The rear wheel cylinder on my car went out Friday, it felt like there was memory foam between the pedal and the floor of my car, super spongy and just pouring out brake fluid. I took it in and told them exactly what I was seeing and I was totally honest with them upfront, both about my finances and my nearly empty car repair knowledge files. They did everything they could to keep the cost down and took care of my problems, including the brake pad that was coming apart, and kept me informed about the cost and time to complete throughout the whole process. Theyre great folks who take great care of their Customers. I will be going back here whenever my car needs service. Every time.

Logan Drive on South Parkway has an awesome staff! They are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a calm relaxing environment so it is very enjoyable to get your oil changed.

They helped me out with my inspection and told me what i needed done they didnt haggle me either for more services! Really nice group of people that work there. They also did what I needed really fast. I have been there twice now and very pleased with their service. They do not do complex auto repairs so dont go there asking to fix something that requires a great deal of mechanical work done to it!

This place was close to my house, so I stopped here. For an Express Oil, I was highly highly impressed. They went above and beyond making sure my vehicle was in good shape but i never felt pressured for unnecessary add-ons. I consider this to be my vehicles home away from home now.

Maybe my fault but I wasnt given Time to close all of my window so my back seat wet. The guy started the wash already. With this Said Im washing my car at a do it yourself car wash from now on

Very friendly staff, understanding and quick. I was traveling for work and needed an oil change ASAP and quickly. Mark was my service person and was very nice and friendly. They were very patient while I waited for my boss to call me back and tell me what oil she wanted in it. They didnt try to up sell me, topped off my fluids and greased the doors.

As long it is just an oil change and tire rotation you are going to get excellent service every time. At least that has been my experience. I realized they are not the place for advanced engine work, obviously. But I am a loyal customer and will return . Give them a shot and see they get the job done quickly and well.

Was there for vehicle inspection.. The cost of inspection was fair.. What I didnt like is they pulled cabin filter out to check it and let trash fall down in the fan. Now, the fan makes noise so I have to take the glove box out and open up filter compartment and vacuum the trash out of fan and replace filter.. Poor service..

The guys at Express Oil Change are always super helpful and Im always in and out of there even when i opt for extra services like getting bulbs, wiper blades, or belts changed. Today I had them check my service engine light which came on a couple days ago. They ran the diagnostic free of charge and determined that my new gas cap wasnt sealing well enough and lubed the o-ring on my gas cap and cleaned the mouth of the fuel filler as well. Theyre a little pricey but totally woth not having to wait around for hours like i used to. I highly recommend them.

Store manager, Chris Stephens, took care of our oil sensor for substantially less money than what another EOC quoted. Not only that, but he replaced the headlight bulbs (I bought new ones) and didn’t charge a thing. We take four cars there regularly, for oil changes or even more difficult work- and they’ve always done the job quickly and at a better than fair price, IMO. Changed filter, 5 quarts of oil, filled up washer reservoir, check transmission fluid, discovered I had a brake light out, put lubricant on every door hinge, took about 22 minutes, never had to get out of the vehicle, so today 5 stars.

I am not normally in that part of town, but I had to run some errands there. I stopped in at 15 minutes until closing and these guys treated me like I was the first and only customer of the day. They were very thorough and friendly. It made a chore that I dread every 3,000 miles so easy and painless. Its frustrating when people only put the word out when they have a bad experience. I will definitely be going out of my way to use this location again!

Very nice people, but very incompetent. I went to get my tire filled with air and they had to take off a hubcap to access one of the tires. As I was driving away toward my destination, my hubcap rolled off into the middle of a busy intersection miles away from this location. If these people cant even get a simple air pump right, imagine how they would handle bigger operations.
