Unique and cool place with fair amount of options for coffee. Tried the Cereal Milk and also the Maple Fall drink, both of which are specialties they are known for. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Fall drink was great. Disappointed in the cereal milk latte which was lacking flavor. Didn’t have much sweetness either. Had to add a little stevia myself. Other than that, it’s a great coffee shop.

Offbeat Coffee studio is a part of Downtown Huntsville Craft Coffee Tail. I love checking out the local Coffee scene. It was a good place to start. Nice place with a unique vibe. Excellent coffee. I had the mocha.

Beautiful inside and out! Michelle is amazing and simply adorable! The decor gave me up north vibes! Contemporary but nostalgic of the good old 70/80s! This place is a must go! Oh and the coffee and pastry were delightful!

Handsome coffee shop located amidst the hustle and bustle of breweries and restaurants at Campus 805. They have coffee, some tea, and a couple of snacks / pastries available.Its a small shop but theres enough room for a couple of people to hang out, work on laptops, or catch up. Definitely got a studio kind of vibe to it, lots of dark colors and record decorations hanging out. The staff was friendly and polite.I had an iced mocha and an everything bagel with cream cheese. Pretty sure the bagels are courtesy of Canadian Bakin, so you cant go wrong there! Indeed, my bagel was delicious. It took them a touch longer to toast it and serve it than I expected, given the very low volume of traffic when I ordered, but its worth the wait for a warm CB bagel.My iced mocha was very smooth, not especially sweet, but you could taste the chocolate flavor. I liked that the ice cubes were so little. The serving size was a touch smaller than I expected, but I enjoyed my drink.They also have various specialty drinks that change with the season. None caught my eye when I visited, but Ive seen their holiday menus in the past and they had several yummy sounding combinations. Id certainly return if I saw one that called to me.

Its always a good idea for coffee. Met a friend here because she suggested it. Modern tables and wooden floor inside. Play blues, country and varied music.. Sell records, yes records, large albums. I had an excellent cappuccino and a soft bagel. Great service. They had tables with varied ages of customers. Great light from the large windows. Some people came in to get a coffee to go. Picnic tables and regular tables outside to sit and enjoy coffee. I saw a poster that said you can try the various coffees around Huntsville, on the coffee trail. I thought that was creative. Its important to support your local businesses.

I just love the vibe here so much. It’s like the coffee spot of my dreams. Good music, chill vibes, great coffee, yummy pastries....what else could you want. My husband comes in regularly to get a bag or two of coffee. He always looks forward to switching up blends. They also have the best decaf coffee in town. When he gets the coffee ground there they always offer him a free cup of coffee to go. Very nice touch! I’m excited for the drive thru location!

I drank A LOT of coffee during a southern route road trip from NYC all the way around to Utah, and Im not going to lie Offbeat was the best coffee I had on the entire trip. Not to mention the studio (are we going with Studio? Cafe? Shop? Okay studio) itself is awesome, with musical influence everywhere and great tunes playing. Super friendly staff on top of it all. If you require caffeine in Huntsville, well here ya go.

They do good stuff. Ive been to shops all over and in a few different countries now and Offbeats coffee is up there with all of them. Their pourovers are as good as Ive had anywhere and you can tell theyre excited about what theyre making.

Pretty small but cute place. Definitely a third wave of coffee kinda place. Similar quality to Grounded. They seems to care about coffee a lot and they made good pour over. They have a some Ethiopian coffees, but not the yirgacheffe. However they have good quality beans.

After moving to HSV from Seattle, I’ve been stoked and surprised to find places like this. Cool vibes and cool people inside. Drew kindly gave me some advice about getting started as a newcomer to town while they whipped up a delicious iced Americano, my favorite summer drink.

The entrance is between lone goose and straight to ale. The inside is very tastefully decorated and super cozy. They typically have music playing from a vinyl player, and theres a section where you can buy records.Their cereal milk lattes are super interesting, and a good choice if you dont like things overly sweet. Last time I was in, someone who I assume was the owner or manager took the time to explain how their different machines operated. Its a great addition to campus 805.

Everything perfect until both the staff acted irritated at my curiosity. No smiles, short tart answers argumentative. I asked harmless questions like who did their pastries, etc. It was my first visit ....did not feel welcomed. Their unfriendliness spoiled everything else they have going for them.

Offbeat is a cool coffee place to go to in Huntsville. They have some great lattes to choose from. I like the smores latte and over the Christmas season they had one called the thick mint latte that was great! I would absolutely recommend checking them out.

Very modern and laid back atsmophere. The barista was very patient and helpful with his menu suggestions since it was my first visit. The coffee was outstanding. The pastry was okay. Kinda pricey. Coffee and pastry was $9.81. But I will return.

For a Sunday afternoon I was the only customer. Didnt feel very welcomed, just seemed like i interrupted the two employees enjoying their drinks due to the slowness. I greeted them and said it was my first time hoping for some recommendations but they didnt bother with me. The guy taking my order just seemed like he was annoyed and wanted me to get my order over with. I even said thank you and they didnt acknowledge that, they were just having their own conversation. Otherwise, the latte was great.

Went to the location near gate 9 for the first time today and it was great!! They have a drive thru, walk up area, and an outside seating area. I am gluten free and had several questions about the coffee syrups/menu and they were super helpful and nice! They make their own vanilla and caramel syrups and the iced caramel latte was awesome! They have oat milk for a dairy free option and I noticed caramel, vanilla, and mocha flavors. So happy to find a local place that is convenient with great coffee!

Offbeat Coffee is brand new to me. I happened to be picking up an order to be delivered for my job. The aroma was wonderful. My customer ordered an iced latte and that sounded great to me, so of course, I ordered one for myself. One taste and I was hooked! It was the best coffee I have ever had! So good, in fact, I immediately called the restaurant back and told them how phenomenal the coffee was! Do not miss this place. Great atmosphere and wonderful service.

I feel like Ive grown to know the staff in the year or so Ive been going to Offbeat, and they are very polite. They have hosted local merchants to showcase goods for their 1 year anniversary, which was pretty awesome IMO. If you go, I highly recommend their cereal milk lattes. You know the milk left in the bowl after you eat cereal? Imagine that with your espresso. Its so unique and a great twist on a traditional drink

The atmosphere is incredible, and at first, I was swayed by its charms. The issue is, the coffee seems to come in second to the aesthetic. Their custom drinks are great. I ordered one of their summer specials, and thought it was wonderful, though the price was more than I wanted to pay. I, myself, dont mind paying extra for coffee if it is worth the price. But here, I was not charmed by their coffees that lacked the sweeteners and special flavors. Usually I go for a plain espresso, but here, I just cant drink their espresso, and I dont want to pay 5$ for something that I dont find remarkable. Sorry if this is a bit scathing for a coffee shop review, but I take my coffee seriously. Dont disregard Offbeat, though, its still a cool place.

Great coffee, definitely the best Ive had in Huntsville. They also put effort into plating/finishing, as in the drinks are served in nice mugs with some decorative touches, much unlike most coffee places in the US Ive been to that just serve it to you in a plastic cup. The decor is awesome as well, love the retro theme. Prices are quite high, however.

Cozy little place. Seems popular with college students meeting to work together. Small menu. Hot Chai Latte & regular Latte were pretty good. We also shared a chicken salad sandwich that was overloaded with chicken salad. Everything good.

Service was quick and the coffee was tasty. My boyfriend got a hot chocolate. It was really good and thick, but not something I think a kid would like, for anyone stopping in with little ones. I got a vanilla latte and it was excellent.

Such an awesome and unique addition to the coffee and music scene in Huntsville! The decor is amazing, and totally inviting. More than enough seating and you don’t feel like you’re imposing by staying awhile! The employees are very friendly and you can tell they are having fun. The coffee is delicious and unique as well, my favorite is the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal milk latte. There are vinyl records playing throughout the day, and the owners and employees have great taste in music! They also sell vinyl in the shop, and they’ve got a huge selection with all kinds of variety! Offbeat makes the best pour over in town. They use Onyx Roasters, which is super solid and always seem to have some special or rare coffee in stock beyond their normal offerings.The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. They know their coffee, but aren’t pretentious to folks who don’t know much. I’ve run into a lot of places in town that I wish I could say the same for.

Had trouble finding the entrance. Its facing governors tucked between The Lone Goose and the Straight to Ale main entrance.Got an iced latte. It was DIVINE. Not exaggerating, it was bomb. Awesome, modern vibe. Good music, plenty of seating. Vinyls too, if youre into that sort of thing. Im making this my first recommendation for coffee in Huntsville. You guys have a great thing going here.

Quirky little coffee stop! Its in Campus 805, convenient to the interstate and downtown, but not walking distance. My friends latte came with a sprinkling of fun, colorful marshmallow bits! I had a cappuccino with oat milk, which was a first. I wish they had almond milk, though.

It has very good drip coffee which says a lot about a coffee shop in general; they clean the coffee container, they brew and re-brew frequently enough. The espresso drinks are good and get an A, A- on some days. Given the music theme with vinyl for sale, they might think of doing a music trivia night.

Had an iced cereal milk latte, and it was fine. The storefront isnt accessible to anyone who cant climb stairs, though. I guess folks can enter the campus elsewhere and get to the coffee shop that way, but thats not a good look in terms of accessibility. They also didnt have anything left in the way of food, which was a bummer as Id banked on getting breakfast here on my way to work.The barista was very amicable and helpful, though! And the space is nice as far as atmosphere. Its just a little on the bougie side for me, I guess.

This place has a very unique twist on coffee. Coffee made with cereal marshmallows and all kinds of things that make drinking coffee exciting...not that we needed anything to get us more exciting about coffee, but its so fun though.
