannot call the store directly. Well I got a hold of your overseas call center. Apparently its lost! You lost a whole dishwasher. Nice. I cancelled the order, and got it from Lowes. Thanks for wasting my time.

Have to shop here since the next closest location is 70+ miles away. The cashiers are usually friendly. The curbside service is a shame, I ordered a few items and they were brought it via curbside, after waiting over 30 minutes from the check in time, only to get home and realize two of the boxes were open with literally no items just the paperwork. Not a good place at all it seems like to me.

Don’t order anything that has to be delivered from Best Buy because if it arrives defective you will have a helluva time getting it picked up. I’m talking hours on hold with someone from another country because it’s impossible to call the local store directly. I’m two weeks out and my appointment keeps getting rescheduled by them because of a “glitch”.

This is the 2nd time in as many days that I had to get something. There was always several waiting to ask what customers were looking for and taking you directly to the item. Probably to stop wandering but since I knew what I wanted it wasn’t a hindrance. Still wearing masks in the building, which I’m fine with. If I said I was just shopping they’d let me walk by. Helpful and professional. I like the car pickup also. I’ve had to use it several times and didn’t wait long when advising I was in the parking lot.

I need assistance to shop (shop mostly online due health problems) so at the door a nice young man ask if I needed help and I responded YES. I showed him a photo of what I needed. He showed me where I could sit while he went to get it. He brought it to me and I checked out within a few feet of the door. Every placed should show this kindness.

Stopped in to purchase a car stereo and waited for 5 minutes as 3 workers walked passed me. I asked for help and they called someone... he never showed up. After 15 minutes I asked again for help and they told me to knock on the door in the back. I did, and they guy said he didnt have a key to the door to come out and help me. WHAT? I looked for a manager but there was none to be found. Imagine that! No business deserves my money, or anyone elses money if I have to hunt down employees so I can buy something. I didn’t really know what to rate it:I had an awful experience and a really good experience.I came in looking for a micro to usb cord and the first employee was really sweet and was trying really hard to help me. But he needed to ask someone else and this next person just told us that they didn’t carry it anymore and I was kind of left stranded.I felt really helpless and didn’t know what to do. They didn’t really give me any options so I just went a hid behind the TV boxes to try and figure out what to do next. After a while a nice gentleman who was stocking but wasn’t wearing the uniform blue shirt saw me and offered to help.Unfortunately I went home and it wasn’t what I needed but I appreciated the help!I came back and resturned it and asked another employee named shawna for help. She was really nice and looked a lot of different places and when we couldn’t find any, she offered me solutions and even came back with what I needed 🥲😱 what an angel.It’s really hit or miss depending on who you ask .

The Huntsville Alabama store is a nightmare. I went in to Order a Z fold 3 and none of the employees knew what I was talking about nor did they know any promotional deals that were going on. I payed OVER $2000 USD for this phone and I STILL havent been sent the email to pick it up. Contacted customer support since this store dosent let you call them. And all they could tell me is its probaly coming today. Everyone I know was able to pick theirs up or received them weeks ago but the employee I talked to told me yesterday that mine wasnt even at the store yet! This has been a horrible experience and had I went to Verizon Or Att Id have already had my new phone. They also lied and told me there were no promotions going on. Samsung is offering a $200 dollar credit with purchase and Bestbuy is offering NOTHING. If my phone isnt there by 4pm today, A phone I BOUGHT OUTRIGHT Ill be returning this and Ill never do business with this place again. For spending $2000 this is ridiculous.i Ordered this back on the 13th!!!! How long does shipping take I could have gotten it a week ago directly from Samsung. This is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business.

I work for technical support and set my husbands elderly mother up with an appointment at the store to get her battery replaced on her iPhone. And they told her that they cannot do it. It is an iPhone 6 and it is well in their scope of support to replace an iPhone battery. So she drove an hour out of her way to be told incorrect information from the store. It’s not looking good for you Best Buy. You are an Apple authorized service provider and should provide assistance to Apple customers who have appointments with your store. Now I have to set her up with an appointment at an Apple store And make her drive another hour and a half out of her way to get her battery replaced Because you refuse to do it and just wanted her to buy a new phone.

Well after standing in a line that didnt exist, and 5 employees just staring at me and another guy waiting for assistance... i got aggravated and went to a cash register to ask for help to pickup an order. The employees were kind but they should have told us we were standing and waiting for nothing. The store is always nice inside though, and normally they try to assist me when looking at products like computers. Once I went to pick up an item for christmas to find out it wasnt there but that could have been from covid stuff at the time.

I ordered a router online from Best Buy. The only reason I ordered from them is because it said that if I ordered in the next 2 hours it would be delivered the next day. The next day I get an e-mail that the order is delayed and ETA is in about 2 weeks. Since this is a common router that I can buy anywhere, I ordered one from someone else. When I went to cancel the order with Best Buy, they will not cancel it because they say it is in process. Apparently, I have to wait 2 weeks for it to get here and then return it. Seems like a poor way to run a business.

Best buy has what you need especially if you dont want to wait for it online.Workers are nice enough. Some are enthusiastic but have no idea what to say beyond what theyve been taught through training.Some workers make it obvious that it is a cut through from one thing (school or bigger job) to the next.Some have the look of I like computers but my family asks me to check every wire in every relative and friends house before they say hello.But its a nice store. Good inventory.

I know best buys a popular place to shop. My own experience was not the best because I had a computer repaired there. It took approximately six weeks for it to be shipped out somewhere to be repaired and then shipped back. That seemed like a really long time to get a motherboard replaced so maybe it was because of covid-19 had the same experience 5 years ago when I first bought the computer

Im leaving my review as Ive been standing here waiting for almost an hour and a half for someone to help. I waited for about 30 minutes for an employee to come back to the computer area. Then I decided to go find someone. The manager said he would find someone to help me. I waited for 30 more minutes. Someone finally came to help and she told me I had to put a mask on or she wouldnt get a monitor from the back. The mandate is up and I have health reasons to not wear one but I did for them. After I put one on, she told me that I had to get in line. She helped multiple people before me even though I was the first and only person there for almost an hour, but because I didnt stand in a line for no reason and instead stood where the monitors were, I was yet again refused help. So rude and I will not be coming back. I hope I at least eventually get helped but there are still two others in front of me and she left again before I started writing this.
