I honestly love the service department at Landers McLarty Nissan! They are always super polite and ready to answer all my questions and are overall super personable! Our 2016 Nissan Sentra had a break light switch recall on it and the part was on back order. They were quick to explain the situation to me and offer a loaner vehicle since they had no expected time frame for when the part was to be delivered which they provided to us at no cost of course. They also replaced the cabin air filter and the front break pads since it was time and the price was one we are happy with! Thank you so much to John Brinkman for taking care of us the whole time, and also to Devon who checked us out on John’s day off! Sometimes it’s not just the sales person that makes a repeat buyer; it is the service staff!!!
So far so good...they were on top of things from the moment I walked in the door!!! They charge what youd expect a dealership to but be on the lookout for coupon/discounts/sales...every little bit adds up and they honor saving their customers everything they can!!! I was amazed at how much they did for so little, including ALL my savings! This will be my new go to for upkeep and maintenance of my vehicle.

Took my truck in to see why it was running rough. Thought warranty would cover everything, turns out nice had chewed thru a wire. My problem is they didnt talk to me to tell me what the computer told them until they had my truck torn down. Bottom line, for a $40 part they charged $250 in labor. Almost highway robbery.

The service waiting room has really gone downhill. No working TV, no cold drinks or snacks. They could at least put in a vending machine.

They offered to tow our Leaf when it failed to run and demanded service. Turned out to be just the 12volt battery, though no indication was displayed. Then they charged us $400 for the tow and said it would have been covered if we had been towed to Decatur instead. But Decatur wasnt open. And it took them a week. Their customer service was condescending.
