Le Macaron is quite the fancy desert place and the prices might seem a bit high, but you get what you pay for, and I gotta say the Chocolate Caramel Espresso Coffee Shake was absolutely delicious! Also the staff here were super friendly and helpful to me deciding which shake I wanted. Plus the wait to get my shake wasn’t long either. Can’t wait to come back here again and try some more of their delicious deserts.
Loved this place! Cute little cafe/pastry shop located in Bridge Street Town Center. They have a great variety of macron flavors and also a variety of other treats and goodies. My ONLY complaint I wish it had a bigger lobby area to hang out. The coffee was good too! ( I got an iced caramel latte made with half and half).
One might think that a menu offering so many options may do some things better than others, but that is definitely not the case here. Everything is high-quality and delicious. The Affogato Paris tastes like drinking espresso through a praline straw in the best way possible. For those who don’t have as much of a sweet tooth, they offer traditional coffee, tea, and less sugary sorbet options.
Bought two eclairs. Bit into one and realized it was a chocolate filling. Not my thing at all. Went back to explain that I was caught off guard and I would like to get something else. The lady was visibly annoyed, explaining to me that real French eclairs are with a chocolate filling. I was like “ oh my bad, I’ve just never had one like that before.” She did reluctantly replace my two eclairs with three chocolates, and I was on my way.Anyways, it was nagging me, what she said. Not because I hate being wrong, but because I couldn’t believe I went my whole life not knowing what the components of an eclair were. So I googled it. ECLAIRS HAVE A WHITE CREAM FILLING.
Older review moved over from Yelp!Up until this little shop opened, there werent many places to get macarons in the Huntsville area. As such, Id never had one before - and Ive always wanted to try one. Finally got my shot when I had some extra time to kill at Bridge Street. This little place is tucked in fairly near PF Changs. Its a small space with lovely displays of all their treats. They offer croissants, eclairs, and other French pastries as well as gelato and coffee. When I visited, they were running a special that was 3 macarons and an eclair for I wanna say 11-12 bucks. I thought this was a pretty decent deal. I selected a coffee and chocolate macaron, and then took the recommendation of the friendly employee and opted for a coconut macaron as my 3rd. I also got a chocolate eclair - which I took to mean the icing on top was chocolate, but it wound up that it was a chocolate cream inside. I prefer vanilla for my eclairs, but I still wound up liking it!The employees were very friendly and polite. The shop was clean and smelled good. No complaints there.Overall, I liked my macarons. Im not sure what a great macaron is supposed to taste/feel like when eating it, so I cant speak with very much authority...but I enjoyed them. I think the coffee was my favorite overall. The coconut tasted better than the chocolate, but the chocolate had a more pleasant texture -- the coconut was a little mushy/gummy. The eclair was good, too.Overall, if youre looking for a French treat, this is a good option. I would happily return to try their gelato as well as their coffee, which I hear is quite yummy.
I went here three days ago. This was my second time visiting this place. I love everything about it ❤ the food is absolutely amazing and the customer service is great. Everyone is so nice. They have the best macorons I have ever had :)
Havent had the coffee yet, but the Macarons are the best Ive ever had. They are authentic French style. And they have Dairy Free options!Everything looks so good I want to eat it all. Lol.
I love this place. I think theyre totally worth the price, we got our friends to come with us and they loved it. I have had their ice cream and their macarons in almost all flavors
This place is the absolute cutest! I got a blackberry lavender coffee, at the owner’s recommendation and it was *divine*. Easily the best coffee that I’ve had in Huntsville. I also stocked up on macarons and some lovely chocolates as a surprise for my fiancé. The owner chatted with me for a bit was SO kind. I can’t wait to stop by here again!
Hands down the best macarons I have ever had. Super nice and spotless store. Excellent service. If youre on bridge street youve got to go.
The owner and people that work here are extremely kind and acknowledgeable regarding the pastries and other offerings. Although I visited from out of the state, I’d love to definitely revisit this cute little shop!
I would a kin your macarons to the feeling someone might have upon seeing the sunshine for the first time in a year after living in darkness. I was nearly sobbing with joy while eating them. Absolutely remarkable. I know I just left but if I knew my husband wouldn’t look at me like a crazy person, I would drive the 20 minutes back to buy more!
This is a wonderful pastry shop that gave me the feeling of authentic pastry shops in Paris. The macarons are fresh and delicious. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough!
The servers were both helpful and charming. Compliments to their patience as well. I recommend the strawberry key lime macaron. Five stars.
This little gem is fabulous! They have everything from croissants and macarons to eclairs and nougats. My family sampled the eclairs and a few macarons; they were absolutely divine! The staff here was friendly and helpful while the shop was clean. Well definitely be back!
The food is good. Service is good. Average price.
I especially liked their berry beignet and madeleine. They have a great selection of macaroons.
Do not order eclairs or anything except the macaroons. The lemon tart had an extremely dry nasty layer on top. The eclairs are super small and not made correctly. The macaroons were the only thing I wouldnt feed to my dog.
Nice little place with a range of great flavors.
So so good. and the macarons are low calorie 😳
Its an awesome place to go get those kinds of French pastries I think the manager Logan and the owner do a good job and you also stop by there and Bree street so have fun
Ordered some beignets from Door Dash because of pregnancy cravings, and Im so happy I did!! My husband and I both LOVE them! My husbands words, They make every other dessert taste dirty. We will definitely be ordering again!
Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful and everything was absolutely delicious!!
Wonderful and delicious pastries! Pascal and Michèle are professionals and great. Employees are awesome and friendly!
Try the gelato! Its smooth and delicious! I had a lemon cream macaron and it was wonderful too.
I just tried this place for the first time ever. I typically say no to sweets, but I sampled a macaron outside of the store and that’s all it took! I bought a variety box of six macarons. I couldn’t stop eating them! It’s very evident the bakers here pour their hearts into crafting these delicious and delicate bites of Heaven. I also tried their almond milk iced latte and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. To top it off, their customer service was excellent! I highly recommend Le Macaron on your next visit to Bridgestreet.
The best Macarons Ive had since Europe. Plus amazing Croissant & Beinets. Great coffee too. Very nice owners. Their son is very nice & told us how everything is fresh, nothing artificial or chemical. Taste amazing.
Family friendly environment for coffee and sweet treats that are delicate and delicious. This french bakery offers authentic items such as macarons, eclairs, croissants and madeleines. A junior menu pricing is also offered which is amazing when I am taking my young daughter out with me but dont want to spend a fortune on a treat for her. Also, ask the owners about their event cakes..BEAUTIFUL MASTERPIECES!!! Really elevates any occasion that you are celebrating.
We come here for the gelatto and macarons. Awesome desert!
Came in for a quick treat with my sister - gelato and macarons. Chocolate/pistachio gelato w/pistachio macaron for me - and it was some of the best I have ever had! My sister got one of the specials (lavender & pistachio I believe) and she liked it as well! I will definitely be back when Im in the mood for gelato & macarons!
Wonderful Macarons! Loved the mint white chocolate. Anyone complaining about the price should try making them at home 😉
Best macarons I’ve ever had... I ate them too fast. The outside is crisp and the inside chewy. Bubblegum was so delicious. Was asked about my allergies which is super helpful for these places. The macarons are “pricey” because they’re clearly fresh, GREAT QUALITY, and made in-house. I was interested by the gelato and will try next time!
Best macarons outside of France!
Milkshakes are awesome here!
Wonderful pastries. This place isnt only for macarons. They also have croissants, and amazing beignets. Theyre on par or better than youd get in New Orleans. They have a huge selection of macarons, and also make seasonal and specialty flavors. I would like to see them serve macaroons as well. The taste and texture of everything is what youd expect from a French bakery. They also have gelato. Would certainly go again.
Great service and amazing treats!
Great taste and friendly employees but confusing pricing that ends up being expensive for not much return
This place is awesome, the macarons were PERFECT. For anyone worried about the reviews that complain about the price, macarons are a craft dessert and they are well worth the price you pay for them.
So many choices they are so tasty and sweet
Delicious high quality treats made in house!
The macarons are not good and pretty expensive. $3 for one.Next time I want a macaron I will go to whole foods. Theyre only $2 each.
Very nice place
30 dollars for 12 macarons....too expensive
