WORST EVER!!! Their internet goes out all the time and when you call to report it they always just say that they are working on it. I am home %90+ of the time and still run through my mobile phone data EVERY month because there is constantly a problem with the internet so I cant use my wifi to save data on my phone. It goes out several times a day and is frequently out for several days, up to a week straight and they NEVER reimburse you for it. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDED XFINITY!!!

Besides Comcast being outrageously expensive, my box has been rebooting twice a day for almost 2 months. Today I finally had enough, tried to call & couldn’t get through. They’re service sucks, to expensive & they can’t get their own technical issues fixed. My elderly mom lives with me & it’s hard for her to understand streaming so I’ve kept Comcast for her. If it was just me, I would have cancelled years ago. Do yourself a favor, don’t choose Comcast!!

I have had Xfinity internet for around 15 months. I noticed that after 12 months that my bill went up $50. They said my “promotion” had ran out. I called to cancel the service 3 months later to be told I had to pay a $110 break contract fee. The lady told me that I had renewed a contract with them after the 12 months. First off, I had no idea I was on a contract. Second off, I never was given any form of communication saying that my contract was being renewed because I would have closed my account because the internet got drastically worse over time. I was not allowed to talk to the supervisor when I asked and I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The store was really busy and there was not enough staff. Since I was turning in equipment instead of starting new service, my experience wasnt as upbeat and positive as the other people. We were sad to find out that your services are not offered in Toney, Alabama. We would definitely ditch Mediacom in a minute if you ever extended your service area.

We started using Xfinity in November 2020, with TV, Mobile, Internet and home security. TV was outrages billing, Mobile is very intermittent, Internet is becoming more and more unreliable, Now the home security is starting to fail.

Comcast has been my internet, phone and cable provider for 8 1/2 yrs now. They make me mad sometimes by increasing or adding somethings without notice. It will be resolved when I call customer service. Most times am tired of them and will want to switch but I never did.. My reason the devil you know is better than the Angel you dont know🤣🤣🤣.

No service center in muscle shoals, tuscumbia, no service center sheffield, closed service center florence, only one in or near nw Alabama is Huntsville, miles away, only other ones in state at all are way below, closed all cullman and elsewhere in central, might be one way down in dothan but have basically shut down majority in this and surrounding states, then only delivery of equipment available, though USPS taking supposed 3 to 5 days unless pay for expedited at additional charge 30, but of course with USPS backup the supposed 1 to 2 days is higly suspect, more so that none of that has even shipped yet at all even though put in order yesterday yet no change on order status. As usual, they live up to their nickname comcrap.

Prices have sky rocketed. They are charging us 244 a month. We called just to get internet and they said 120 a month. So why are they outsourcing to the Philippines? If its cheaper why is our cable so high. We are finished. We will just stream and go to another company.

Ive visited this business several times. Only 1 or 2 staff know what theyre doing. Ive left there after paying one of my Comcast accounts in full and then get a call from a collection agency in a few days. I dont think Comcast nor the staff have ever seen the same customer screen that we see from our PC. They are supposed to be internet specialists.

Horrible value... paying $150 for some regular channels and no premium channels. Paying extra for “faster” internet and it is still slow and I don’t even have a lot hooked up. Called customer service and it was almost impossible to get a real person. After 45 min of trying I got a guy who absolutely did not want to be doing this job. He sounded miserable and said I don’t know a lot and said yeah none of our plans come with premium channels. He was no help. Take my advice ... look into another option if you can. This service is horrible.

I cancelled Verizon and started with Xfinity last year. I only wish I hadnt. I have had nothing but trouble with this service since that time. First the phone I bought stopped working. I purchased the Samsung A70. I was told that that phone had not been a good phone and Xfinity replaced it with the A71. When I received the new phone it would not activate. I took it back to the store and it took the employees 3 days to active the phone. Since I have had the A71 it has quite working several times causing me to return again and again. When I bought my new phone I also bought an identical phone for my wife. She has had more trouble with her phone than I have. If there were a lower rating than 1 star I would give that. When I have been able to reach Xfinity on the phone their recorded message says they have been awarded the top in customer service. They must have been compared with the USPS.

In Huntsville Alabama..I was very disappointed with the customer service & lack of knowledge how to speak to a customer and sale a product ...I ended up being so upset that I walked out and ported my number for both phones back to Verizon I rather pay Verizon extra than to put up with that treatment

We got a notification that there were some lines being worked on a road over from our house yesterday, we have been without internet since then, I have been calling and getting nowhere with this issue. I’m told that a technician can come out to my house today to check everything, if the issue is caused by xfinity, then I won’t have a fee, but if the issue is caused my my family I’ll have a $70 dollar fee, but here’s the catch, if the technician wants the $70, he’s allowed to blame it on us regardless to get the money, and if I don’t pay the fee, we don’t get our internet restored. How fair does that seem? Very disappointed. We pay our bill every month on time. We should not have to pay for a technician to come out regardless.

I went in to go over my services due to my contract was ending. I was not really explained everything just told this is what I needed to sign and this is what my bill is going to be each month. The rep did not give me a break down so I basically have to wait for a bill. I come home and I see service update when I turn on the TV and I had to accept it in order to watch tv, but I already accepted them in the store. However, the channels are completely different now. Im a bit upset cuz I believe I was upgraded to some new stuff. I just wanted to renew same service. Now I have to call and wait on hold for customer service. That was the reason why I went to the store to prevent this. So disappointed.

And I do have to say being a person that has had Xfinity in the past and is not been very happy at all maybe a 3 out of 10. Im very happy with what happened. Theyll gladly charge you a $70 setup fee for having two mis-crossed wires attached to the wall that would take a minute to fix if you know whats wrong, which the phone techs arent directed to suggest, since they want to squeeze as much cash out of you as possible. Dealing with the service reps on the phone also felt like talking to a desparate car salesman. They also force you into contracts for sub-par internet service that frequently drops on top of that. Comcast is an absolutely grimy company. Go with ANY other ISP if you can help it.

Because it is almost impossible to figure out how to talk to a real person from Xfinity I created a little guide on how to do that a quickly as possible.-call on phone not related to your account-use your current zip-tell them you are a new customer-tell them this is about a new service-home or work what ever you are using-again say this is a new service-they will transfer you to a sales rep.-ask ask sales rept. to transfer to billing dept.

We were very happy with the pleasant and helpful service here. This is the 3rd time to This store since they moved to Bridge street and it really helps to have a nice place to go when you need to exchange equipment. We dont go to Bridge street except for special occasions but at least they are easy to get to being close to Barnes and noble area. We also are very happy to see their Customer support has improved so much and they are very willing to do what they can to get tech support visits setup if the equipment switching doesnt work. We had a connection issue that required them to come out about 3 months ago and was very hard to diagnose and they didnt give up until it was fixed thank you for making a bad thing easier to deal with.

I LOVE this service, it works great, I get tons of movies and shows. They work with you on payments and due dates. What I’m irritated about it this page. The number is gives you is an automated system instead of the actual stores number, which is extremely frustrating when you’re trying to call & ask a simple question. Xfinity is the absolute worst internet provider in the History of my experiences with internet providers. This is not a reflection of this particular store. It is a reflection of Xfinity as a whole. Xfinity promised unlimited Data, recorded my wrong phone number and email address. Charged me overages. Promises the overages to be waived & set back up on an unlimited plan. Worst Customer service ever. Today I tried to get instructions to their store as I was in the parking lot and could not find it. The customer service kept asking for my account address and couldnt understand I no longer had an account. She hung up. Second person tried to help, but oh wait. You cant call a local store to talk to someone anymore. So therefore nobody could answer questions I need ed to know.There should be laws that state if your are doing walk in business in a community (brick & mortar) you must provide a phone service for locals. I can see now why people who may not have/want smart phones with internet services are having a hard time doing business with companies. They are almost demanding people MUST HAVE them.Overall, glad I finally pulled the plug and canceled my account. Comcast has finally gotten to big for its britches.

7 months same issue repeated overage charges, November 2019 please upgrade my unlimited plan to an unlimited plan, December 2019 please upgrade my unlimited plan to an actual unlimited plan, January 2019 please upgrade my unlimited plan from November 2017 to an actual unlimited plan....finally granted on January 30th...after $200 in overage charges. I usually do not do this, however my experience with this company has been a nightmare. Call Center is just bad. They are very rude. I cannot say on the store, will be visiting today for first time in hopes to getting better service. I have had them 5 months and every month has been extra charges, dropped service for short times, and dealing with very unprofessional sale clerks via phone. Frustrated to the max with this company. I only signed for a year, and boy am I ever so glad. Really cannot wait to be out of this contract. Will most definitely look into other companies before getting into another contract. Be blessed

Internet keeps going out. When I call to see if there is an issue in my area, they blame it on my new equipment. Its seems to never be their fault, or they just want to charge me $60 to have a technician come and change a connector then blame it on that. Never seen a maintenance technician working in my area looking for noise or inspecting the lines or balancing the main line equipment.

I have also spoke with 6 different reps and all have told me the problem has been resolved and today I received a call from a collections agency. So I moved into a new home and wanted my service transferred after moving I was told that a technician would come out to take of me within 24-48 hrs, a week later and I haven’t heard anything so I decide to give them a call. Was going to cancel Comcast in September after my trial rate ended and the cost was going to double...in September I called and was offered what seemed like a good deal, signed the contract via email, my September, October and November bill were all $50+ more then they should have been....each time I called and spoke to a person who hardly spoke English, each call lasted 30 minutes or longer with being assured I would get the money paid back and everything would be fixed. As part of the package I was supposed to get a box to allow basic channels and one special channel (that never did came although each phone call I was assured it was in the mail). In November I went in and cancelled autopay, in December still none of the money owed back the bill was still jacked up...I called and refused to pay, January internet was cut off...I called and it was started back up, in February once again the bill was messed up and I called and told them I was switching to AT&T (lower price and no issues). I received a bill from collectors for $211 for terminating a contract they never honored or followed....it was an expensive experience and thankfully their is enough competition coming to Huntsville that Comcast will either become a decent company who treats their customers fairly or they will crash and burn out.

I knew Comcast had a bad reputation going in but it doesnt even come close to explaining just how terrible they really are. Quite literally the worst customer experience Ive ever had in my life. If you have ANY OTHER OPTION for internet then please take it instead! It was the most unbelievable experience with a cable company EVER! 2 hours speaking with someone in Philippines, who said she needed transfer me to another department because she couldnt help me!!!! I have lost my mind!!! Horrible customer service troubleshooting and poor phone skills as I has to repeat my information 4 to 5 times, then I asked the representative to write down everything she is asking me. Man I talked too soon. I went with Xfinity July 18. I have had nothing but trouble with them. Can never talk with a person. They have reset my modems numerous times. Finally, had a live tech come out. They pushed every key on keyboard. They finally changed modem. Had internet for almost 2 days. Today, again I have no internet. It is a joke, I was given a cell number from an employee but, hey, she never answers it! Name was Adriana. You can never talk to a live person UNLESS you physically go to Bridgestreet. I am thinking about Breach of Contract. I am paying high for a service I am not receiving. I have reached out, again, for someone to fix my internet and fix my TV modem which continues to go off this sending no signals to any of my TVs. In my opinion, this is a RIP. I have my doubts if anyone, from comcast, can or even try to fix this problem. STAY with what you have, think twice about going with comcast. No service..

Terrible service. Was sent to one location that was closed. Sign on door said go here. Its inside the mall. No close parking. Disabled and had to hobble to store over cobblestone pavers. Then got handed equipment and was told go plug it in. Did as instructed but had to spend 4 hours on the phone getting passed from from one person to another. Got phone and internet working but no better than before. CANCELED MY SERVICES AFTER 12 YEARS because they hiked bill up to 235$! a month for sub par internet and the worst wifi ever. Less than 68Mbps when paying for 150Mbps and only 2.4G wifi no 5G and only works for 15 feet unless you rent extenders. Gave 11Mbps at 11 ft. Called and was basically told to exchange again and they would cut services to lower prices. Changed to Mediacom and price went down to 157 with taxes and fees. Wifi 2.4 and 5G with speeds as high as 866Mbps to router and 78Mbps connect to internet on 75Mbps and 12Mbps download. Besides Comcast going from 117 per month to 235 without any notice on autopay. When calling them they advised the promotion had expired and there was nothing they could do. Terrible customer service. Thats what you get for over a decade of customer loyalty NOTHING. Wouldnt even credit for overbilling for a year, said we can credit last month but not the last year. Why? Surprise never got any credit and call back had no offer either. Recommend you look around since there are many different choices in this area. Wouldnt Recommend.

Over priced BS.Sold me a infinity tv package that I thought would have the stations and shows that I like. But once I gotten the package it was garbage. It had nothing of the shows I wanted. And for the shows I wanted to see I have to pay $10 extra per station. Their words mean nothing once you sign the contract.BUYER BEWARE or you will be stuck for 12 months in a contract you cant get out of.

All COMCAST employees seem to be trying really hard. Also, the product itself is pretty solid. However, the management systems the employees have to work with dont give them what they need. They cant tell whether a house can be hooked up. They dont know when external lines will be run. And they dont have anyone to ask. I could have COMCAST at my door tomorrow morning (which would be the sixth time) and they still wouldnt be able to hook up my house because the lines dont extend this far, but they dont even know it. Having said this (to a very large number of employees) they not only dont have anyone to ask, but they also dont have anyone to tell. Management at the level to fix this problem doesnt know about this problem...because they arent trying to know about it.

I pay well over $300 a month for our TV, internet, and phone service. The internet service is pretty good. We have disconnected our home phone from the entry box because of the constant sales, begging, and political calls we get. The digital TV service is horrible. It constantly cuts in/out. I have been complaining about this problem for literally years and they have yet to do ANYTHING to resolve the issue. Additionally, while they may claim to have N number of channels, its not really true. Many/most of the channels are duplicated. There will be a low-res AND a high-res version of the same channel. They count these as two channels.
