I cannot rave about this boutique enough. The girls here are knowledgable and kind and so fun to shop with. They know their stuff so well that it only took me three dresses until I found The Dress because they understood exactly what style I was looking for before I even knew it myself. I wanted my dress altered from the original style a little and they were incredibly accommodating and when it finally came in, it was somehow even more incredible. As if that wasnt enough, they now have rehearsal dinner dresses and all the accessories a bride could need for her wedding day AND theyre just as accommodating and helpful in finding the little details as the big ones.

Birch on Main has the best selection of GORGEOUS dresses! A variety of options for any style a bride has. As a fellow wedding vendor, I love knowing my brides are in great hand with Tori and her team at Birch on Main! Five star all the way!!!

My experience at Ivory & Birch was one that every bride dreams about! Tori is such a bubbly, kind, and genuine person who makes you feel like family the second you meet her. Oct. 2019: I worked with Morgan at this appointment. I didnt really know what I wanted going in, but she was very helpful in picking out dresses to try and working from there. Ultimately, we basically made a custom gown from a very flexible designer, who was also hosting a trunk sale that week. We had the shop to ourselves and everything was very one-on-one. The only thing I would have changed at this appointment was maybe shortening the length of the train on the dress more. I give Morgan 5 stars!June 2019: My experience coming back to I&B was very different once my dress came in. I scheduled a 5 pm appointment to try on my dress for the first time. I had my make up done and had my hair professionally done for this appointment. I arrived right on time and was met at the door and asked to leave by Tori, the owner, because the previous appointment was not finished. I unhappily waited in my car outside the shop for the group to leave. Tori called about 30 minutes later saying the group was paying, but I continued to wait because the group was all still in the shop. After over 45 minutes of waiting and the group still being in the shop, I left and was not able to try on my dress for the first time, even though I made sure to do everything on my part to make sure everything was perfect.July 2019: When I arrived for my alterations appointment with Elaina, the previous appointment was yet again still in the shop. I was allowed to come in, but I was very uncomfortable. This group was very large and was not properly wearing their mask (if at all) or allowing a 6 foot distance from my appointment with Elaina. Tori, the owner, also did not wear a mask. I also felt I could not walk around the store or sit in my dress, because this group and their stuff was still spread out throughout the shop. The group was present for almost the entirety of my appointment. They were toasting with alcohol, taking selfies and videos, and also had kids with them. This all felt very rude and intrusive, especially after I was made to leave the shop for another clients appointment.Elaina: Elaina is an independent seamstress, who works with I&B Bridal two days a week. She did my wedding dress alterations and made a custom garter using lace from my wedding dress. Other than a scheduling issue, I overall had no problems with Elaina or her services.

The best bridal shop!! Tori has so many options, without being overwhelming. She is so helpful and will answer every question you have. SHE EVEN BRINGS HER DOG SOMETIMES! That’s the highlight, of we’re being honest. Not only is she helpful and wonderful, the location is perfect. Have a great fitting and want a treat? Edgars bakery is there. Find your dress and want to celebrate? Go grab some drinks at Moe’s!Love Tori, love what she’s built. I cannot recommend Ivory & Birch enough for all your bridal needs.

After looking at many reviews for various bridal salons online, I decided to book an appointment to look at and try on dresses at Ivory and Birch. The staff was so nice and made me feel at ease while searching for the perfect dress. They got to know me and what I was looking for, but also suggested dresses that they thought I might like. They also helped me to stay within my budget. In the end I said Yes to one of the dresses that they had suggested for me. I loved my experience there. I will definitely recommend it to others in the future!

I walked into I&B with no idea of what I wanted, and two other appointments already made, including one at Bridals by Lori in ATL. We had a private appointment, and both the ladies listened to what I thought, the style of my wedding, and took into account my body shape when they chose dresses for me. Every dress I tried on, I would comment on what I loved and what I would change. They were strategic about the order they put me into the different dresses, and I ended up finding the perfect, couture gown. They made this bride feel like a million bucks! I could not recommend them more.

Ivory and Birch was the second bridal shop I visited and her selections were AMAZING. By far the best selections in Huntsville. Tori does a great job pulling gowns for your figure, and she had me try on different styles anyway just so I would know how different styles felt. The whole experience was so intimate and comfortable, especially because she closes the whole store for appointments - not like other bridal stores where there are other brides trying on dresses beside you! She has the best customer service, and I would recommend her to all of my friends!

I highly recommend Ivory and Burch. This was the first store that I went to while trying on dresses. Tori listened to what I liked and didnt like. She came up with some amazing options. I tried on one that I really liked, but couldnt commit since it was my first time trying on dresses. She never once pushed me into buy it. I went to a few others stores in the area. Nothing compared to Ivory and Burch and the dresses that they offer, not to mention that the appointments are all private. I went back and tried that dress on again and knew it was the one. I requested that something be done different to the straps of the dress, so she facetimed the designer and showed him over the phone. I felt pretty special to get to talk to my wedding dress designer, and to know that he made special designs on my dress just for me. Ivory and Burch helped me find my dream dress.

Tori is amazing!!! She takes the time to get to know you and what you see as your dream dress,... even if you dont know. You are the only one in the store at the time, so the whole experience is focused just on you, and not other brides beside you trying on dresses also.
