Nice but impersonal. I may have expected too much, but if the employees dont know about hair I dont have a great experience.

In a city full of haircare stores, Queen separates itself. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, and helpful...they are friendly. The store is also clean, and well stocked with the latest products. Plus there is no undercurrent of suspicion while you are shopping. 5/5 !!!!

Love the Hair Queen places in general in Madison County! The products, hairs, customer service are all great! Now, I have moved to Birmingham, wish they come here also!

I went in to get some hair stuff and ended up with a car for my son!! The first car we got the remote sensor was broke. I was very sad. But I took it back up there and they swapped it out no problem!! The man (I forgot his name) was so nice!! The new car have works!! It’s one of those kid lambo cars with the parent remote and my son loves it!! Great place with very friendly service!! Will definitely continue to do business with the and recommend them to my friends!!

I’m OBSESSED with this store. i’ve had the best experiences with wigs AND service there then i ever have had before in all my years, the workers are precious and kind and they take time to help out you personally with anything you need. i’m impressed, definitely will be back.

They had a wide variety of products and ir didnt take me long to find what I needed. The employees quickly made sure I could find what I needed.

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Its the only store i have been to that has hypoallergenic cantu products they were out when i went but then was informed they have another store which did have it in stock!

Ive always had good service, and the people who work there have always been very helpful. And now they actually let you try on wigs. But I did receive some hair theyre on sale and it was horrible I couldnt use it I still have it. Just hard and rough for extensions. It is a bit low on their inventory right now.

I was disappointed first off because handicap ramp was located around the corner to the far left of the building. Also, I gave them know reason to watch me and my mother, while we were looking around and shopping. Needless to say we wont be back.

Found what I needed (actually found something better). The young ladies were very courteous.

Im a first time hair buyer so I really dont know anything about hair. When I went in the girl gave me the closure and hair (bundles) I paid 300$ for the hair I paid 160$ for it to be installed after install it was two different textures so I look a mess and its so obvious. I will never go back in or over there even in a different state, city you name it its not worth their uneducated workers or the hassle.

A true COMMUNITY hair shop! Very knowledgeable about all the products, from make-up, EVERY single brand of black hair care products, kids to adults, wigs to weaves!! Not tasteless with everything imaginableand the kitchen sink!!When you walk in youd think they were selling China, because it is unbelievably NEAT from top to bottom, CLEAN shelves, nothing out of place, which makes it easy to find everything. The prices are competitive but fair and the service is always with a smile especially from the youth who are VERY well mannered! I will continue to frequent this establishment!

Rude is an understatement! Called them to see if I could set up an account with them for my busy salon. They asked if I could hold and I said yes so they left me on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up on me. The kicker is that I actually decided to drive there instead and walked in to find six staff members assisting two customers. 3 of the 6 were staring off into space. Despite walking around for an additional five minutes with my phone call still on hold mind you, no one bothered to see if they could help me. I walked out in disgust and will never be back. They will not get my business.

We went to get my daughter gc thereunder they said they were out of gc so I just stood there waiting on a resolution! Then I saw a gc hanging on the cash register advertising they sell them, I ask could I use that one and they said yes!! Glad I thought to ask otherwise they would have lost $50 w/o even trying to help!

I was walking around trying to figure things out, nobody ever came to see if I need some assistance. The selection was alright, unfortunately they were unable to get my business that day. I found a better option somehow else

The reception and welcome attitude of the staff and or owners have improved since an earlier 2019 visit. The staff is more helpful and knowledgeable. This is an added plus this location really needed. Although 3 stars would have been fine, the four stars are for the wonderful improvement they have made. Keep it up!!!

I bought a virgin hair wig from here about a month ago for $300 dollars and it is horrible. It tangled pretty bad and I’m very disappointed In the quality especially since I thought I would at least be able to wear it for a few months. On top of that when I purchased the wig and other hair for my daughter, the cashier was extremely rude and sarcastic. I don’t know her name but I think she had orange hair at the time. She almost made me change my mind about my whole purchase. I will NEVER buy another wig from here again!

I sort of felt uncomfortable. I appreciate attentive sales people but to me it was a little much. I can guess why I was getting the extra attention over the other shoppers. Doesnt the other shoppers need to know their names? I like to be able to browse even if it means walking around the wigs a million times without being asked if Im okay. Im already upset I am even having to buy a wig due to alopecia. Just give the shopper some space without feeling like you have to dread the next corner you turn.

I went in there looking for something and explained to them at the counter what I was looking for and they just shook their heads no . Couldnt even say two words to me. Very rude
