Rented my daughters prom dress. She loved it. It was an all around great experience.

Kinda rude,high and told my daughter to tuck in something that needed to be sewed if she had bent over it would have ripped. Seam right on buttBut they got you almost the only place that rents.pretty dresses though tuxes are great.

I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The people are rude and unprofessional. They will tell you they will call you back and never do. You have to keep calling them. We heard so many different stories on why the dress isn’t ready it’s not even funny. I’m not saying it wasn’t true but this was not a pleasant place to deal with. We got the dress three days before prom and beads falling off and beads missing and tooling not sewed in a section of dress. This is why i only rented the dress after seeing what it looked like in person. I had originally bought it over the phone because my daughter wanted it so bad. Then i get there & see it and thought they will not fix this right and I’m not wasting my money. The lady told me that’s not the way they do business. Refunding peoples money. Well, you do NOT sell or RENT out anything in this condition. Of course, we pick it up and it’s only been hemmed at the bottom. No beads fixed. So, yes.. I’m so glad i did NOT BUY THIS and trust they would fix it right. If you want a STRESS FREE event such as a wedding or prom, i would stay FAR AWAY from this place. Just plain TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS.They are receiving one star because they did refund $120 back to my card since i told them i was only going to RENT IT.

I had a wonderful experience. They helped us the second we walked through the door, directed us to the correct sizes, asked us about color and style preferences, then lead us to changing rooms and helped us get into our dresses. They were friendly and helpful the entire time. They even offer alterations on dresses both too small and too big. And not only that they rent dresses and tuxes, have reasonable prices, and they offer prom, home coming, formal, and wedding attire that is one of a kind!!! Loved it there 5/5, will be recomending it to friends and family!!!

Excellent customer service. On site seamstress that can do alterations. I particularly love her discount room, as its perfect for the costumes I have to do for work. Cant beat the prices either!

My son gave me 1 week notice that he wanted to gobto homecoming, so I went to Kathy Rose today looking for a red vest and bow tie. Not only did they have everything I needed, she even threw in a pocket square to match with no additional charge! They were very helpful and accommodating. I Love that they have items on hand. Most places the items have to ordered. So if you are in a pinch and need last minute formal wear and accessories, Kathy Rose is the place to go!

Our daughters 8th grade night dress was a little out of our price range. They graciously knocked an incredible amount off the price of the dress and we purchased it. We could not say enough good things about this store. Very friendly, very clean, very professional, and welcoming. We will definitely be shopping with them again.

Felicia was great, from the moment I stepped in the door, until I had my wedding dress in hand. I got so many compliments on my dress it was beautiful.

My grandmother and aunt are the best hard working people I know. yes some people have bad experiences with them. my grandmother is having a hard time right now and my aunt is doing anything in her power to keep her moms business going. people get frustrated you just have to breathe not everything is perfect. kathy rose is my grandmother and i’ll love and except her for everything❤️

Felicia is very rude and unprofessional. My alterations majority of the bridal party were not done properly. I was not assisted with my dress when I went to try on the dress after the alterations were completed.I spoke with Felicia about my issue with the alterations, she was very rude and unprofessional again. She saidI was a grown women, so I should know how a dress should fix on me. Well I dont wear dresses and no one who was a professional, assisted me with my dress nor check to see if the dress was altered properly. I was upset with her statement and I made sure she know how upset I was with her. Please research other options before you use Kathy Rose!!!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!!

Very helpful ladies. Great customer service. I got a gorgeous plus size bridal gown on my very tight budget.

Ordered dresses for 10 girls, after measuring ordered dresess 4 to 5 sizes too big, so each had to be altered, more money for alterations, now mind you this is a charitable organization that was renting these dresses with limited funds. Called at 5 to says dresses were due back at 6 that day or $20 late fee for each dress. Place is a rip off. Will contact BBB about our experience.

I liked the dress, but it took them three months to make the small alteration!!! Didnt have it in time for the event that I was planning on wearing it too. Would not refund my money so I could buy another dress.

I have used Kathy Rose for at least the last 15 - 20 yrs with understandable mishaps - but nothing major - normal stuff. However, for my sons wedding: We rented 8 tuxedos. 5 were ivory in color so they had to be ordered. They were to include specific colored vests and ties - only 2 different colors. Grooms was good, Best mans good, However, the next 3 groomsmen: 1 coat didnt fit (they were going to charge me an additional $25 for that - NOT!) Then ALL the vests and ties were the wrong color! They DID NOT match the girls they had to escort - as planned. She said: I should have checked! Friday evening before wedding/NO TIME!! NO...NO... SHE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED FOR AT LEAST THE PROPER COLORS ORDERED BEFEORE EVER CALLING ME TO PICK UP!!!! PICTURES - SUCK!!! NO MATCHING COLORS!!!! Then she offers me a store credit!!! Hello???? Why would I want store credit??? You really think I would use you again??? WRONG Perhaps if she hadnt had been so hateful - then perhaps. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE - NO ONE!!!!

Very disorganized place - went there after calling there because they told me we could order in a couple of tuxedos to see which we wanted to use for the wedding 120 days out. It was prom season so she had to wait a couple of weeks which was fine. Later she called back (3 weeks later) and asked if we still wanted to them to order in for use to try. She said it would be the next week. Today when I called (4 weeks after the previous call) they had no clue as to what I was talking about. Its understandable as this place is so disorganized and loaded with clutter I not sure how they find anything. If your looking for dependable service with tuxedos I suggest you look else where. Thank goodness we started the process very early as if this were to happen days before the wedding I would be in serious trouble.

We went in to try on suits for my groomsmen and they didnt even have any to try on. We had to get them measured and pay for the suit before we could even try them on. They have poor selections and a very unorganized buisness. We decided to not use them so we called the very next morning to cancel our order and the owner said that they only done store credit. Like we would ever go back... Not to mention the owner passed gas twice infront of us. Sure their prices may be cheaper than everyone elses but I would rather pay alot more and be satisfied. We are out $200.00 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I purchased a wedding gown from them. They was friendly at first but they did not have a room for me to try it on, but I did not mind trying it on in the bathroom. Well I went ahead and paid for the alterations and all (back in January) well my fiance and I called things off. I called to let them know. I told them I still wanted my dress and I would be there to pick it up ASAP. They informed me that they had already did the alterations and my dress was LOST. Yes you read that LOST! I was upset they did the alterations months early, I did not even have my shoes yet. Well during this time my aunt has been diagnosed with cancer and still isnt doing well. They took it upon themselves to put it back on the floor!!! They did not call me or anything. I called recently to let them know I would be there this weekend to get it and the woman was beyond hateful with me. She told me she already had my credit wrote up. What in the world am I gonna do with a credit for there? The entire phone conversation with this crook was nothing but her telling me I should not be hateful and that the devil will deal with me. I let them know they should start getting signatures on everything, especially if someone agrees to a credit they clearly said they had no use for. My family has used them and never really had this much trouble I informed them it ended with me though!

Worst seamstress job ever. 5 inch hem in a polyblend formal that shows EVERY stitch. Expected a cut and serger finished hem for $70! Instead got a hand stitched hook stich that shows EVERY hook in the fabric. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

This place is really old looking and doesnt have any good dresses and its pricey
