I put $1000 down on a car and they sold the car to someone else and wouldnt give me my money back.

We went to buy our grandson a car and the owner is very kind and a honest young man. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond to get us the car. I would definently buy another used car from him. Thank you sir for helping a young man acquire his first car. He is very happy with it. God Bless!

I was in the market for a car and we drove across town to see their inventory. The staff were not verry friendly as they waited inside for us to ask for help. They opened the car tj and t we were interested in from the inside of their building so that they wouldnt have to step outside in the heat of the day. We left and went to a real dealership and purchased our new car.

Horrible experience.I drove 3 hours to pick up a car I had arranged to buy. The owner wasnt even there. He was 1.5 hours away. And he lied about the cars history. He said it only had minor cosmetic damage & the title was fine...but the car had 26 Carfax accident reports! The car was only 5 years old, but he lied when he said it wasnt a salvage/refurbishment. We checked the VIN. Very shady business dealings at J&P.

Bought a used 2003 Honda Pilot. Owned the vehicle for 28 days and the motor blew on it. J&P refused to do anything whatsoever. Will not buy again or ever recommend.

Terrible experience. Crooks. Sold me a car and said they give 30 days warranty. Transmission messed up next day. They refuse to fix car or honour warranty in any way.

I can 100% say my experience with J&P Auto Sales was exceptional. I was sold a lemon after 42 days the engine went completely out in the car and J&P Auto Sales wont do anything about it... I paid $4,600 for the 2007 Chrysler 300 and now its gonna cost me another $4,995 to replace the motor
