Always helpful staff! Prices are good. Limited selection of OEM parts but they can order them and it usually only takes a day or two.

Today I had an awesome experience at this location. First off they are dog friendly which is awesome.. but I love dogs... I went into get some headlights for my Nissan I was blessed to received them for free. The feeling was unreal that something like this happens. Thank you to the staff for being so very helpful and friendly.

Went in for a battery to charge that was done for. Bought a new one and had a great conversation with Dino, not sure if I am spelling it correct..He was very helpful and clearly likes working there because of his great attitude. Knowledgeable with lots of experience is always helpful in a place like this. Will be using this location while living here temporarily for the next couple months!! Thank you

I usually go to the Andrew Jackson location, its closest to my house. I like the store alot, its well lit, clean, and the people that work there are kind and eager to help you out so go down there and get ya some car stuff, I do all the time.

Dropped in to pick up some zip ties. Only one employee, so I had to wait a minute for help with finding them, but the guy was friendly and the experience was good. If Im in the area again Ill likely stop here if I need something else.

Ive been going to Advanced Auto for years. About a month ago got a replacement starter, which my spouse was able to install. Today the issue was my battery.A friend helped jump my car and followed me to Advanced Auto Parts near my home. One of the sales associate, a lady, told me all the potential things that could be wrong with my car based on what I told her. She then pointed me in the direction of her coworker Deanoh as he was helping a mother with her car battery. Deanoh checked my battery and found that was the issue. They were out of stock of the less expensive battery so Deanoh told me the cost of what they had in stock. I told him unfortunately that price is just about all the money in my checking account, that I would have to make due with jump starting my car, and that I really appreciated his help. My friend and I were working on jumping my car for work. My friends car has a plastic plate obscuring the battery from view. Deanoh showed my friend that he actually had easier to access areas to jump batteries that my friend didnt know about. Deanoh then was working on my battery. Little did I know he had found a battery in the store that had sat on the shelf for over a year, couldnt be sold, and he was installing it in my car free of charge. I dont expect kindnesses like this, gave Deanoh a hug, and told him I would be back as I need to get supplies for an oil change soon. Deanoh not only went above and beyond evaluating issues: he educated us and made sure I had a battery even though I couldnt afford the one they had in stock. During such hard times this means the world to me and I will consistently return to this Advanced Auto Parts for all my automotive needs. If you go in there make sure to say hi to Deanoh.

Went to the store on North parkway in Huntsville yesterday. They were the only parts store in town that had a serpentine belt for my cadillac and the tool to install it. The staff is friendly and professional, i will be a customer for life!!!!!

Very smart bunch they have working there. From wipers, to oil, to head light cleaner they carry everything and know about how to use it and what works and does not work. Plus they install wipers for free!

Staff is nice and helpful. I dont know too much about cars but they usually have what I need. Prices feel a little high but not terrible.

Went there to get on consult on my car’s battery since it died while at church. We asked for somebody to come out and look at the battery to see what was wrong. The worker concluded that the battery was just low on voltage and just need a little trickle charge insisting that we do not need to by a new battery when the one in the car was already five years old. When we got home from doing errands we checked the battery to see how well it charged. When we tested the battery the car would not start, and no it was not the trickle charger’s fault. Would highly recommend visiting the other location off of Winchester Road, if all else fails visit O’Reily’s.

They usually help install new bulbs for headlights and tail lights, but last time I bought a replacement the employee told me they dont do that. I thought that was really frustrating since the only reason I go there is that they offer installation.
