My husband and I recently had our car serviced at Lexus of Huntsville and were very pleased with the service and communication. Scott did a great job taking care of us. He communicated all of the work clearly and made sure we had a nice loaner car while ours was being worked on. He oversaw our service from start to finish and was very pleasant to work with.
My experience with Lexus of Huntsville was terrific! I purchase a used L/Certified RX350 from out-of-state. Willie was an excellent sales rep, great customer service from start to finish. I was informed at every stage of the process and felt 100% confident in my purchase. I love my car! There were no surprises when it arrived to me from across the country. Service department- this one is for you! I have tried to contact the service department 3 different times and left messages for them to return my call. No responses have been made. I am guessing they have enough work because they don’t seem to want our business. I guess we will have to go somewhere else.
This is by far the best dealership for service I have ever visited!! The service staff, Tammy Johnson, Scott Thompson, and the Manager Ray Ross are the epitome of what service and care should be!! The dealer may change his words up but I clearly have the text messages where I explained where my credit was. I asked all questions told him where I was with my credit. He told me we can get you in something. When truthfully he justed wanted to run my credit when he knew the credit had to be at 650. I felt like they purposely ran my credit just to be told I can not buy a car from them. After I broke down everything explain where my credit was which was not that far from a 600. He told me yeah we an get you in something. Which was a lie. Just be upfront and honest with your customers what that man did was cause a hard inquiry on my report that could have been prevented now I have to wait 24 months or hard work on my end to get it removed. Never ever will I tell anybody to go here. You can not trust everybody experience because a lot of theses people doing the review is not be really honest. They do not treat you like family at this place and I would avoid them on highway 72. Go to a different lot where they not purposely run your credit for no reason.For you all to think you all that in the city, but have the most careless mistakes toward customers. You are better off going to Audi which is down the street.
I typically do not write bad reviews but with this experience, I have decided to. I bought a used 2016 Honda Civic 21,000 approx. miles from Lexus of Huntsville about 6 months ago. About 2 months after having the vehicle, the paint starts chipping on the hood of the vehicle (which only continues to get worse), the glove box won’t close and the trim around my door and windows have started falling off. I personally take very good care of my vehicles. Keep in mind, my last vehicle was a 2012 used Honda Civic 68,000 miles when bought from a Honda of Decatur and it was still going strong with none of the above issues after 6 years and 300,000 miles later. So either they need to pay attention to the vehicles they are buying or they need to stop lying to cover up damage vehicles to make a sale. “I have worked for Lexus for years and would not put you in something I knew wasn’t perfect” LIE! Hovering me while I’m trying to inspect the vehicle. Next time I will listen to my dad when he says, just wait and let me go look at the vehicle cause they will take advantage of you and rip you off. I just don’t want anyone else to be stuck in this situation, definitely a first time car buyer like me! Take your time looking at the vehicle, every little thing. At the end of the day, it is YOUR money. Even when you feel like you have NO SPACE! Bring extra eyes and don’t be afraid to speak your mind! You got me Lexus of Huntsville but I pray no one else falls for it because you’re messing with someone’s hard earned money.Update: took the vehicle to Honda of Decatur to see if still covered under factory warranty and unfortunately not. The man that looked at my car instantly said the car has been repainted and more than likely wrecked. (Car fax was clean). Again, if they work with cars on daily, they should be able to tell this. So just saying, Lexus of Huntsville, you need to stop lying about the cars you’re selling or pay more attention to the ones you’re buying and resealing.

You wont find a better group of people to help assist you finding your dream car, and making sure youre more than taken care of afterwards. 10/10 cannot recommend this specific branch of the Lexus family enough!!!!!

I was a bit disappointed in Lexus of Huntsville, Service Department. I called to schedule a routine service and was informed they do NOT distribute loaner vehicles for routine service needs. I’ve been a proud supporter of Lexus Services everywhere else I’ve lived and they have always exceeded my expectations. The loaner vehicle not only assists me with continuing business needs but it also lets me know how valuable my time is to the service department. Not sure why this location doesn’t follow the same customer service procedures as others; it’s very unfortunate and does not meet my expectations at all.
If only there was negative star. I will never purchase from this dealership. My grandson broke down near their parking lot and managed to get his truck off the road into their lot. He went in to let them know that help was on the way and hed get it moved as soon as possible and that he would need to go home and get his trailer. He was told he could not leave it there and hey would have it towed. If this is the way they treat hard working people I dont want to do business with them.
My husband and I just moved to Huntsville and were on the look out for a new car. This pretty Camry was available at the Lexus dealership and from the minute we pulled in the parking lot we were treated like family. Gordon is an absolute gem to work with and we are so pleased with the service he provided us. Gordon was always making sure we were taken care of and he did an awesome job at explaining everything to us. We highly recommend going here for your car needs!

We purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Huntsville (out of state for us) and had an overall positive experience. Our sales rep, Tony, was courteous and efficient. The detailing on the vehicle left much to be desired (crevices and nooks still filled with dirt, interior compartments dirty, and interior loaded with too much air freshener.) Additionally, the title process leaves a big gray area if you are out of state. The title is mailed to you or the DMV or courthouse, but they wont tell you which, you have to wait for a call from one of the entities that receives it for you to go in and finish the paperwork. That said, for us it happened quick, which was nice. However, this process needs to be readdressed so the buyer is aware of what to expect ahead of time and can plan accordingly.
I had a cash purchase deal that was out the door price with Bill Whisenant.Out the door, the price includes Tax, title, license and dealer fees. When I went to the courthouse to get my tag, it cost me an extra $527.13 because Lexus of Huntsville did not include the city tax in the out the door price. I purchased two vehicles this week, a truck from another dealership with an out the door price. And I got the tags at the same time. The other dealership Bramlett GMC was honest. They included Tax, title, license, and dealer fees.I made the purchase, and they had one day and a half to clean up the vehicle. When I received the vehicle, it was dirty with fingerprints all over the car and plastic from delivery still on some of the interior panels; please see pictures.Please be aware of some of the tricks this dealership will use to make a sale.
There is no changing tables for babies in the bathrooms and that’s the one thing I needed the most while I was waiting for my car to be serviced.C’mon Lexus!!!
I have purchased many Lexus here and have always been highly satisfied with my salesman, Derrick Hill, and the service department representative, Tammy. They have always been most accommodating to me and offered the best service I have had at any dealership.
My husband and I went to the Lexus dealership in Huntsville on September 19, 2020. We met with Chico Dutchess. He was extremely patient and professional with us as we were at the dealership a good part of the day trying to decide exactly what vehicle best suited our needs. Mr. Dutchess was a genuine person who seemed to really care that his customers were happy and satisfied with their selection. We will definitely be repeat Lexus customers and will prefer for Mr. Dutchess to assist us in the future. We would highly recommend him to anyone at the Lexus dealership.

Had my first servicing of my Lexus and can vouch for all the hype of being a happy Lexus owner! Everyone that works there is super friendly & makes sure you are being helped & my service agent, Jamie (?) was funny, sweet & treated me like a VIP...and not to mention the transaction (like when I bought the car in literally one hour!!!) was quick & painless! Love being a Lexus owner! (which by the way, cost as much as the Hondas & Toyotas I was looking at!)

I have been a long time supporter of Lexus of Huntsville. They have always provided great service to my wifes Lexus. Their service was so great that I was considering purchasing a sports Lexus car here. My recent visit was great. The Service consultant was Brink Hindman. Very professional and great service. He deserves a 5 stars.The only reason I deduct a star for this review is Lexus dealership at this location have recently changed its policy and no longer provide a borrow car for customers unless your service takes more than 3 hours. This didnt bother me at this past visit because I wasnt in a hurry so I didnt mind waiting; however, I can see this could cause some problems in the future when my wife or I wouldnt have 1 to 3 hours to sit around and wait in the lobby.Lexus is a top brand not just because of their cars, but also because of the service that they provide to customers. Taking away a customers incentive could potentially give this dealership a bad look.Overall great service by Brink Hindman.

Wanted to rate the service department and our service representative, David, an A+ rating. David has been our service rep now for a few years. He is so kind, knowledgeable, and reliable. He gets our cars in right away, with no added surprises. If something comes up, he calls and let’s us know what they’ve found. He is honest and never tries to pressure you with added services. He always has a loaner available for us as well. Lexus service is the best and so is David! Ask for him!
The Lexus mechanic group is great and they always do a quality job. They have a nice room with coffee and snacks where you can wait while your car is being serviced. I specifically like this room because it has tables and chairs where you can comfortably work if you need to! Tammy is great to work with.
Service department is the WORSE service department ever. It’s inconvenient to drive to Lexus of Cool Springs, but so worth not having to deal with the head ache of the service department in Huntsville, not to mention the cost of service is generally substantially cheaper. HORRIBLE customer service in Huntsville. So bad that I’m trading a car I love to avoid having to deal with the service department here in Huntsville and the inconvenience of driving to Nashville, TN for good service. FYI: Make sure you avoid the two service consultant on the far right of the service dept entrance.

Worked with Chico Dutchess on buying a Used car from this dealership. We stopped by to look at the vehicle after finding it online and We were greeted by Chico and inquired as to how he could help, we asked about the used car we had seen online and they had sent it off for detailing. He called the next day to let us know it was ready for viewing. We came back the next day to look at it and test drive it and Chico came with my wife and I on the test drive. We decided to buy the car after the test drive and talked numbers, they were able to find a competitive lending rate for financing for us and even repainted both bumpers for free. We are enjoying our new to us car and appreciated Lexus of Huntsvilles Hospitality and Chicos guidance as a first time car buyer. I would definitely recommended working with Chico to anyone shopping at this dealership.

Love Love Love this place!!! I get my Lexus serviced here and they are always so honest and do everything to help me understand any issues. I bought my car in January and the brakes have squeaked ever since. I took it to Lexus thinking it needed new brakes. David S. had me come in the next day, they looked at it right away and determined I had new brakes, but there was an anti squeak piece missing from the after market brakes the previous owner put on. David S. ordered the brakes, put me in a loaner so I could go home and had my car fixed the very next morning for a minimal charge. It was washed and vacuumed and looked brand new when I picked it up. I am so happy I took it to Lexus of Huntsville, they really treat you with respect and honesty!!!
I drove from Brentwood TN to Huntsville, AL to get my son a car at Lexus of Huntsville. I would NEVER do business again with this business. They made a $347 mistake on my local taxes when all they had to do is call to find out. I was told that they may be a little off and that my county would be in touch with me about my tags. I got a call from my county saying that I owe $347 in order to get my tags for my sons car. This is NOT a little off...I was expecting $50 +-.....I talked to Derrick who was the sales rep who sold the car to us. He explained that he had talked to everyone he could in management and there is nothing they could do. Note: My experience with Derrick was good but the company as a whole is the WORST! Nothing like taking care of your customers.
Let me preface the following statement by stating that I had been to a handful of dealerships and contacted a least a dozen private sellers only find that I was wasting a lot of my time. Not only that, but nine times out of ten the salesperson I dealt with was not upfront about anything notable regarding the vehicle I was looking at (history, machinal issues, excessive wear and tear).So, I decided on a whim to see what inventory Lexus of Huntsville had in stock. I met a gentleman named Tony White who showed me what they had in stock within my criteria and even gave me the Carfax and service history for vehicle I ended up purchasing. During the test drive he informed me of features I wasnt aware of and made sure I was able to see how the vehicle preformed in different situations to ensure I was confident in the vehicle I was nearly set on purchasing.After everything was said and done, I ended up walking away with a 2014 Toyota Avalon XLE Hybrid below the Kelly Blue Book value in pristine condition in under a total of two hours (had to go back since my bank could only process the check the following day).I cannot express how much I had enjoyed the entire car buying experience at Huntsville of Lexus and the amount of work they put into making sure you as a customer walks away with the best deal possible.Special thanks to Tony White for hooking me up with my new ride and the Lexus of Huntsville team for ensuring that this was all possible! I purchased a 2018 Lexus IS 300 f-sport sedan from Lexus of Huntsville about a year ago and truly love the car. I researched various automobiles and checked the resale values before deciding to buy my Lexus. The management and sales staff are all professional and go the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction. The service department is second to none, they also go the extra step to make sure every car serviced runs like brand new. At first I thought did I make the right decision, amend will the cost of upkeep be high, well I am happy to say no and I look forward to many years of driving the current car I have. I will definitely recommend Lexus of Huntsville to friends for the top notch company and employees who work there.

Unfortunately we have never been able to come together on the price with Lexus of Huntsville. We always go to Birmingham to purchase. They have a wider selection and more flexible on pricing. Third Lexus purchase, first from Lexus of Huntsville. Top notch from first visit and test drive and then again the next day for purchase. Salesman Chico was great, listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, didnt push like many salespeople do. He knows the cars and their features, inside and out, a true gentleman. Received good price on trade-in. Pricing on new vehicle was upfront an honest. Definitely worth the drive from Birmingham to Huntsville to be able to deal with a dealership thats not owned by a large monopoly like the dealership in Birmingham. General Manager, Kin, wants to earn and keep your business, runs a top notch operation, he finalized my deal as the finance person was out that day, it was quick, easy and I was back to Birmingham in time for dinner. Hope to continue this new friendship for many years and bring others into the family! Loving my new 2020 RX350!
Our purchase at Lexus of Huntsville was actually a pleasant one! Tony White, our salesman, was patient and personable, but never pushy. We had a lot of questions as we have not owned a Lexus before. He was very knowledgeable about the product. Our purchase was completed quickly and seamlessly. Tony White is a professional we would definitely work with again.
I have not had the opportunity to experience anything close to great or positive service of my RX350. My first experience taking my Brand new car into service at this location was less than pleasant. It took several weeks for them to diagnose and resolve the true nature of the limp mode and loud clacking noise emanating from the car. My second encounter was equally worst. I took my car in for a 10, 000 miles service and because I was shocked at how quickly my car got in and out, after I got home, I decided to open the hood for a brief visual inspection and what I found was extremely disappointing. I dont wish to go into details but I have pictures to prove. I pointed out these issues to the Service Manager, Ray, who was nice and offered to make it right. The problem is the niceness of the personnel does not make me feel any safer to be in my car that due diligent appears to have been lacking; it is rather a demonstration of competency that would ameliorate my outlook on this service department. I do have a 30,000 Miles service upcoming very soon and I would like to have some degree of confidence in the 22-point service issues that are to be done on this imminent visit, but I am deeply worried and still pondering my options at this time.
Just bought a car from Willie Aaron and got exceptional service. Bought it at 6pm(after regular hours) and he still got it detailed and full of gas before we left the dealership. Willie and his staff were very professional in every way. Pleasure buying a car in a low stress no haggling environment. Will be back.

Actually, I was not there to buy a car. However, these gentlemen were so kind as to let a pregnant young lady sit in their showroom while waiting for a ride. Her truck broke down directly in front of the dealership. It was a scorcher outside that day. I was driving by when I noticed her. I managed to get her truck pushed a crossed the street in the then “unfinished” new car lot that was being built. Not a freaking soul got out to help me push this poor woman out of the street. That’s Ok... I managed on my own. I insisted she call her husband to inform him I would drive her across the street to sit in the air conditioned Lexus dealer while she waited for a ride. So, ladies, and gentlemen, of Lexus of Huntsville you did a great service by allowing this expectant mother to wait in your showroom... Thank you. This actually happened in Jun/ Jul timeframe. I am just now getting around to thanking you because Google asked for a review of my visit at your dealership... great place to be!!! Just think how they’ll treat you if you were there to spend money!!!
The Lexus was due for an oil change and it was recommended that I take it too Lexus dealership. I believe that the price was too high. The tire rotation was an unexpected expense but I was told that it should be done. I was quoted $108.00, in the end it was $237.00...ouch! Ill never take it there again.
Worst sales experience ever. While trying to negotiate with the salesman, the car I was interested in was sold to someone else. Probably a good thing for me as I went to another dealer and saved thousands. The Huntsville dealer wasnt really interested in negotiating.

Chico gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy. He had excellent knowledge on vehicles and very customer friendly. We visited Lexus of Huntsville while we were shopping for a new SUV. We were shopping...not buying (not that day). Chico Dutchess greeted us and asked if we needed any assistance. We asked to see at least 4 or 5 different vehicles and Chico explained all the features (he is professional and very knowledgeable). He never presented a sales pitch, just answered our questions. We looked at other makes/models that weekend but decided to go with a Lexus. I received quotes from two other dealerships but Lexus of Huntsville had the better deal. We picked up the vehicle a few days later and only spent about 45 minutes finishing up the paperwork. We highly recommend Lexus of Huntsville.

I don’t typically post reviews, and I definitely don’t air grievances in a public space, but the dealership experience was not what it was three years ago when I bought my first Lexus here and not the standard one would expect when buying the Lexus brand.
I am so impressed with this dealership and Lexus in general. They have gone above and beyond what I expect from a company and a dealership in replacing parts on a car out of warranty and the level of service they provide. My wifes car is a 2006 and they have replaced two expensive parts on the car at no cost. This dealership is awesome! My wife picked up her car and left my BMW keys for me to pick up and they detailed my car for no reason. Shout out to Rob, we are a Lexus/Toyota fan forever, I cant wait to sell my BMW and buy our next vehicle from Lexus/Toyota. I am highly impressed!
Purchased a vehicle here about 3 weeks ago.very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff in particular Mr Curly Allen who helped me with the purchase.I had been looking for a particular SUV which I found here at LOH through an online search. Mr. Allen helped me with most of the process via phone and email since I reside in Metro Atlanta always called me back in a timely manner, if I had a question there was never a time I could not communicate with him.I like to do things as efficient and seamless as possible and this place does just that.for this I would recommend and definitely purchase from again.

I picked up my Certified Lexus from Lexus of Huntsville yesterday and I could not be happier. I liked Joaquin Recueros upfront and honest approach to car sales. Carlos, the Sales Manager and Joe, the Finance Manager, were also excellent. I got a good deal from my local dealership without having to drive hundreds of miles to find it. I spend a lot of time researching a car before I buy one and Lexus of Huntsville delivered.

The website says that the red rc 350 is for sale. When I arrive, the sales person said it was sold. The stickers were sill on it as its for sale. I asked if the white one is sold and he said it was an rc 300 and it would drive different. The car was a rc 350 sport because I already looked at it the night before. So he was caught in two lies right from the start. He was just judging a book by its cover. But thats okay, I had the money to buy the red one in cash. Im on my way to another Lexus dealership to get on $5000.00 cheaper. Guess it worked out. Thanks.
While shopping for a new vehicle I met Joe Mullins and I have to say he was the most informed and professional salesman I have ever met. He answered all my questions and didnt push me to buy something I didnt want. Once I decided on what I wanted, the finance manager Carlos took his time to explain every detail of the purchase and made sure all my questions were answered. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I will be back to get another!

Would give a zero if I could. They never stick to their word. Always changing what they say in the service department.
I needed a low beam highlight replaced, new brakes, and the timing belt replaced. They were able to get all of this done is a short time. The service done met my expectations and my car is in great shape.

They do not answer the phone or return voice mails. For the past two days, I have called them at least 7 times, and most of the time have not been able to get a person. When I do get a to the operator, they transfer the call, but it is never picked up. I was a loyal customer, but will not go to them again because of the very poor customer service.
Just wanted to post a thank you to Rob Massingill in Service, along with Grant who was my assigned technician to diagnose a possible suspension problem with my GX460 last week. Turned out to be user error, but I sure learned a lot about my GX from Grant in the process. It is truly a wonderful and highly capable vehicle. Most of my regular service has been coordinated with Rob and he does a superlative job! For years I have been a Toyota guy, but decided to step up to Lexus for my most recent purchase and it was a good decision.

We went in to buy a used RX350. The price we we given verbally was a higher price and didnt match the online price. When we started negotiations they brought out two pieces of paper with a price and they were both different and higher than the online posted price. When we called them on it they then said they dont see that vehicle posted online. After showing them the price online they said well you know of when the cars are selling we dont have to worry about the price we are asking. That is not what I call good customer service and it seems very shady. When we ask you for your best price and you come back with $1000 more than the posted on line price.....?
