Got in and out fast. The dock is on the back of the store so you have to drive to the post office and hang a left. Next left to go to the side street and a few store down; the dock will be on your left.

My interstate battery completely died so of course I needed it replaced. I was within the 30 month replacement time period. The guy was first off extremely rude. He acted like we were intruding on his very important cell phone happenings. Then he proceeded to try and get 90 dollars out of me to replace it. I said no we will take it to firestone and see what they say. Now I originally purchased the battery from firestone and didnt first go there because I assumed interstate would uphold their own battery warranty. Apparently not. Firestone was incredible. They replaced the battery for free. In. And out within ten minutes. Firestone is the way to go.

Desperately needed the aux battery for a Prius. Its a non standard, smaller but deeper cycling battery thats in the rear of the car. No one else had it, though one place said if we could find one theyd install it. Finally Interstate Battery was recommended. They had it, and even though the tech said hed never done one, he quickly figured it out and I was on my way in less than 15 min from pulling in. Very grateful for quick service. And while they battery was expensive, it was very competitive with other places.

Actually, I took my son there because thats where he buys his car battery from.. They charged his battery overnight and gave him some very good advice.. That it could be the alternator which needs to be replaced. So my son replaced his alternator and we picked up his battery and he is back on the road again!Thanks Interstate Battery System

Hes right - I brought the wrong battery in / wrong vehicle. But the refusal to mask up remains inexcusable - I sure wont be going back there. As the manager approached the desk, I asked him to mask up for me, please. He stated We dont wear masks in here. You can if you want to. Of course I grabbed my battery and headed for the door. He said it in a very matter-of-fact way, as if its the store policy. This is why we have 213,000 dead Americans.

I prefer good batteries and Interstate Batteries but not when a pandemic and employees don’t wear mask. Especially when the employees push their option on mask including handing out fake literature. I won’t go back until they fix this issue.

I had some golf cart batteries to recycle and they promptly took them off my hands and paid me a generous amount for the cores. They are a nice, professional business and I recommend them for both a good source of batteries as well as a good place to recycle old ones.

In this location they give a bad service I went to change a new battery my vehicle lost power, leaving that place I stayed in the middle of the street I was in front for 20 minutes and nobody came to help me they did not connect the cable well I myself had I have to find tools and connect the cable myself, they refused to help me, I have a large company with six vehicles but I will not return here anymore
