Just one day after getting new tires, I picked up a screw in one of them and they repaired it in 30 minutes and washed my car. The lady that runs the shuttle was super sweet and made my wait very pleasant!

I had to have a transponder key made for my early model Accord. All staff I came into contact with were friendly and professional. The waiting area was very impressive - free snacks and beverages. There is even a quiet room for reading or studying - no cell phone conversations. The price of the key was naturally higher because it is a dealership, but that fact also insured quality and reliability. I was in and out in less than an hour, a big plus! Recommended for this service.
I did not buy my vehicle new here. But my car was still under Hondas power train warranty and they were absolutely amazing about that. Never in any dealer have I been treated so well getting service done. Not even at the mazda dealer where we bought our car brand new. If I have any concerns with any honda I will always return to this dealership. Tristan was my service advisor and he did an absolutely amazing job. I cannot give this place enough praise

I always use Honda for all my car vehicle needs and am never disappointed. They are always professional and respectful. When they moved to 72 I’ve been driving there to have my car taken care and f but just recently found that their Bob Wallace location is still performing car maintenance and am so much happier now. They will almost always offer you options and will try to upcharge but have no problem with that as it is their job after after all 🙂 y’all are much appreciated!
Good prices on tires and install. Clean waiting room. Everyone is wearing masks.Theyre straight with you and they complete your car in a reasonable amount of time. They are not slow.
Took my Honda in for a tire replacement. They were prompt and swift. Very nice waiting room setup.
Went in for a recall repair. Specifically asked them not to wash the car due to how damaging those auto car washes can be to the paint, causing swirls and the fact that I had just washed it yesterday.Service advisor put it on the ticket “DO NOT WASH and car was washed anyway.They are either in such a hurry they dont have time to read their service tickets in full (scary) or they just dont give a s**t. How hard can it be to follow a simple request? For this place, its apparently too difficult to do.
I will take my Honda van here when I need service . They were super fast and didnt charge me an arm and a leg!!! They listened to my husband and I and was very respectful. I cant remember the guys name that assisted us but I would definitely recommend him! Maybe RT or RJ? Anyways, I give them 5 stars 🌟 and I would recommend anyone who reads my review to go there when you need some kind of service. Oh and it was very clean inside and out !!! I felt safe being there with all the germs and viruses that are going around right now!

The Best! Fast friendly service, from the porter, to the service advisor (David Terry), to the cashier. Everyone is efficient and things always seem to run smoothly. Service was great, nice, comfortable lounge with snacks, but I removed a star because of the carwash. Its good that we get free car wash, but if youre going to do that, please do a decent job, doesnt have to be a detail. Twice my car has been washed at Honda when I took it for service, half-decent job on both occasions, that could improve.
Glad I had the warranty. They replaced my battery and washed the car. They try to vacuum if its not too much of a mess. But its awesome they got it fixed. It was almost 2 hours to get it all done.
They listen very well. I am a used car dealer for 22 years. When I find a service bulletin, or recall, they respond well, taking care of the issue, and they are not terrible, trying to upsell me hundreds of dollars worth of service I dont need, like many service departments are taught to do. And they have the best shuttle drivers in town. 😘
Transmission fluid was dark in a car with 40k miles. Feel like they get over on females a lot.
Weve been down there from tn twice in recent months and today a third time is needed, each time to fix the air conditioning... It should not take 3 trips to a professional dealership to have our honda odyssey ac running 💯% weve had them do other things as well, the other one that I have issue with is that our honda was having an oil pressure issue and the tech said it was the switch, switch installed and right out the gate the transmission felt worse than when we brought it in, especially in the 40s, but needing to get back to tn where our babysitter is watching the kids I couldnt just turn around and fork out more money again for a problem that was supposed to have been fixed the first time, this is supposed to be a licensed honda professional auto repair shop after all right? I chose this place cause I thought I wouldnt have to worry about the quality of service... I was very wrong, at this point were about 2500 into fixing our van, and will have to spend more when we go back again, and were almost exactly where we were from the beginning. Ac not working and still oil pressure issues. Please seek out a different service center...

Had an appointment to get oil change and free tire rotation. Good, fast service but $57.28 for oil change on a Civic??($39.10 oil change, $15.50 labor)Really!?. Informed me of things needing to be done soon but I didnt feel pressured to do them now. Nice waiting room with coffee, water, snacks....

I have always loved Jerry Damson services. I drive 30 miles to utilize their service department which until a week ago was a premier professional and excellent operation And then my wife and I dropped by to have a oil checked on our 2014 CRV.Was met by a service writer manager who told us he replace 1 quart of oil but it was probably a problem from another company doing our oil changes.REALLY we told him the car was warrantied because it was purchased as a Certified Used Auto which carries 100k power train warranty.REALLY judge jury and advocate for American Honda not a Damson customer and without full info about the problem.Surprised I requested the Service Director business card and American Honda customer service 800 #.Have every intention to called the Honda Zone ManagerIn Atlanta and Damson Mgmt DISAPPOINTED BIG TIME!!!!

Very slow service. Arrived promptly for 10:45 AM appointment for simple oil change. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, I checked with service advisor who told me it was would probably be another 10 mins. He told me this is typical wait for oil change and that they do about 300 a day. This is Express service???

I had a laundry list of items to be serviced on my car, and the crew here did it all quickly and thoroughly. The staff was nice and the cost was manageable.
Third time I had to come back because my airbag light came on. Now it stays on. Happened to Al previously when the light is on the airbag will not deploy. Had to fight for a loaner car cuz I did not want to drive mine since the lights stayed on now.
I used the Android Honda Link app to schedule maintenance that showed due on my 2018 Honda Accord Tourings maintenance minder. They checked for any outstanding recalls, performed an oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspecton, and even washed the car before turning it back over to me. Service went quickly and I was informed of the condition of the cars breaks and tire tread.

They are friendly enough but they are not big on customer service and frankly I was disappointed that a vehicle with just a couple of thousand miles had to have a major repair. Quality must be dropping

Waiting area is like the DMV or emergency room waiting room. Lots of people. Kindve loud. There is a kids area though to keep them contained and entertained and a quiet area apart from the main area. Theres a snack and drink area as well. Very nice people. Overall not bad, but I guess I have been spoiled at other dealerships.

It took them 6 hours to change my oil and brake fluid, rotate my tires, and tell me my compressor was leaking. I had an appointment at 9:00 and wasnt able to get my car back until after 3:00. Will not be going back.
