I showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday & needed a SIM card for a loaner phone from a friend.The phone needed to do a lengthy update before being able to make a phone call to test the new SIM card.The customer care rep, Angie, insisted on waiting however long it took to make sure my new temp phone would work. She also went above and beyond to try to help me figure out ways to find my lost phone earlier in the day and then stayed after closing for 30 minutes to make sure my phone worked. That’s true customer service!!She will go places in this world. I hope AT&T recognizes her skills and rewards her. Customer service is a lost skill and Angie nailed it.

They were extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and spent all of the time that was needed to help me with several problems for which I needed assistance. I cannot recommend them enough!! I recently purchased a phone from the AT&T store on South Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, Alabama and Ms. Angie Garcia provided superb customer service in helping me select the right phone and made all the complex upgrading options simple. I then returned to the AT&T store after the holidays to setup and activate my new phone and this time Angie went above and far above my expectations for customer service. Despite being the only AT&T representative on duty (29 December 2020) she helped three customers simultaneously providing outstanding service to all three of us, its been a very long time since Ive seen this amount of patience, professionalism, and expertise that Angie provided. I highly recommend Ms. Garcia if you need to purchase and setup your new phone or troubleshoot anexisting phone. AT&T has an exceptional representative in Ms. Garcia!

This is not a real AT&T store, its simply a third party retailer that sells AT&T phones and service, they arent owned or managed by AT&T themselves. The employees are ignorant and incompetent and they like to randomly lock up the store just to take a piss in peace. Beware of a heavy set asian woman working there she is especially incompetent.

I wont lie, I visited this store after visiting a Verizon store and expecting to leave the AT&T ecosystem if I was unable to get a new decent phone with a cheaper or similar priced plan. I guess I showed up at the end of everyones shift, because I was quickly passed off to the only employee I saw in the store for the remainder of my visit, Luke.Luke was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helped me get a better idea of my cellular plan as well as worked hard to find a solution and products for me. I cant say much about the store or its wares as Luke and I quickly discovered I needed equipment far more rugged than what your average retailer will carry. However, Lukes insight and knowledge was well worth the trip. Its no exaggeration to say he has single handedly managed to convince me to stay with AT&T for a few more years and earned my whole-hearted recommendation!

I went into this store because my phone unfortunately got cracked, so I was going to see if I can just upgrade AND still have insurance fix the cracked phone. Austin says nope. So I asked for other options but he was pretty short like he didnt want to actually help or explain anything.Maybe he was in a bad mood because there was another lady walking out of the store and called him an a-hole on the way out after demanding his name for a review so she told me Goodluck getting help as she left.Ultimately Austin didnt seem to offer good customer service which led me to go to the ATT off of airport and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Josh at that store said getting insurance done and upgrading wouldnt be a problem and turns out it was doable with no issues.

Luke and John were excellent.As a customer service specialist myself I am rarely impressed but the service I received from your 2 associates was at such an astounding level that it could literally restore my faith in humanity.Congratulations on having such great associates you should be both proud to have them and fear losing them because people of that high of quality are few and far between, and you have 2.

Needed several changes made to my account - including device upgrades, new lines, porting in another carriers number, and plan changes. On two separate visits Kristina made a lot of parts moving at once end up exactly where they needed to be.

I was flat out lied to about phone availability in this store and then they were too busy to deal with it when I called about the issue.

Struggled for 3 weeks trying to get service for my home. Had to speak to customer service reps from the Philippines almost every day who were NO help whatsoever. I finally called this store. Austin solved all my issues. He assisted me and 2 other associates and their customers without missing a beat. Next time i have a problem with my service I will call Austin.

Luke was awesome helping my husband and I with my phone. It did take a little bit to transfer all my stuff on my phone but he stayed with us and showed me some things about the phone I didnt know!!

I arrived at the store today right at the schedule opening time, but the store was not open. Around 12:10 the employee arrived, let herself in and locked the door behind her without even acknowledging myself and the other customers that were waiting. A few minutes later she let me in and I explained what I needed. She spent a few minutes setting up the computer, asked again to what I needed and then told me she didn’t have the type of sim I needed. I understand that sometimes people run late, but an apology or acknowledgement that we were waiting would’ve gone a long way. This was a very poor experience all around due to this employees attitude. Luckily Jasmine at the Airport & Whitesburg location was able to take care of my request in about 5 minutes, and with a smile.

No assistance whatsoever!!! Absolutely no one there had any clue how to help me!!! Easy tasks cant even be figured out because everyone their was absolutely clueless!!!

Right now it is a zero star but will change it if they ever take care of the problem. I dropped off my old phone as a turn in 2 weeks before the due date. Then I get charged over $400 on the due date because AT&T did not receive my phone. I either get put on hold for 30 minutes or someone saying the manager will call me back. Has not happened in 5 days so far. I just got the same response but am not confident he will ever call me back again this time. I even stopped by there and they said he was out. Horrible start.

Called customer service for an office to visit about u-verse service...was referred to a wireless retailer. If only at&ts piss poor customer service was a secret. However, the lady in the store was very friendly and tried her best to help.

I went to this store to order AT&T fiber internet, u-verse TV and phone bundle. Although they tried to be helpful, it took them over 3 hours to place my order. They had to enter it multiple times (at least 6) and ran credit checks each time trying to process it. When I arrived home I began receiving various text messages and emails stating conflicting info about my order as well as installation dates. The next week a contractor showed up without permission on my property and worked in my yard pulling AT&T cable and cut my existing WOW cable. I discovered this when I arrived home and found AT&T equipment in my yard and no internet, TV or phone service. This was a Sat. and no one was available to repair. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve. My husband went to the store and waited 20 min. on hold for a supervisor but was cut off. When he asked for immediate help from the store representatives he was yelled at, told to wait in line with all other customers and finally ordered to leave. The store rep threatened to have him forcibly removed from the store. I called another local AT&T store and was told this store is not owned by AT&T and therefore uses contractors for their services. I cancelled my order at this store. I will be following up with AT&T for reimbursement for the damage on my property as well as lost wages in time spent with this issue.

I have absolutely HATED AT&T since I switched I them. I requested a change in my cable company from Comcast to AT@T. While he was hooking up my cable service, a representative named Terri Petty came out to speak with me about switching from TMobile to them. She quoted me a price which was about $30 cheaper a month to total $180ish a month for two lines of unlimited service. She also told me that my contact fees for my equipment would be paid to TMobile. Well now, 4 months later, they have been nothing but a headache! My first months bill for cell service was $300. The next month was close to the same. When I called her to get this straight, I had to wait on her to get in contact with her supervisor to approve it. My question was “how can you quote me a price, but I’m order to get that price twoMonths later you have to get your supervisor’s approval?” This process took about two weeks with me calling to get status on it multiple times. Well my owed amount to TMobile for my equipment was close to $1000. Not only did she not handle that when she sold me this plan, I’m now months into legwork I had to do myself only to find out that the $700 per line I’m supppsed to get is going to be roughly $400 total they’re reimbursing me. Their advertising is a joke, their service is awful, and they just flat out lied about my reimbursement costs. Now I will be stuck with paying the remaining $600ish out of my pocket. Horrible experience, I would give them a zero if I could!

I arrived at the store at 6:08P.M. on August 15th to switch my phone service from Verizon to AT&T and the store hours said they were open until 8:00P.M. Then another sign said 7:00P.M. My advice is I wouldn’t go here ever. I drove over 20 minutes to get to this store because they are supposed to be open and they are not. They just lost my business.
