Ive gone to this place multiple times. The only two times my coffee order was right, was when I ordered my first drink the way its made, or when I had to tell them my drink was wrong three times. The only modification I asked for after the first drink is no foam. Ive ordered the same drink at least 5 times. Giving them the benefit of the doubt too many times. When I call them last week about the orders being wrong they said to let them know next time I go in and theyll make it right. I went in again, and they made the coffee right that time.The last time I go in, I tell the manager I got foam again. I was waiting for my drink to cool down a little before drinking it. While I was waiting on a to go order, I open my cup before drinking it and see that once again I got foam. I asked if they can top it off with regular coffee and he said yeah, give me a sec. They were pretty busy and I understood that they were already working on a couple drinks, so I waited. He comes back and puts more steamed milk in it and says are we good now? I wasnt going to make a big deal in the store after already addressing multiple wrong orders over time. Just wont be going back again. The rewards system doesnt work half the time either. A business that makes coffee sets the day for most coffee drinkers. I cant trust to get a cup of coffee to go and it be right without looking. I dont take a drink of my coffee until I get to work. Im sure Im not the only one who would rather have coffee instead of more milk.

First time here. The waffle was amazing. Iced coffee was good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The vibe of this place is calm which makes it a great coffee shop to sit and relax in or even a great place to have a business meeting.

It’s a cute little cafe and I love the story behind it!I wasn’t a fan of the coffee. Almost everything is made in a waffle press, which is different and neat.My friend got a the grilled Italian caprese. I got the bacon tater, which is like tater tots with cheese and bacon put in a waffle press. It was good. You need more dipping sauce with it you get a small amount of sour cream and salsa. I don’t like salsa in general, but that’s nothing against the place.

Really cute little coffee shop..I visited both the Madison location and the Huntsville location within two days of each other.. Ill say the Madison store has a little more character but Huntsville is nice too.. Iced Coffee was good, strong, but good at both locations..I got the breakfast taco with eggs, black beans and pepper jack cheese.. You get to pick what you have inside.. It was delicious.. Today I got the berry berry waffles..They were berry good! Got to taste the bacon tater and it to was very good.. The employees were super friendly and helpful at both locations but Madison location felt more homey and welcoming.. Did I mention the coffee was strong 🙂

The coffee is excellent, food offerings vast and delish and ambiance even better. Adorable cubby area with games and books for moms with smaller children and cozy outside seating area. Didn’t realize one could improve on perfection...somehow they did!My only suggestion would be to please consider adding a few small outside tables and soft serve ice cream is always a good ideal. Just saying.

Older review, sharing on Google:I placed an order for curbside pickup at Just Love Coffee Cafe on Fathers Day. My dad loves coffee and hasnt been getting out much to protect himself from Covid, so I thought Id bring him a little extra treat. The online ordering process was really easy, and Im very grateful that they still offer curbside, as I also prefer to avoid going inside when I can in this climate.My order was ready right on time. A friendly employee brought it out to me after I called to let them know Id arrived. She was very sweet and polite (and wearing a mask!).I ordered a medium coffee with hazelnut syrup, a small coco loco frappe for me, and a half order of the waffled cinnamon rolls. Everything traveled well on the drive back to my parents house.The coco loco was yummy, though Id probably try a less coffee-centric flavor the next time I go -- I like the flavor of coffee, but not the drink itself. Frappes are a good option for me on that front; the mint chip one looks like a likely candidate next time. My dad remarked that his coffee was really, really good and we both enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. Perfect amount of icing, sweet and airy waffle. My only complaint is that I think the serving sizes to price ratio is a little bit off.Ive looked through the windows at the cafe before. It seems like an inviting, comfortable place, and I look forward to visiting for lunch or an early dinner when I feel more comfortable dining in.

Visited summer 2021Very cool coffee shop. Like the other location in Madison, this place has great drinks, and even better food. The cheesecake or brownies are a must. Everything seemed clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would go again.

Excellent breakfast and smoothies, although it was quite pricey (but thats every coffee shop it seems). I got the Flyin Pig, which was a Belgium waffle with bacon and sausage and egg cooked in it! Such a tasty idea. The woman who took our order was very knowledgeable about their menu and happy to help. It also had Christian music barely audible in the background, which was a nice change from many coffee shops that put little LGBT signs up.

A great place to drop in and relax. Nice friendly atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating. Food, drinks, and staff are excellent. Plus free WiFi and power. And easy access to the Parkway service road and good parking. Quickly became one of my favorites in Huntsville!

These folks are great. They are quick and efficient, even when they get busy. The espresso drinks are awesome. Some craft coffee places have a burnt taste or let their espresso sit too long before adding to the steamed milk, but these guys do it right. Great alternative to the corporate coffee places around and you get a Mom and Pop kind of experience. The food is really good also, but note the portions are a little small. My new favorite study spot and coffee shop in town!

Great customer service! It seems likenthe employees actually enjoy working there and serving coffee.Theres a dozen places in Huntsville to grab a cup of coffee, this is one of the best. Their specialty coffee, their lattes and frappuccinos are fantastic.10/10 would recommend.

Coffee is fantastic and the atmosphere inside is lovely. However, the menu is a bit misleading: things like the Chicken Strip Wrap (which I ordered at my last visit) do not list an inclusion of bacon, something that I only found out after biting into the (delicious, but definitely not Kosher) food. Similarly, I ordered the quesadilla recently and was definitely not expecting jalapeños in it!If youre going for coffee, you wont be disappointed at the fun house combos. The sweets are also quite good. Just use caution when ordering a meal!

I came to the harsh reality that this place has a new standard and Im 😭😭😭. After this 3rd time of disappointment, I had to ask why I did this to myself again. Can we get an adult in the building or did they abandon ship? I keep getting drinks that are covered in syrup and coffee, handed to me with complete knowledge that its sloppy. 3 times? The rewards system at the register doesnt work properly. When I put in my phone number, it asks me to build a profile and then says Email already in use. Thrice now, I have asked the teens what is going on and I get a blank stare with a careless I dont know. This last time, I replied with So,whats the point of a rewards system if we cant figure out how to use it? To which I was answered with a shrug and.....I dont know. Can we go back to the old days when service was great? Is there an adultier adult around to maybe guide the newcomers into the world of employment? I guess were on a break until I feel like I can trust you again😫😫😫

The restaurant was very peaceful and the design was very interesting to look at. My friend and I came in utterly lost and one of their workers patiently walked us through and answered our questions. Very sweet! They were very fast getting our orders out and finished our two breakfast meals under 10 minutes which was very delicious! My first time trying chicken waffles; I loved it! Would totally recommend for special days. 💛

Very nice people working here. Im picky about my Southern UNsweet tea, and I approve of theirs. :) I also got The Flyin Pig Waffle; it is warm and soft and fluffy, and so so good. S lot of places will have tasty waffles, but theyre too hard to cut through, but these are definitely not. Just what a waffle should be.I also got lunch here. The tomato bisque soup was good and so was the Caesar salad. They crisp the pita bread in the waffle iron and it had a nice softness and crunch to it. The chicken was also grilled nicely.COVID-19: They wipe down the tablet screen after each user.

Let me just say, they saved the day. Our kids were in the mood for waffles, and course it being Sunday midmorning, every major breakfast spot was full with a long wait. This spot was perfect, th food and drinks selection is great, and kids actually ate their food. If that happens its a win and 5 stars from me. The waffles were good, the service was fast, the staff super friendly, and we will go back again.

Nice staff.Not sure if I visited at the wrong time, but the waffle didnt taste fresh/had no crisp. The cookie topping was just not good/stale. I expected something hot and fresh.$6 for half a waffle was a let down.

LOOOOOVED this place. I ordered the Caramel Frappe with whipped cream & my fiancé got the Iced tiramisu coffee, SO GOOD! We also ordered food which OMG, YUM! Everything we got was waffled which is so much fun! The Bacon Tator with bacon pieces & cheese with a side of sour cream, the 4 piece cinnamon roll plate & the Nutella stuffed waffles with strawberries & powdered sugar on top! The baristas were super cute & seemed to enjoy their job which is always nice to see. It was such a great atmosphere, we will definitely be going back when we visit Huntsville again! ❤️

A very nice cafe/coffee shop that serves interesting breakfast fare. Everyone thought their coffee was very good but my cafe au lait was actually a latte. The main difference is the latte has foam and the au lait doesnt. My coffee had an inch of frothy milk on top but otherwise was good. I had the flying pig, a Belgian waffle stuffed with sausage, ham, bacon, and egg. It is served with syrup or sausage gravy. I chose gravy but the small cup was not enough. I recommend asking for three or four or ask for the waffle to be covered. Id eat here again.

I love the food options as well as the coffees offered. Even with multiple food allergies, I am able to eat and enjoy a meal and beverage. Delicious allergy friendly menu!

The staff is very friendly. The customer base was a bit eccentric, could see the restaurant frequented an older crowd despite the young undertones within the building. The menu had a lot of really good items. My boyfriend and I chose the Bacon Tater waffle. I chose the Toffee Coffee frap and my bf chose the caramel frap. Both drinks were made perfect or as my bf would say “bussin”😂 The food is soooo tasty and still hot after driving home 20 minutes. 10/5 stars in my books!

Had lunch there today. First visit. I had the American BLT. It was delicious. Hopefully taking a group there for breakfast on Wednesday.

By far one of the best coffee shops in town that serves some of the best quick, unique breakfast items. Their staff is very friendly and there’s plenty of seating. Just Love has a great ambiance that makes it easy to bring a laptop to get work done or reading a book.

The Lumberjack frappe is awesome. And the breakfast tacos are delish 😋

I absolutely love this quaint coffee shop! They had some of the best, and more reasonably priced, breakfast options from avocado toast to stuffed Nutella waffles (I know! Yum!). Additionally, I enjoyed a Cortado, a delicious, hot drink that allowed me to fully enjoy the rich flavor of their espresso. The cherry on top was the wonderful service, everyone was friendly and helpful and prompt! Very much looking forward to my next return visit when Im in town.

Absolutely phenomenal coffee and treat! The coffee had wonderful flavor with a hint of sweetness instead of being a sugar bomb 💜. The stuffed nutella waffles with strawberries was just the same. Decadent but not too much!

They were friendly, kind, and attentive. I told them a type of coffee I liked with certain flavors and they made it for me. They even got my name wrote the recipe in a book so the next time I come anyone could make it just the way I like. Now if thats not great customer service I dont know what is!!!

Went for the first time this morning and got the breakfast burrito. Its a little pricey, but opening the box to and seeing their food presentation made me smile about it. Ive never been one to really care about presentation, but my experience with Just Love Coffee this morning has changed my mind about that. Not to mention it was delicious. I will definitely be going back.

My Nutella Waffle was excellent, but I made the mistake of ordering decaf coffee. They gave me half a cup of undrinkable dregs of who knows how old coffee and said they would make more. Well, I waited, got my waffle, ate my waffle, waited, and after making the person I was with wait even longer, we left, no coffee. I was thinking OMG even Starbucks can produce a cup of decaf.So, I recommend the deserts, but bring your own coffee. They arent prepared for drinks. If they cant provide the coffee, they should say so, and I would have gotten something else. Instead, Ill probably never go back and wont recommend it.

We stopped in for an early Saturday morning breakfast. I got the breakfast burrito, my husband got the Flying Pig and my daughter had the Bacon Tater. All of our food was delicious and well prepared. I got a caffe mocha and it was the best I have had in town here. The cafe is clean and spacious. I would definitely come back, and I plan to.

Had a tea this time. The timer said to let it steep for 4 minutes, but I think that was a bit long. Otherwise a very different kind of tea.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for the first time today after I did an Instacart order to the restaurant a few weeks ago. The staff was very warm and welcoming. She had the Flying Pig and I had their Breakfast Burrito. Both were perfectly cooked and delicious. For drinks, she chose the Toffee Coffee and I did the White Chocolate Tiramisu. Excellent quality and perfect for a cold morning. We will definitely be return customers.

Really interesting take on breakfast with good coffee options. Good location central to shopping and parks in downtown Huntsville. Waffle omelettes were very good with a wide selection. Healthy options available. Service was fast. It is worth a trip out just to experience something new. There is no out door seating, but the place was clean and felt sufficiently spaced out.

Ive been dying to try Just Love and my husband surprised me with a visit todayfirst and foremost before even discussing the coffee the atmosphere of the cafe is fantastic. From the decor to the person working the counter it was absolutely amazing. The person helping me was not overbearing and gave me plenty of time to look at the coffee selection and offered me amazing advice. I ended up settling on the Cold brew with oatmilk and usually I have an issue with too little oat milk...The employee brought a black coffee to me and in Olive Garden cheese on your pasta fasion did the say when and started pouring the oat milk. I thought I was having a fever dream. I was so excited! The cold brew in itself is fantastic, its not bitter in the slighest and doesnt have a very acidic flavor either. Its very sweet on its own and very smooth.I then made my way over to the small selection of coffee goods and noticed the aeropresses and had to purchase one of them as well. All and all I will absolutely return!

Several people from my office ordered today after hearing about you all. I walked in to pick up the order and now I cant wait to go sit inside because its such a cute and cozy place. But lets get to the important stuff....the food and the service. BOTH fantastic!! The young ladies were welcoming and super friendly. Everyone ordered something different and everyone loved it. It was fresh, delicious, nice size servings and packaged perfectly. This new addition to Huntsville, is perfect!
