I purchased window shades for my new house from Haley’s. I live in northwest Limestone county, but the distance was no problem. Brian came out quickly to measure and help me select just the right product. The shades were a great price and they came in just as promised, in less than a month. Brian and crew came out promptly to install and that process was quick, easy, and high quality. Brian and the crew were friendly and professional. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

We had such a seamless and stress free experience using Haley’s to replace our carpet with hard flooring. Our previous hardwoods in main living areas were discontinued, but they found an excellent match. Their team completed our bedroom, office, and large upstairs within a day. It was so nice having a large crew working on every room so that the inconvenience was minimized. The communication with the office staff was also great and always on top of things. We will definitely use Haley’s again for our flooring needs!

We are building aa new construction home and I was told that Haleys was the one who laid this tile. Ive seen a lot of bad tile jobs but this one takes the cake! They came back out and fixed a few places (see around soap area), but it made it look even worse. There is depressions/lippage, no consistency in spacing, incorrectly mitered joints, and jagged edges of virtually 100% of cuts.

I I had purchased carpet from Haleys a few years ago and when I needed new carpet for another home, I checked with them again as well as others. Their price was below what I found in big box stores, and Jeff made the process very easy and transparent. Their crew was there on time, completed the job in one day, and made sure everything was clean before they left. It was definitely a job (and price) well done!

I have made an appointment for measuring the breakfast room cabinet on 13th April 9am but she wanted to reschedule at 4pm. Waiting for her to show up, 4:20pm no one iz here. So I called the store and here she was answering the phone instead of being at my house ad she promised. Her attitude towards the missing schedule appointment or not calling the customer is no big deal. I am so disappointed with this kind of customer service.

Haleys is an excellent establishment. I had Haleys install new vinyl plank flooring in my home and my experience was good enough that I will be using Haleys to install a tile shower in the future. The employees at Haleys are excellent and extremely knowledgeable in selecting a product. My only complaint is with the installers who installed my floors. I had a slew of problems with the installers, the biggest issues being the installation took 4 times longer than estimated due to the installers laziness and the installers dumped unused concrete into my backyard. However, when I contacted Haleys with these issues Haleys quickly sorted everything out for me and I ended up with a flooring installation I am satisfied with. Just be aware that the installers are contractors, not Haleys employees. You might get a great installation team or you might get an awful installation team. Either way you can be confident that the staff at Haleys will ensure that your finished installation is excellent.

My vinyl plank flooring and carpets were installed by Haley’s when my house was built. About a year after completion things starting falling apart. My vinyl flooring starting gapping terribly. They told me this was normal and I after I refused to believe that glued flooring should do that, they came out and “fixed” it. This meant that they brought some caulk and filled in the horizontal gaps between each plank. They should have also filled in vertical connection points. And they also didn’t bother to move dining room table chairs, or close a laundry door to get behind it. They didn’t fill in gaps everywhere like they should have. Oh and on top of that they left me the caulk so I could keep filling in gaps as they appeared—if I wanted grouted flooring, that’s I what I would have started with in the first place. Next, the carpet—terrible quality and they do not stand behind their product. Instead of using transition pieces between different types of flooring they use this z bar stuff which is absolutely a waste of time, it doesn’t hold. Again, a year into living in our new house, the edges of the carpet started to creep up and show the carpet tack strip and loose its fibers in those areas. A day before my daughter’s birthday, December 2019, they sent a guy out to “fix” one the worst, torn up areas of carpet—torn up because the fibers and string from carpet got caught up in my vacuum. They had to replace a whole huge section of it, but never did come back to take care of the other repairs. Now, 8 months later, they want to act like that never happened and tell me that I’m out of warranty. Like I’m making it up, that they ever came out...save yourself the trouble and do not use Haley’s. The start product might look nice, but it’s the end result after some use that will have you wishing you never used a company like this.

I cannot say enough great things about Haley’s. My husband and I remodeled a house and we used Haley’s for almost everything. Debbie Neighbors and Kristie Haley helped us with decorating our new home with great new flooring, beautiful and custom ordered furniture, rugs, and other home decor. We bought tile, cabinets, granite, sinks, etc. The experience was so nice because they basically have everything you would need to build a home in one great location. Haley’s is also committed to detail, prompt service, friendly atmosphere, and has very knowledgeable people to help anyone with their home needs . Haley’s has a beautiful show room and so many options for every room need. Love love love Haley’s .

Purchased a Liberty Safe recently and had Haleys delivery service handle the rest. I knew what I was looking for going into the store so I just needed the visual experience. From the eye candy at the front desk to the availability of display models of safes, it made my decision simple. Purchase process and delivery set up was quick as I only had to wait a couple days for delivery. The delivery guys called the morning of and said they were on their way, showed em wear it was going and in less than 15 minutes it was in its new home. For as large a safe it is, it went smoothly. Removing doors and widening areas helped alot. And a bonus because my home hasnt been robbed yet so you can trust the delivery folks. Thats always a concern of mine so its nothing personal. 10/10 would buy another safe from Haleys, so I can check out the sales girls on that side of the store.

Awesome customer service!!!Came in to retrieve a Centurion gun safe that they had provided in a giveaway. They directed me to the appropriate people. The delivery fee was quite reasonable. The delivery was smooth and the 2 delivery guys were full of happiness and sunshine. It would seem that these fine folks are on top of their game at all times. One can tell when a spirit of Christs love and joy invades the entire staff.

My experience working with Haley’s has been nothing short of amazing. They have an incredible selection and are always extremely professional and accommodating. I have worked with in my home and my office, and their decorating team (Kristi Haley and Debbie Neighbors) took an office with very outdated decor and created exactly what I wanted: a new, modern, chic yet warm and inviting atmosphere. I was not at all pleased with my experience. I originally worked with a really nice salesman and was pleased with the product and price. We made an appointment to have someone come out and take measurements. He was the only person who was on time. I never saw or heard from the first salesman again. I had to go back to the store to order my flooring since they never called me back with the estimate. My house was torn apart and I really needed the floor installed. The next week I had to call the store to find out when they could install. I also found out that they charge you for everything extra. If they moved any furniture, it was by the sq ft., whether it was one item or a room full of items. They didnt tell me these things when I placed the order. They played musical sales people on me. It seemed like once I placed my order they were only interested in new customers and didnt work with me through the process to make sure that I was happy. They didnt tell me anything that I needed to do to have the house ready for the install. The flooring people were three hours late (not their fault) and didnt have their whole team with them at first so they didnt finish until late in the evening. These guys were very polite and did a beautiful job installing but couldnt finish because some of the parts were not ordered. I had to call again to find out when they would finish the job and talked to a different person who said that the coordinator would contact me but he never did. The flooring person ended up calling me a week later to see if he could come over and finish the work. I received a bill a week later that was more than I agreed to because of the extra parts that they didnt order and included extra labor. I had to go back into the store to get this corrected since it was their mistake. They never once asked me if I was happy with the job. I will not recommend Haleys to anyone as a result of my experience with them and many of my neighbors are redoing their flooring at this time too. They didnt make the customer (me) feel important.

I recently purchased a very large gun safe from Haleys. I opted for a different lock and in-home delivery service. The lock was changed and the timing was such that I was able to have the safe delivered two days after my purchase.As a customer, I understood the risks of moving a 3/4 ton safe into my house and across my flooring. Truthfully, I expected something to go wrong. The delivery personnel were friendly, extremely cognizant of protecting my hardwood floors (likely because they also sell and install flooring), and took time to explain the operations of the safe before they left.I also compared prices from Nashville, TN to Trenton, GA and found that Haleys provided the lowest cost on both the safe and delivery.

We relocated and purchased a home which needed some hardwood flooring repaired. Upon the recommendation of our realtor we contacted Haley’s. Trying to get into our home as quickly as possible we secured them to repair the floor. Service was provided to meet our schedule. We were not satisfied with the repair and the same individual was sent out to adjust his work. Again, we were not satisfied with the repair. Frustrated, we let it go and thought we would “just have to live with it”. However, Haley’s assured us that they would fix it. Finally the floor was completed and looks good, thanks to the service team of Doug & Phillip. Not only did their work meet our satisfaction but they were enjoyable to work with. Although the repair was a frustrating process the customer service resulted in a job well done. A Star is deducted only because the cost of their repair service is extreme

Haleys did a great job for us on our bedroom floors. We are so pleased with the Luxury Vinyl plank that we chose for our guest room and our master bedroom. The sales person was friendly and went the extra mile to help us. The installation crew were courteous and very professional. When they found a hole in our subfloor, after removing the carpet, they rearranged their schedule to come back in a timely manner and finish our flooring - all within the week. We so appreciate their attention to customer care and their professionalism.

We got new flooring throughout our house, hardwood and carpet, $16,000. In the end, we are happy with our new floors, but it was a struggle. They contracted out installation and the carpet installers damaged my walls; Haleys told me scratches on the walls are to be expected. Wow. There was also a hole in one wall caused by the carpet installers -- a wall which was been professionally painted 2 weeks prior. One of the carpet installers used foul and inappropriate language while speaking to my teenage daughter, which I reported immediately to Haleys. They sent the same man back to my house and my husband and I had to mindfully keep him away from our daughter. The hardwood flooring installers got glue on my walls, in numerous places, and Haleys said they are idiots and took off some $$ from my bill for that (side note, the installers had bad things to say about about salesman while they were working for him, so thats all just unprofessional, truly). Communication with Haleys was poor and inaccurate; for example, I wasnt told we had to remove a toilet prior to installation and ended up having to pay an emergency plumber when we couldve done it ourselves. Installer then clogged toilet after using it himself and caused plumbing backup and another cost to have that repaired. Hardwood installer called his own staff idiots. They had to come out several times, and one time they needed to come by to measure something, but didnt show up, BUT the owner told me they have the measurement. I asked how they got it and he said his guy went by my house (inside) and measured. I asked how that could be since we were home and he never showed up. He insisted he did show up. Long story short, the guy went to the wrong house, so the owner again said his employee was an idiot. We were also told by Haleys that the warranty on hardwood was 50 years, but later learned it was less than that. Once the work was complete, I called our salesman to pay the balance and he said hed run my card. Two months later I just got a bill in the mail; he didnt run the correct amount. Again, in the end we are happy with our floors, but it was a struggle and not nearly the pleasant experience we expected from such a fine store.

If I were able to not select any stars then I would for their lack of communication, poor customer service and inability to follow through on commitments. I have never used Haley’s before and after my current experience, I do not recommend their services.I purchased a new construction home from Stoneridge. The day of closing I was informed that I had issues with my floor due to moisture in the concrete and the glue and wood did not hold up well. After a month of leaving messages to Haley’s owner (with no return calls), a member of their staff emailed that all my hardwood would be taken up and replaced. Initially the only way that I could even communicate with someone was via email. I’m not really sure why they wouldn’t just pick up the phone to call me and answer my questions, explain the issue and my options.The day my floors were removed I was told for the first time my options to go with the wood I initially used (that they no longer offer from what I understand) or select a new product, but I had to wait (2-3 business days) for the new product to be installed. 2-3 business days came and went and now after 2 weeks I am finally getting my floors installed, but not without an attempt earlier today to reschedule yet again because they ran out of glue. For two weeks I have dealt with concrete floors, dust and dirt, the inability to use a large portion of my home, multiple installation dates that never happened, several “We’re sorry this or that happened so we have to reschedule”, several days of missed work from my job and ultimately little concern for my customer experience.I am an understanding person and know things happen in business that you can’t predict. Regardless of the issue, communication with the customer is key and if you let your customer down multiple times you should find a way to make it right - other than just reinstalling your product.

I visited Haleys today for the first time with the intent of redoing the granite/quartz in my kitchen and bath, and buying a gun safe. They did not seem interested in my business AT ALL! A lady told me they were backed up, and it could be up to 120 days for them to start my kitchen/bath project. They never offered to show me any products, discuss options, or expressed any interest in selling me anything. I have never had an experience like this anywhere. It really is too bad because I have a decent budget for this project and had expected to spend it all there. So disappointed.UPDATE: Thank you. I did speak with Mr. Haley today, and he was reassuring. I will try again and have hopes that my next visit will be a better experience.

I recently built a home and my builder used Haleys flooring for hardwoods, tile, and carpet. I can honestly say that working with Haleys was the easiest part of this stressful process. Although, I can honestly say I will never build another house, I will use Haleys again for any future needs. The owner spent a tremendous amount of time with me selecting hardwoods, and has gone above and beyond to make this process easier. We purchased a new home from Stoneridge Homes, and Haleys was the flooring provider/installer. Our hard wood floors had gaps all over the house in roughly 50+ spots. I even hired a flooring inspector to confirm that Haleys poor installation was the cause of the gaps. Michael Haley came into my home and basically told me I did not know what I was talking about and that all of the installation issues were normal. Michael Haley was very unprofessional while in my home, and did not want to admit that his installers did a terrible job installing my hard wood floors, and every time I pointed out something wrong with the floor, he came up with an excuse. Haleys fix to our hard wood flooring issues was to come into my home and fill the gaps with putty, and color. Michael Haley did not want to admit that his installers did a terrible job installing our hard wood floors. I would never use Haleys to do anything for me, nor would I recommend them. I would recommend Madison Flooring as I had them replace my floor in my previous home, and the installers did an excellent job!

Poor customer service, poor communication, uninformed knowledge of products, good pricing.I went into Haleys Flooring because they are a local business, and I like to support that whenever possible. My husband and I are remodeling our house we just purchased and I was looking for kitchen/laundry room tile. My first experience inside the store was fine. It was satisfactory, although I was not blown away by the customer service. I picked up a sample of tile I liked after speaking with a sales representative. I took the sample home to see it inside my kitchen and to discuss it with my husband. I came back a day or 2 later and placed my order. I was told it was a porcelain tile (which I specifically wanted) and that it would be in on the following Friday. I was busy over the weekend and didnt need it just yet. I called on Monday and got a very vague answer that they did not know when it would be in, maybe tomorrow? I called first thing Tuesday morning and left a message with the reception. I did not receive a call back after 4+ hours, so I stopped in. My sales rep was not there and there were 3 workers standing at the front desk when I walked in. No one was very eager to figure out where my tile was even though it was 4 days late. Instead, I got a bunch of hmmm thats weird, I dont knows. Finally someone called the warehouse and still gave me an up in the air answer of probably tomorrow. Wednesday I came in, and my tile still wasnt in. My rep was there and called the local warehouse. Surprisingly to everyone, including him, they actually had plenty in stock and didnt even need to order it. I go the warehouse to pick up my tile... the gentleman proceeds to load it into my car, except he unloaded one side of the pallet completely. This offset the weight of the pallet and the remaining cases of tile flipped over less than a 12 inches from my feet. Thankfully for everyone it didnt land right on top of my feet. The worker was apologetic and replaced the broken cases of tiles with new ones. It is now the day before my contractor is ready to install. He asked me what type of tile it is just to confirm. I looked and it is ceramic. The sales representative told on the day we ordered that it is porcelain. I am overall very disappointed with the customer service with this company. I work with the public everyday and I am a small business owner. I respect local companies and I hate to have this type of experience with a company that I have heard such good things about. I will not be recommending this company to any of my clients, friends or family.

Buyer Beware!!! Do not buy anything from this business if you expect any timely or respectful service.I first called to get a price on a safe and expressed my concern about the installation and was assured they could install it into my daylight basement by rolling it on the grass down and back up a hill without a problem. I went to the store on December 20th and purchased a large Liberty Lincoln safe weighing nearly 1200 lbs. The salesman claimed they could swap the mechanical dial lock for an electric keypad lock in house by their locksmith in no time. It cost $3400 total. I was quoted a delivery date for December 26th.The first problem came when I got a call on the 26th that the locksmith hadn’t come in due to the flu and couldn’t install the lock, so they’d have to reschedule. (Aren’t their other locksmiths in Huntsville that could have been called to do this simple install) I offered to have them deliver the safe but come back and install the new lock later, but they wouldn’t consider this option either.Due to them not knowing when the locksmith would be back, we then went through the rest of the week on a day by day basis. He scheduled me each morning for the next day to see if the locksmith would show but he never did. On Friday, the 29th, the salesman scheduled me for Tuesday the 2nd .I got a call from the installers on the 2nd to prepare me for the delivery and they asked if they were just dropping it on concrete and rolling it in and I said that no they would have to drop it on the driveway and roll in on the grass on a hill all the way around the house into the daylight basement. He claimed that it wasn’t written on the ticket that way, but he’d make it happen (obviously no communication between depts). He then showed up with one other person. Two people to roll a 1200 lb safe down a hill, back up into the basement, remove the pallet from under the safe? He obviously quickly reneged saying there was no way he could install it with only two people and we’d have to once again reschedule when he had at least 4 people. He knew it was on a hill before he came, he should have had 4 people!!!I called the store manager to get an explanation with hopes that they would try to make it right with me since I’d had to stay home for 4 days waiting on them to bring the safe and then it not happening. She simply just wanted to reschedule to the 11th. No apology, no refund of the delivery charge, no offer of a price drop, no offer to expedite the delivery or install on Saturday (the installer made it clear the company was too cheap to pay for overtime). They have no respect for my time, they just expected me to take off another day from work like it’s no big deal and for me to just be at their mercy as to whether they’d actually install it on that day.Their salesmen make promises they have no idea whether they can keep, they obviously don’t listen to the answers to their own questions or they’d of known the terrain they were dealing with and planned accordingly, I talked to both the store manager and owner and they refused to try to make me happy even though it was their screw up. The owner even went as far as to say that they sell 7-8 safes a week so they’re busy. As if I’m not important enough to go to the extra hassle and make me a priority.They could have hired another locksmith, installed the safe then installed the new lock later, called in 2 more people and paid them overtime for an hour, installed on a Saturday, refund my delivery fee, hell even just offered to buy me lunch. All of these solutions would have cost less than $100 and Id have been happy. Theyre too worried about making every cent they can make. Absolutely no solutions were even offered so I elected to get a refund and purchase my safe somewhere they treat their customers with respect.I hope this shows you who you’re dealing with and you decide not to give them any of your hard earned money. No Mr. Haley, nobody is perfect, people make mistakes, but good businesses own up to it and try to make it right.

For 8 months, trying to get Haleys to come fix the new carpet they installed with builder. Master bedroom and closet, 2 bedrooms and office the carpet is bunching up and has to be stretched when we have been our new home for a year and half. After calling Adam and staff in September 2015 through December 2015, they send someone to look at the condition and estimate to fix. A month goes by and in January 2016 I called Adam again because he did not call me back with am estimate. He states they cannot fix the carpets and they not in the business to stretch caprets. They wont even fix the problem they installed. Buyer beware. I have also reported them to the builder to not use their services and writing better business Bureau in Huntsville and Madison.
