Very pleased with my experience with McNeese Glass Co. I had some plexiglass pieces for a small enclosed hunting blind that had sat with the film on it for too long and wouldnt come off cleanly. I tool them to McNeese and they were able to recreate them for me to the exact specs in a stronger material for a reasonable price and even swapped all of the hardware out for me too. I would definitely recommend McNeese for smaller odd jobs like this.

Great folks! I was able to get a quote, pay for the couple of pieces of glass I need for my display shelf, and it was a fair price too. So now I just have to wait a day or so :]

McNeese Glass Company replaced several picture windows at my house, and also installed glass doors into a cabinet. Im very satisfied with the work they did - the employees did everything professionally, and were very friendly. Id definitely call them again for future glass/window projects.

So easy to work with. Sent out a service man, measured the bad piece of glass, verified it was e low glass and explained the next morning the office would call with the replacement price. They did and it saved us a good chunk of change versus replacing the whole door. Thanks to the folks at McNeese Glass.

Avoid this company at all cost, because it will cost you more in the long run.I took my screen door in to have a pane replaced, it has a built in sliding screen. After them having it three weeks (I was told a week). I received the phone call I was looking for, Come pick it up, its fixed! After arriving there I tested the built in sliding screen (that was not broken in any way). Not even leaving the property, found they had broke it. (Week 2) They called again, Come get it! I got there to find out it was still broke and was told The screen works fine as long as they door was in the laying down. Now, Im pretty sure the doors are supposed to work better standing up.They suggested give them time to remove the pane of glass and just be done with it.. (Week 3) I picked up my screen door w/o the pane and not even so much as a sorry or even tried to make it right with me. Now my $60 fix is going to cost me $110.

Friendly service that makes you feel like part of the family. My glass was cut to precisely the correct size and the fit could not have been better.I appreciate the McNeese teams help in providing me the best options as to what glass application would be best for my situation since I am a novice related to glass and its installation.I recommended McNeese Glass to a good friend and he too was thoroughly pleased.Thank you all so much. I look forward to the next time that I need your services.

They arrived right on time. They measured the 3 windows that needed repair and then got a quote immediately. The quote was reasonable. They took the windows down and took them to their shop and returned in about an hour. They put the windows back up and did extra caulking and cleaned up one window that was leaking air so that it was leak proof. I also told them about one window that would not slide easily and they oiled it and it now slides easily. Great job.

I attempted to receive service today at 12:55 pm on August 2, 2018 at McNeese Glass Co. The receptionist was very rude and unfriendly over the phone, I asked for directions; and with an unprofessional attitude explain to me that there were limited landmark in the area, and if Im not from around here then I wouldnt know the landmarks. So I located the business, and of course the rude receptionist was in the front office as expected. To make a long story short, I had to wait until the next morning for service (to apply glue on my front rear view mirror to front glass panel). I couldnt purchase the glass glue because it contained a kit (which is understandable). Its not worth the trouble, try to fine a respectable business that values their customers. There is evidence that the receptionist did not like her job .......that is just the way they do business. My suggestion is to call first, know the location, and make an appointment. I will never return; JUST DO IT YOURSELF OR FIND A RESPECTABLE PLACE THAT VALUES CUSTOMERS. In conclusion, I went to Home Deport, purchased the glass glue and attached the mirror to the front glass. Thanks, A Friendly Customers!

NEVER USE McNeese Glass!!!I hired them to repair a glass door and a window which they said would take a week. It took 56 days exactly. When I asked for refund, I was cussed at.September 8:I took 1 door and 1 window to McNeese Glass to have the glass replaced. I was told it would take 1 week and they would call me when it was ready to be picked up. I paid $110.45 with my debit card in full upfront.1 ½ Weeks Later (September 17th):I called to make sure that I hadnt missed their call and to see if my door and window were ready. I was told that they had just been backed up and waiting on the glass for my window. The lady I was speaking with (Heather I think) then told me that the glass had come in that day and would be put in that day. I reaffirmed that they would call me once it was ready. They said they would.3 Weeks Later (September 29):I called 3 times during their business hours (3:45pm) and never had anyone answer the phone. Their business hours listed online are 8:00am - 5:00pm.4 Weeks Later (September 6):I called 3 MORE times during their business hours (3:45pm) and still nobody answered.October 13 (35 days):I called again and finally had someone answer. I believe his name was Greg. Once he took me off hold I began to explain that it has been over a month since I dropped off my items and that I still havent received a call informing me that they are fixed. He checked to see if my door and window had been fixed and then explained that the window was still not fixed. He did tell me the only the door was fixed and I could come by and pick it up if I wanted too but I explained that I would prefer to pick them both up at the same time since it was really out of the way from where I live. I asked him why I was told it would take a week and it still wasnt finished. He told me that they had received the wrong type of glass from their supplier. I was curious as to why they failed to mention that after I spoke with them the first time when they told me the glass had come in. I calmly and respectfully explained the situation and asked him, Can you see why Id be a little frustrated? The man on the phone replied, Yes I can understand but you griping at me will not speed it up. You can gripe at me, and I can gripe to them (meaning the glass supplier), but thats not going to do anything. I said, I understand. Then I asked him when the glass will come in and when will it be put in. He told me it will be in on Wednesday and put in my window frame. I asked him, Are you referring to this Wednesday? As in 2 ½ days from now? Or the following Wednesday? This was a serious question as there had already been so much miscommunication, I wanted to clarify. He replied very sarcastically, Sir, thats Monday...Today, Tuesday, Wednesday. 3 days. I said, Ok. Well please give me a call when it is finished. This concluded our phone call. I had managed to keep my composure and addressed him in a calm and understanding manner.November 3, 2014 (56 days later... 8 weeks)I finally received a call this afternoon informing me that my door and window are finally ready. When I showed up I spoke with the man that I had talked with on the phone 3 weeks earlier. We put my door and window in my car then I asked for my money back for obvious reasons. The man refused. I told him that it has been 56 days since I dropped these items off and I was told 1 week. I told him that this was unprofessional and I will be leaving poor reviews. I also informed him that I will e reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and he replied, Do what you gotta do. Now get your s**t and get out of here. So I left.Throughout this whole process I never once used profanity. I never once received a single phone call informing me of delays. Missing a door and a window to my house has caused my utility bills to rise and more importantly, greatly increased the risk to my home security for 2 months. I imagine that nobody would feel their house is safe while a door and a window is missing.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
