My mother-in-law tried to have AutoGlassNow - Huntsville, replace a broken car window. She called the day of the appointment and was told they had the glass ready for her and confirmed the appointment. However, she got there and was told the window they ordered was broken, and when she asked when the new window would be there, they began cursing her out of the store for asking, telling her not to do business with them again, and followed her out of the store. How is this store still in business? Will be filing with the Better Business Bureau!Not only that, but the District Manager followed her out of the store and proceeded to follow her off the premise. She felt completely unsafe to have a man do this to her. She was left crying in a near-by parking lot wondering how people could say such mean things to other people. Do not waste your time or money at this store...*Update*Because the website is impossible to navigate to get an accurate complaint across, your corporate office has been contacted. We will talk to the highest person in the office until the problem is fixed. Thanks

Go elsewhere - had windshield replaced and water starting leaking. They broke my cell phone holder, sunroof button & sunroof stopped working as well . Took it back & they basically ignored me including the managers. I had get officers called to get a incident report done - I end up having to take it to dealer paying more to let them fix what this placed messed up. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!! Don’t use them!!!! Horrible experience.

Called earlier in the week and was told come in on Saturday and we will get you donenin about an hour. Show up at 7:35 and by 8:00 the place is a zoo. No appointments firat come first serve amd was told it would be several hours so I left. Dont go there, not worth the cheaper price.

3 stars because it was cheap and my window is still intact, but the customer service was awful. It’s definitely a lot cheaper then other places in Huntsville. My issue came when I got my car back after having my windshield replaced. There were tiny fragments of my old window all over my dash and front seats. They didn’t even bother to clean it up and I had to vacuum it up myself. Not to mention they pried some plastic trim off to get to the window and permanently bent it. The guy at the front desk was a bit rude to some other customers as well.

Wasnt sure about them at first, but they did a fabulous job very quickly. Nice people.

I called and they told me to just bring my car in before 5 and they could fix a chip in the windshield for $59. It was easy, quick and inexpensive. Great work, definitely recommend.

Had the windshield replaced on a 2020 Highlander. As we picked up the vehicle upon inspecting it as we did prior to taking it to get the windshield replaced. I noticed that there are black smudges on both of the pillar covers and the headliner above the rear view mirror which are all light grey upholstered. When asking the technician did they cover this to prevent this from happening he said he was not provided the correct equipment to do the install. Make a long story short there are two nicks in the upholstery exactly where the black smudges were. I just hope when I go back there Monday because there is not a manager there today that he will inform me that this cover is going to be replaced. Most of the smudges came out of the upholstery not all and also there was broken glass all over the top of the car that I had to ask for them to vacuum up hoping that they do not grind the glass into my paint on my brand new car.

Product was fine. Customer service was the WORST. Was told by a person on an 800 number to arrive before 8. My windshield was installed at 630 pm. I want told I needed to stay with my car. They didnt take the cars first come, first served. They took PEOPLE, first come, first served. I was in and out ALL day. Left my car but it didnt help. Very shoddy operation. Price was good but that is all.

Im satisfied with the rock chip repair. I had higher hopes for how it would look afterwards but its not a bad repair. The repair was quickly completed

Good value, good product, installation went well. Customer service was good as well. However, I made an appointment and found out that there were 5-6 vehicles ahead of me. Appointment slots should be kept/honored within reason. I took the time to plan ahead and expected to have that time slot honored.

You will notice a reply to my original post about a month ago from corporate trying to make things right. Well, called them and let a message (not automated - with a person) and also filled out the form on their web site. No response. So, rest assured that the We want to make things right from corporate appears to just be lip service.Brought my Lincoln here to have the windshield replaced. Unfortunately I went solely with price. I had my wife drop the car there and she questioned my choice because she knows how particular I am about my car. I am that guy that will park all the way at the back of the parking lot to avoid parking near anyone so that I dont get any dings on my car. I will even re-schedule an errand into a store if I cant find parking that I feel comfortable with. I am also the guy that constantly gets cut off on the highway because I stay way behind the car in front of me to avoid rock chips. That being said, the only flaws on my car are a few rock chips in the front which are still unavoidable.So, had I seen the facility myself, I would have turned right around because you can tell by the condition of the shop that this is not the place that is going to take care of your car, and that is exactly what happened.My wife brought my car home and on the drive she noticed the windshield appeared to be scratched, not to mention completely filthy. When I got home to inspect the scratch I then noticed that they not only scratched the brand new windshield, they apparently used the tops of my fenders to pry off the chrome molding which needs to be removed to access the windshield. They also of course scratched and dented that chrome molding. I brought the car back and Dillon, the manager, tried to buff out the scratch in the windshield but it did not remove completely so he told me they would replace the windshield. I showed him all the damage which is a pry chip on both fenders, the scratched and dented chrome, a chip on the corner of the hood, which was obviously bumped while removing the old glass and missing and broken trim clips. He brought out some paperwork that they had my wife sign claiming one of the dings in the chrome was there and I said okay fine to that one, but I asked my wife if she was aware she was signing off on any damage and she had no idea. And I am 100% confident that particular ding was not there. It also happens to line up perfectly with the corner of the hood directly in line with the direction it needs to travel in order to be removed to access the windshield. regardless that is just one of many that they did.Dillon said he would have to have the owner call me regarding all the issues about the damage.It has been about three weeks and I have called on four separate occasions now. Today I called first thing in the morning and now late in the afternoon. I was told that Dillon was too busy to call me back because they are down a guy in the shop.Again, bottom line. If you want cheap and you dont really care about your car, maybe this is the place for you. If you care at all about your car or the quality of the work, go elsewhere.

This is a 1st come, 1st served place...even with an appointment. If you leave your vehicle there, you will be shuffled to the back of the line. We left!

I called around to a few places, including the dealership for pricing and how quickly they could get the OEM glass in. Everywhere else was going to take about 8 or 9 days and they were double the price of Auto Glass Now. AGN was able to get the OEM glass in a couple of days and they were less than half the price! This made me nervous as I usually follow the motto You get what you pay for but they were quick, efficient, and for over half off of the price of others, you cant beat it!

Great service. Filled out an online form for a quote and someone called me about 10 minutes later at 6:30 in the morning. They had the windshield by 2:00 the same day. I opted to go the following morning. I might have been there an hour and a half total. And they were half the price of safelite and at least $100.00 cheaper than anywhere else i got a quote.

Great price,fast and friendly.I want to add that this is the second glass repair they have done for me and I have nothing but good things to say about this company..So all those bad reviews Ive seen I do not believe are indicative of the work that they have consistently shown me.Also they were almost $700 less(😁) than what Safelite quoted me. I even gave them the wrong information and they had to get a different windshield after they already received the one I thought I needed (and actually charged me less than the first quote). They had the correct one delivered and installed the next day and it took them about 30 minutes to finish the whole job

Had a schedule appointment. Had to wait 4 hours to be told they ordered the wrong windshield.Then was lied to about my original windshield was never removed.Now it leaks, and there are pry marks on the outside plastic also they left greasy finger prints on the inside cloth part of my Jeep.Even my phone call to the office lady lied to me. So they all lack professionalism. Was told there is Never a owner site. Everything did not sit well with me and by far one of the worst experiences. The call center sucks and so does the store off university in Huntsville Alabama.

You definitely get what you pay for, I still have broken glass all through the door panel after replacement . Every time I open or shut it the glass just falls and cracks inside the door panel, the window Rolls up and down extremely slow and also makes cracking noises from rubbing the existing shattered glass that was failed to be removed.. and it took 2 hours to even get to me after I made an appointment 2 days earlier for 3 o’clock, here I am leaving at 5:20. The quality of work I had done is definitely what they claim! cheapest in town!! I should have known. Do not recommend this place and will definitely let everyone I come across or know not to come here unless u just don’t care about getting it done the right way

Safelite was $370, these guys were $230. Got an online quote in maybe 10 minutes, had an opening the next day. Friendly staff and was in and out in less that 45 minutes and with a lifetime warranty. Only complaint is the waiting area was trashed. Old cups and trash present, tv did not work. Not the most pleasant environment to wait in. Cant beat the price and speed of service though.

Worse experience ever, Steve supposed to be a district manager and he dont have any customer service. they damaged my vehicle and told me to wait to roll the cameras. I waited 5 days never got a call ( which I believe they covering it up) so I call and he tell me oh just take us to court we cant find the camera password which he said he had Friday... I will be taking them to court and hopefully he will treat other customers better 😉

I had to replace the windshield on my new CR-V and had gotten much higher quotes from the dealership and another popular place but Auto Glass Now gave a much lower quote. They replaced my windshield in a couple of hours and it not only looked great but they didnt touch the camera system so it did not have to he recalibrated. Excellent job at a great price!

Had my class replaced. Job was good but since my window has to be calibrated. It would have been nice to be told about possibly needing to use OEM glass. When the window would not calibrate, the auto shop called this AutoGlass now, and was told since I didn’t request an OEM windshield, it wasn’t their problem. Good for routine non special windshields, but think twice if you have a newer car with windshields that need to be calibrated.

You get what you pay for. I got my back glass replace here and they didn’t even make it flush with the body panels like how it was originally. Not only that but they made my car interior a total mess there was black greasy stuff all over my cloth seats. I would recommend y’all go somewhere else.

They did a great job replacing my driver window (factory-laminated) with tempered?? In a timely manner.. I would have gladly paid the lil extra for lamented tho... Didnt realize till job was done and left establishment.. But as a returning customer. Ill continue to use them.

Everyone was super nice and easy to deal with. We had a windshield replaced and we thought it was leaking. The installer had also left a complete mess all over the car. Thats the only reason I dropped it to 3 stars. It was annoying but I guess I understand that any warranty work has to be brought into the shop rather than them coming to you like the install. The people I worked with here were fantastic. They were able to determine that luckily the leak wasnt from the windshield and the main installer was very apologetic about the mess the car was in and thankfully he was able to remove all the gunk on it.

This has been a nightmare and then some. The first day no call, no show. So I called them. They were going to call me back in fifteen minutes. Heard nothing. Got a call the next morning, the tech was going to Taft, TN was going to call on his way. The first call I received was from the company saying tech had arrived and couldnt get in contact with me. He was willing to wait 5-10 minutes before leaving after we waited all morning. The next day no call, so I called them. They forgot they were supposed to me first thing. Said they would come that afternoon. Rushed home because he called to say he was on the way even made a stop. Got here waited an hour. No show. Called the company, they thought he called to tell me the new glass was broken. They have to order a new one. I was supposed to be the first stop this morning between 8 and 830. I called them at 845 they didnt show again. Want me to leave the car unlocked to if they can maybe do it today. I have been nice, even considered the weather. But this is day four. To add to this, it was not done today. And it was the last day I am waiting. Auto glass now loss me as a customer, and hopefully, I can spare someone else the time — no need for Brett to call . I am so over the mess Ive dealt with. And it wasnt raining at my house. The tech though he was super nice.

We had to reschedule our appointment a few times due to work and they were super understanding about that and got us in on a Saturday. The wait time was what they told us it would be and the quality of work was great. We had to replace a whole windshield and their price was extremely reasonable. We are completely satified customers.

I went here To get a chip replaced and they completely cracked my windshield. this isnt that big of a deal as it sometimes happens. came back three days later to get my window replaced and spent almost 4 hours waiting to get a new windshield installed. I did not complain even though it cost over 600 dollars and they told me it would take an hour and a half tops. They did not inform me however that they do not have the technology to recalibrate cameras for lane assist and that I would have to pay to have it done by the dealership. this will cost 500 extra dollars. It would have been 800 dollars if I had done it all through the dealership. Auto Glass Now is not a reputable company they just want your money and do not inform the customer of other cost that could be incurred by their customers. they just want your money and do not care about if the customer is going to be better off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.They also told me they were a preferred vendor for Allstate (which is my insurance company) this is also another lie their employees told me. After calling my insurance provider they have made it clear safelite is the only preferred vendor for glass repair.

They were able to replace my BMW driver side door window very quickly, while I waited. Even though it was not required, the repair guys vacuumed all of the glass out of the inside carpets both the front seat and rear. It may not be some place that I use very often, however, that bit of customer service, along with their low prices, gained a customer, for as long as that quality remains. Good job guys.Ryan Frank

I brought my truck in after it was vandalized, they provided top notch customer service including replacing the glass in a timely manner, assisting in moving the vehicle to another repair shop following repairing the window, and they also cleaned the broken glass out of the interior of my car. And on top of that they have great prices and friendly staff. I will definitely use them again in the future!!!

The technician Ryan put scratches all over my truck, didnt properly put the screws back in my seats after removing them. Very unprofessional. After speaking with the general manager he said they will make it right. We will see if he follows thru with his word..

Do not go anywhere else but Auto Glass Now for your auto glass services. I have had windshields replaced on two different vehicles (I have bad luck apparently). They have great customer service. They get you in quickly. You can wait while they do it and it only takes about an hour. Youll save $200-300 compared to other places quotes.

Great customer service. They greet you as soon as you walk in and are extremely helpful. Other glass places in town had trouble getting the glass for my car. When I went in to make my appointment with AGN, they immediately identified that there was no aftermarket glass available and worked with my insurance company to get approval for OEM glass. They did great work! It didnt take very long and the car was clean when completed.

We broke my moms drivers side window out while mowing.. called around and was shocked that one place wanted over 459 bucks to fix it! We called Auto Glass Now .. they fixed it for 200 bucks.. it took 2 trips.. but, to save close to 300 dollars.. were extremely happy!!
