Only guys in town that I could get to do a wheel alignment on my vehicle the old fashioned way. If you have 24 wheels or better than look no further. Since they did such a good job they are my go to place now for any other work that I need done to my cars.

Outstanding experience! I have odd size tires, which translates to expensive tires. I checked with Tire Discounters, which is a new super store for tires on South Pkwy, and they were $550 for a set of 4 of their cheapest tires. To get a second opinion, and because I had a shop local discount card, I called Rocket City Tire & Service. I just got 4 new tires, mounted & balanced, AND an oil change at Rocket City Tire & Service for a grand total of $416!! I called on Friday, they had the tires delivered Monday morning, I dropped my car off at 1:15 and they were done by 2:30. They even gave me a ride back to my house when I dropped it off, and then picked me up when they were done! Extremely pleased. Will refer ALL friends and family to get their vehicles serviced here.

100% beyond satisfied with all the work I have had done at Rocket City Tire and Service. Please if you need anything done to your vehicle take it to them. The service is always fast and they have possibly the friendliest customer service I have come across in many years.I understand that there was a repair shop here before that burned a lot of people. This is NOT the same ownership or management. Come check them out, it will be worth your time and money!!!!

So, Im a little late posting this review but I feel this important to say. Like everyone, I am hesitant about whom I go to for automotive service, but I was in dire need of tires. So I decided to check with Rocket City Tire and Service to get a price on two uses tires. We were due to have extreme rainy conditions and my car felt like it was hydroplaning when it was just sprinkling out. When I walked in to check prices, I overheard the customer thinking the service Manager Joel Monk for finding out the issue with her vehicle and shocked to basically leave with both arms and legs intact. (My pun not hers... lol). As Im waiting, I saw in the waiting room on a cabinet, a plaque with the Lords prayer. I knew I was in the right place. Long story short. Mr Monk saw that my tires were ABSOLUTELY terrible and though hes quoted me for two tires he not only put four tires on but did a front end alignment for just a bit above the price quoted. You dont have to believe in Angels... But, I do...

Dealer said nail in tire couldnt be repaired. Went to Rocket City Tire and they plugged it... No Charge!! From now on, thats where my car goes for work!

We were quoted $400 and a time frame of 2-3 days for our vehicle to be repaired...BY THE OWNER Jaron Reed. The vehicle took 30 days before it was ready. THIRTY DAYS, and was $450. It was our fault for not getting the quote up front in writing, but who overcharges someone when they took 27 days longer than promised to repair it. The shop never once called us to update us on the status or “hey it’s going to take longer to be ready”. Nothing. In fact, they dodged my spouse’s calls when he tried to reach out multiple times to figure out what was going on. We don’t yet know if the repairs were done correctly since we haven’t driven the vehicle more than a mile or so yet, but I’ll update the review when I know. This was a very unprofessional situation. I would highly recommend no one put their trust in this shop.

I bought a truck from the owner. He recently put a crate motor in it. Upon sale he promised us the paperwork to the crate motor for warranty. He also promised me the set of road tires he has for it. He avoided me and procrastinated for months until I gave up. His work on the truck was pitiful. The flywheel bolts came lose right after we got it. Oil pan nut was stripped and would barely stay in whick had it leaking oil. Exhaust bolts were left lose. Water pump gasket started leaking two weeks after we got the truck. No excuse for these problems on a recently replace motor. I have repaired cars for thirty years and was dissapointed with the work.

Really nice guys, respectful and will do all they can to get your car repaired. No problem dealing with the warranty company or anything. Will not go anywhere else from now on!

I think I’ve only written one review prior to this. My experience inspired me to write this review. I highly recommend this place. If you aren’t knowledgable about the mechanics of an automobile, finding a trustworthy repair establishment can feel intimidating. I was blown away by the customer service and the willingness of the mechanic to show me before and after the repair of the parts. I feel this place went above and beyond what I expected.They now have a loyal customer :)

There was a big lack of honesty and time accountability. Our brakes were bad so we got it towed to the shop for $60 and we made sure with the owner said it was ok to have it parked in their lot and wed bring payment with our next disability check(about 3 weeks) well, got a job and in less than two weeks made a payment and in a week and half later paid in full. It took about a month and half to put on the back brakes and fix a brake line. The service was $350. they were paid before services were even rendered. It still took weeks and the status always changed to the car will be ready tom then the next day and the next week itll be ready tom again and again. It was so hard to even know if it was even being worked on. There were no calls from the store letting us know what was going on. It didnt move from the parking lot for almost a month. We were told they were others cars ahead of us-that we got pushed to the back of the line, and that was it, but being that its prepaid youd think we have priority? They closed early and were closed alot of the days we were told itd be ready and we missed chances to talk with them about what was going on. Lastly, Parts were said to be ordered and put on, 2 days later we called and they said that the car was ready.they were closing so When we came the next day. The parts had not even been put on from days ago but we were told a whole new part was needed and it would be $100. Not to mention the car had been wrecked in the rear end and there was a sliced hole in the rear area as if an axe had been taken to it. There was white paint from whatever hit. This hole or paint or scratches were NOT there before! The staff didnt have the professionalism, courtesy, or honestly to even let us know what happened to it even if it was an accident or not or that the parts hadnt been put on and it wasnt ready like wed been told over the phone when we kept calling them. They didnt even bring it up! This seriously was the most unprofessional mechanic shop weve been to. I was shocked at the service. They were never rude to us but simply acted like our car was the last thing on their mind even after already being paid $350. But the car being wrecked really sent me over the edge- and act like it didnt happen? Blows my mind. If it hadnt been for my friend being mentally disabled and nervous about getting his car back in one piece, and me not wanting to stress him further( On top of that-so forgiving and not wanting to start up anything at all and just let it go)- I would have called the police and filed an suit. I was really upset about the whole process. We were struggling getting to work- But we learned a lesson with this shop. Take a picture of your car before leaving it. We wont be back and I dont recommend them. Maybe with other customers they do faster work and have better more honest communication-I have no idea- but this is what really happened to us.

If I could give a zero I would. They broke the windshield on my 1996 Corvette while repairing a water pump. They denied breaking it and stated they did not see there mechanic brake it on surveillance video. The windshield was not damaged when I brought it there. I am making repairs on things they messed up on including wiring and ignition problems for the last 6 months. The left parts halfway installed and these parts have continuously affected my vehicles operation. I would recommend taking pictures of you vehicle before leaving it for repairs and would check work over thoroughly. Nothing worse than a dishonest mechanic shop. COMPANIES THAT THREATEN LAWSUITS FOR POOR REVIEWS DONT STAY IN BUSINESS LONG.
