Signing up with Power Home Technologies was a great experience. Justin came to our home just after we moved in to tell us what their company could do for us. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough. His offer was by far the best than any other quote from other companies. Patrick, our installer, did a great job and would not leave until all questions were answered and we were completely satisfied with the installation. After the installation, Justin followed up with us more than once to make sure we were satisfied and to offer any assistance if we had questions. A big plus is they are local and it is reassuring to know we are dealing with someone who knows our community instead of dealing with an out-of-state company. If you are searching for a reputable home security system, I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely wonderful! First there was Justin who approached me while I was moving in. Normally Im skeptical of strangers but Justin was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He was very accommodating with my schedule and showed up when he said he would. Justin explained everything and broke it down so that I could easily understand the products and packages.Then Stephen shows up as scheduled, no waiting on my part. Stephen was super friendly and made me feel comfortable with him being in my home. Stephen installed the system and took his time explaining how it worked. He explained the contract in detail and made sure I had no questions before having me sign anything. Sales was absolutely wonderful. When I asked how much something was I got an answer and not an evasive response that lots of sales managers demand. Justin (my salesman) was informative and helpful throughout the process.Installation was a challenge only for Anthony (my installer). He had some issues with our thermostat but he fixed them the same day. He was knowledgeable about the hardware and after just a few minutes of troubleshooting he had everything running right.I highly recommend pht.

Sales Rep/Technician was very helpful explaining various options. Installer arrived on time and completed the work on time and in great order. He cleaned up after completing the install. Training was good and the system works as expected.Were happy with it. I recommend PHT highly!

I was happy with the level of service that was provided. Anyone I have spoken with at PHT has been courteous. I had an issue with a part of my system and they were able to send a tech out quickly to fix it. I feel much safer about my family being at home when Im not there.

I was at home by myself in the afternoon last week when someone attempted to break into the house.A man came to the front and side doors of the house and knocked to see if anyone was home. I did not answer. He returned to the side door with a sledge hammer and pulled it back to break the window pane, when I scared him away and hit the panic button of our alarm system. If it had not been for Power Home Texhnolgies, the situation could have ended tragically.The response from the alarm operator was immediate and very efficient! Installer took almost 8 hours to switch systems from adt to power home tech. Then to top it all off the installer disconnected my garage entry door off the system. The garage entry door was corrected. Im happier now with my security system.
