They are a sales organization only. No Local Service, so once your appliance is in need of repair the lady that schedules the service/repair requires you to uninstall the built in appliance and bring it to the showroom for Birmingham pick up. The sales department is awesome! The service department is non existent

Marquez at All South Appliance was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and responded extremely quickly to emails and phone calls when we had questions. Also, he updated us regularly as to the status of the Blue Star range we ordered, and it arrived when he said it would. I would definitely work with Marquez and All South again. We had a great experience!

Very disappointed in the service. I purchased a NEW dishwasher December 21st. Marquez was extremely helpful! I cant rave about him enough. My issue came when I was told my dishwasher was in stock in Bham but due to the holidays their 1 installer wouldnt be able to install until after all the holidays. Okay, I understood the desire to take a break and be with family. After January 4th I still never heard from anyone to schedule my install. I finally called on January on January 8th to track down someone to help get this installed. They were able to come install my dishwasher on the 13th. The gentlemen that installed my NEW Bosch dishwasher made me aware that the 3rd row was shipped with broken clips so it wouldnt work but thats okay they would have someone come right back out to fix the issue. After several days of no communication I once again called the store and was told oh yea Shane can come out on January 25th. Great! Finally I will be able to use my new dishwasher properly. Shane arrives on the 25th with a 3rd row for the dishwasher. He was NOT informed properly of the problem and only had the drawer itself. So once again Im left with a dishwasher that can not be utilized to the fullest. Shane tells me he will go back to the shop and grab the clips off of another dishwasher and be back to fix the issue. I wait and wait. I finally get a hold of Mike on February 5th. He informs me that the job has been listed as complete!!! There was no order to get new clips there was nothing listed as needing to still be fixed. Mike tells me that he will call me back before the end of day OR call me on Monday February 8th to tell me what can be done. Again, I wait! I called today the 12th a FULL MONTH after my dishwasher was installed. Mike tells me oh those clips are on back order. I asked for some type of date as to expect them he states could be end of February.My issue is the POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! 1st. the installer NEVER reported the correct issue with my dishwasher had he done so properly Shane would never have come to my house with the wrong part. 2nd Shane completed the job. This is a HUGE FAIL!!! 3rd. Mike never contacted me to let me know there is no part readily available and it will be back ordered. When I reached out as Ive had to do every since they took my money back in December Mike acted a little confused to why I would be calling.I expect better when paying for a top of the line appliance. Ive gotten better service from a big box store! I understand parts get broken in the box and no one is aware but this shouldve been taken care of in January! This was NOT a warranty issue as it was delivered to me broken!!! The product was not ever used. I am NOT happy that I will have to wait until March to fully use my dishwasher the proper way. The whole reason I came to All South was the earliest Bob Wallace could get the dishwasher installed was March 4th!!! If I had known I would be stuck until March to begin with I wouldve gave Bob Wallace my money!

Leaving a 5-star rating for 2 reasons. First, they were the appliance suppliers for the company that built our house so we were required to visit their store and pick out our new appliances. They were very helpful. They were happy to sell us exactly what we needed, and not necessarily the fanciest item they could get away with. We never felt any pressure to purchase one item over another. Second, and more importantly, we recently had a problem with our microwave oven, and their repair person, a sub-contractor, paid us 3 visits in an attempt to fix our problem. He got the oven working, but broke the door in the process and his company told us essentially, that we would be without a working oven for 1-2 months (over the holidays) due to back ordered parts. This was not what we needed to hear. I suggested that they (the repair sub-contractors) provide us with a cheap working oven while we waited for the new part, and they balked at the idea. They had no interest in doing anything beyond the absolute minimum they were required to do.When AllSouth Appliance got word of our situation, they called immediately, seemed to be very concerned, and told us that the repair sub-contractor should not have treated us the way they did, and told us that they would be out the NEXT MORNING to install a new microwave oven at no cost to us! For this reason, we will remain loyal customers and our next appliance purchase will be with AllSouth. We highly recommend them and appreciate a business that thinks long term and takes care of their customers. Thank you AllSouth Appliance Group!

I recently purchased new appliances through Marquez Marbury at AllSouth and he was phenomenal. After delivery I noticed my refrigerator door had as dent in it. Marquez ordered a new one and they replaced the door free of charge. I love how AllSouth stands behind their products.

Bought a stainless Whirlpool dishwasher 3 months ago and a stainless Whirlpool french door refrigerator this past week. The salesman was fantastic, sent me the measurements required for my opening, and was able to schedule my delivery quickly. Both delivery guys were professional and has the new fridge in place with no damage. I don’t know how these guys keep their prices lower than the big box stores either. Awesome prices, awesome service, and my money isn’t going to a big box store! I will continue to come back and use Allsouth.

We had a great experience buying our Electrolux Washer and Dryer, however, if your appliances ever need service you are in trouble.Our dryer has started to wobble and make an awful sound. After going through electrolux to find a certified service technician we were referred to AllSouth with whom we purchased our dryer. After a week of voicemails we got a call back from AllSouth saying that we need to contact electrolux because they were too busy.Looks like we just got a dud and the great price was really not worth it since it no longer works.

Allsouth was the appliance sub for our builder (who is outstanding, by the way). All they had to do was install three appliances. THREE. The only thing these jag-offs got right was the delivery of the appliances and *sliding in* our new oven. The dishwasher and microwave were both dropped. This was obvious because (a) we saw the palette in our garage prior to installation, (b) one side of the palette was injured, (c) the corresponding sides of the appliances from that side of the palette were both broken.To add insult to injury, they didnt use the granite counter installation kit for the dishwasher. This would help considering they dont want to fix the broken feet. Now, when you open a loaded dishwasher, the whole machine rotates thereby dishcharging the bottom rack of dishes out onto your floor. This is entertaining to guests.The microwave is also fun. The plate does not rotate properly so you can always tell when its in use because of the thump-thump made by the turntable, much like a broken record but without the repetitive music. Also, the clock is crooked so you cant tell if its AM or PM (which actually matters during the winter when its dark at 5AM and 5PM). And the oven vent built into the microwave is broken so it slides right out after only unfastening two screws when it should be held together by four screws. The other two take bits of the broken plastic housing with them.Normally I wouldnt care because these appliances are builder grade but its the principle of the matter. Allsouth is not interested in fixing or replacing the appliances which can be done EXTREMELY EASILY when youre a flippin vendor. Theyre only interested in minimalist work, single trips, and offering to send out an inspector which was already been done by the builder who verified that the pieces are indeed broken. Were guessing Allsouth doesnt trust the builder that hired them in the first place. They also will not come out on your time, only their time, so if you work and are busy from 8am to 5pm, you can bet youll never see nor hear from them again.

Always had a great experience from Allsouth Appliance until today. I called a week ago and requested service on my refrigerator and they scheduled me for today, between 8 and 12. I rearranged my schedule so that I could be home for the four hour period. I decided at 9:00, this morning, I should call and confirm. I was told their service technician is out sick for a couple of weeks and they had transferred my appt to Service Care in Birmingham. I asked for a number to contact them for a confirmation. I called Service Care and spoke to a really nice many who was shocked that I was expecting them today because they had just gotten the information yesterday. He said they are in Birmingham so they are trying to schedule all Huntsville appointments for the same day and MAYBE they would be able to get here next week.I certainly understand when an employee is out sick that the the schedule has to be changed but I am disappointed in Allsouth that they did not contact me to let me know that my appt had been transferred to someone else AND that it would not occur today. I took time off from work to be here and now will have to do it again for when they are able to come and make the repair.

We built a new home and shopped for appliances in Huntsville and Nashville. Allsouth gave us a quote for a used icemaker (being used on their showroom floor) and then did not honor that price when the invoice came. When it came time to deliver the ice maker they were moving locations. We got a phone call on Friday morning that said if we still wanted the ice maker to come and get it before Monday. No offer to deliver. Our builder had to call them and make them act professionally. Overall a very disappointing experience. I recommend you go to Siano Appliance in Huntsville. They treat you right.

Two incompetent electricians failed to repair my microwave. This last one spent 30 minutes intentionally wiring it backwards, so that now just by plugging it in the plate rotates backward risking a serious house fire. Very dangerous company, wont return my calls. Filling out small claims forms now.
