First time in store. Ladies greeted us nicely and asked if we needed help. We said no. Found most of what we needed but then when we did need help I indicated to my sister that the young man behind her could likely help. I could tell he heard me as his head bent forward closer to his cell phone as he finished his text. He only then casually with a half a nod pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for. The store was busy on a Saturday afternoon and I hope other customers were treated better then this.

Very friendly staff. Went above and beyond to find the scent I wanted in wallflowers even though they did not have it on the floor. The sales associate with certain they had it and she looked in other places in the store and found it for me. Very impressed!

I shopped at this location a few weeks ago for the first time and was impressed! I wasnt hounded, but yet I wasnt ignored either. The store was spiffy, the guy who helped me out on the floor was super nice and knowledgeable. And best of all... no Bridgestreet traffic!

Awesome place to shop. So much to choose from and very helpful associates.

Very attentive staff, smaller store but has a good stock.

I came in after working out, the 2 ladies were so focused on me and constantly asking me questions that they couldnt see the 2 women that was stealing merchandise! I (PURCHASED) over $176 worth of what I like. Employees everyone does not steal no matter what you (look) like.

We have given this store 3 different tries. Each time, the employees only care about chatting with each other or looking at their phones. This visit, I finally had to step out of line and go ask a group of 4 associates if anyone in the store is actually qualified to work a register. And by the way, the “Keith” that posted that the staff is great, works there.

By far the worst customer service experience I had... cashier 3558715 your customer focus is far less than unacceptable, coaching would not be a suitable form for you because you do not deserve to work in a retail environment and for the Manager ( Belinda) at the front greeting customers is a priority as well as offering them a bag and explaining today’s offers, even after I asked for your DMs name you showed no professionalism or care to the customers needs not even a thank you for shopping there, date of visit January 29th @ 11:31 am, I did call customer service and express my concerns as well as my experience. Customer service starts from the top and clearly this was missed during the hiring/interview process, Bridgestreet is a much better service experience.

Easy access to parking. Ease of shopping. Helpful store employees everytime I go. Has become my preferred location.

I love this store so much it’s one one the prettiest store in Huntsville! I love the staff they are super friendly I just can’t anything wrong about them!

Clean not friendly service

Really annoyed that the online hours reflect that this location opens at 10am. Drove all the way over to only see a sign that shows they open at noon on Sunday. Change the online hours!!!

Whew! The two associates i had made me feel like I had stole when I was returning/exchanging old scents. Wouldnt even wait for a receipt I had in an email. Suggest some more training for Austin and the others working. Poorly ran store.
