After several missed diagnoses I took my Camry to Toyotas service center because I was confident the maker of the vehicle could get it correct. I dropped my car off and was told it would be 64.99 for the inspection. They texted and said it was a tire noise. I asked for a second opinion by another tech and they came back with the same answer. I was charged $84.95 when I arrived to get my car. I questioned the service center manager about the difference in cost and received no response. I purchased $500 new tires, the noise is still there and Ive been told its a damaged CV joint.
The people should be nicer that are serving the customers and they should offer free car washes they have that service in Cincinnati Ohio.

They had to order my part, but once it came they called me and it only took 45 minutes. I feel like some of the staff could be a bit friendlier and more understanding, but I do consider that they are busy and they went into the mechanics business, not customer service. Its a little awkward if its your first time because youre not really sure where to go from start to finish. Overall, it was a decent experience.
