I had a great experience over the phone. We had a window that was not working correctly, and on a Friday at lunch time, we were worried that we would have a window that was out of the frame for several days in the August heat. I called to schedule service, and the guy on the phone was VERY professional and talked me through fixing the issue myself without any charge. He was outstanding. When they had the opportunity to take easy money from us, they didnt do it. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor.

They are VERY rude over the phone. The woman kept repeating herself and when I told her ok I understood why she was saying she hung up on me.

This place was not very professional. I called trying to find someone to give me an estimate on window repair but was rudely told by the Tennessee location (who I contacted based on their website info) that they did not service my area (understandable in that Im more than an hours drive away from Columbia) so I called the Huntsville, AL location (20 miles away). The lady who answered wasnt sure if they supported my area but would call me back. I never have received a call back. I cant comment on their work but I was not satisfied with their office staffs follow through.
