I have used AV Enthusiast on several different occasions and have always been pleased with their service. On each occasion AV has been very prompt in returning my calls and we have been pleased with each and every installation they have performed. They aim to please and on the one occasion we were not pleased with the initial install, they quickly came back to our house and removed the existing stereo wire and replaced it to our liking at no additional charge.From installing our home theater system to upgrading our existing in home sound system, they have consistently performed A+ work and I would not hesitate to call them if additional services are needed. We first met Mr Douglas the President of AV Enthusiast at the Huntsville home show. He seemed a nice guy who knew what he was talking about. Because we are new home builders we kept his card so we could go back and discuss our AV and security requirements with him. we made an appointment at their office were my wife and I went for about an hour going over a detailed discussion of what we wanted in our new home. This is the good part.Now the bad part. After I sent electronic copies of our house plans to aid in Mr. Douglas planning, we waited, and waited and waited. I called back to the AV/Enthusiast office and talked to Chris who manages part of the business for Mr Douglas. We were told we will get your quote back to you next week. We waited, and waited and waited. Nothing.I called again after weeks of no returned call. No response. We waited, and waited and waited. Nothing.I called this AM after waiting over a month for just a quote, with no responses to my calls or inquires. This business (can you call it that?) has acted very unprofessionally, caused us to waste time in personally visiting their place of business, calls, and frustration.Overall, a very poor performance and we will definitely DEFINITELY NOT USE AV/Enthusiast for any work in our new construction let alone Audio Visual work.

I have had personal experiences with AV Enthusiast having installed sound systems and video equipment in homes as well as a church facility. They have a great amount of knowledge about their product and stand behind their product with service. I feel very comfortable recommending their services if you are in the market for a good sound system, entertainment theatre, or other audio or visual services. They are honest and do their best to achieve your satisfaction as an end result.

I had a very small issue with a part replacement for my Totem Element Earth speakers, The response I received and help given was Professional, fast and most of all, caring . I would look to this company again for my future audio needs in a second, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing advice and guidance in their audio quests. Highly Recommended.

I called Steve at A V Enthusiast to ask for assistance in a couple of needs. I needed help with trouble shooting an existing system as well as the installation of a new widescreen television with an amplifier and speakers. First, they solved my issue with reprogramming and then helped to source a midrange amp and in-wall mounted speakers. I was pleased with the quality of the worked performed and the cleanliness and professionalism of the effort.
