Used to be the best location in town. Idk what happened. Me and my friend got our drinks later than the two other people who came in after us. My drink which was supposed to be light ice was 80 percent ice and maybe 4 ounces of liquid. Also got asked by a random person if we can buy their coffee which we did and they were even served their coffee before us too. Then the same person ended up asking other customers to buy them things. Just a weird experience and never had this happen at a Starbucks before.

Once again Starbucks did not disappoint. I put in my mobile order as usual but do to some unforseen circumstances, my order sat there for about 45 min. When I was finally able to pick it up, the barista offered to remake my beverages. Thanks again!

Be prepared to wrestle a little with the parking lot in the morning; situated close to Huntsville Hospital, this location becomes very busy. However, service is faster than you would expect from such a busy location!

It has been a while, #covid, since I have been in this Starbucks. It has been remodeled at some point; much more roomy, an airy feeling. Pleasant trip:)

We ordered five different drinks. All frappuccinos, only one was special ordered (no dairy milk). The order was messed up. Im not sure if it was the cashier or the barista, but everything was correct except the non-dairy. Im glad I asked before taking the drink. The barista seemed annoyed when I asked and even more frustrated when I asked for it to be made correctly. She told me she didnt get a ticket for the drink at all and wanted me to pay for it again. The cashier read it back to me when I ordered and it was correct. I refused to pay for this drink again and asked if I needed to get the receipt from the vehicle where my family was waiting. She acted agitated but said no and remade my drink correctly.

I love it here Maggie N Hunter made my day they was out of my drink and they made it happen...when I say great superior customer service...keep up the great work

Worst service to date today 1Jun at around 7am. Three employees looked at me while I was standing next to the mobile order line and no one even asked me anything or even said good morning. Guess what I was the only one there and there were 6 employees. Maybe 2 looked busy. Maybe. I hope my next visit will be more customer service friendly.

First, let me say my chai tea latte was excellent. I received it in an easy and prompt manner. I have been a customer of this store for years. Today I was surprised how uninterested they were in waiting on me and thanking me for my purchase. I was the only customer in the store. Also, when I walked outside the tables and grounds were filthy and littered with Starbucks debris. Seemed to be a total lack of caring about the quality of their job performance by the crew that was working this afternoon. I usually wouldnt write out a bad review as I would prefer to tell a manager. You know, everyone has a bad day. But, this is the 3rd time, lately, the service has been lackluster, the grounds have been filthy and I didnt see a manager. Also, I was going to send a message via Contact Us but am just learning the app...which is a whole issue in and of itself.

Call in orders only? Ridiculous. Just close it already.

Absolute Horrible! Worst customer service I’ve experienced coming from a restaurant to be honest. Waited forever on two drinks & two biscuits only to find out they never even called my name for drinks, they left my drinks sitting. The girl that took my order only gave me one biscuit literally had to remind her I had two. First & last time going to this location.

Each Starbucks has its own atmosphere. Some play more current music while others play more easy listening. The style of music also can vary based upon the time of day. Ive noticed some employees have more skills in presentation and mixology. Starbucks provides a good atmosphere for conversation, reading, studying, and relaxing.I have tried various beverages. My favorite tea is the London Fog Tea Latte. As for coffee, I enjoy a variety. If you enjoy a basic cup of espresso, try the Flat White. For an espresso with some sweetness with syrup, try the Vanilla Latte. The Caramel Macchiato is sweeter and very popular. The newest addition is the Cloud Macchiato, which is served hot and cold. Both are tasty. Visit Starbucks and enjoy a beverage.😋

It took 40 minutes to get a short pile even though I ordered it through the mobile app. 10 or more customers came in, ordered at the register and received their orders before me and left. May I suggest that clarify your procedure for prioritizing services to your customers or make it clear to mobile customers that they will be pushed to the back of the line.

Terrible, Terrible customer service, their dinne in has hospital lights, right on your face, tables not clean, baristas having chats in between instead of being aware of the customers.... Because of distance, id came 3 times and is worst every time. Drive thru 3 minutes waiting and I left. Do not go! Dont deserve even 1 star

I wanted an espresso, latte. All I had on me was a $50 dollar bill and the cashier refused service.I ordered and waited in line to have my money refused at the window. This is a very poor business model.

This particular Starbucks store is the best in Huntsville/Madison. The staff is very friendly and kind. The coffee is good and beverages are always well made/blended. The prices are what keeps it from 5 stars.

I went through the drive-thru and got a carmel Frappuccino.

Staff was friendly and service was great. Parking is a little tight here as theres not very many spots and not a lot of space. Probably easy for people around the hospital.

Please have a trash can outside. Everything else was good.

This is one of those rare Starbucks that feels like a community coffee shop. Its always crowded, in a lively, bustling way. Food and coffee show up promptly and are consistent. The layout is cozy, with several styles of seating and a fireplace. Parking is not ideal, but I always seem to find a space.

Pretty much the best Star bucks out there! Good service, quality crafted coffee and high end merch. Now about the prices. Just the same old pay $45 for a cup of coffee with flavoring and ice in it. If your looking for a quick pick me up you should go visit its a grind their much better priced and same quality if not better product.

My daughter and I had the best experience ever at this Starbucks. Charmin, the best Barista ever treated us like family and the drinks were excellent. She was so personable and professional.

First of all, its Starbucks. Whats not to love about this place?! I think its literally impossible to have a bad experience at any Starbucks, but especially this one. They always get my order right and with a smile. Im convinced theyre all angels in disguise because nothing else would explain why my drinks always taste heavenly.

Not so good for me. Coffee wasnt hot enough oddly enough, Cafe Americano. Go figure. But really, its the parking lot that is laid out loco, and insufficient by about 30 spots. Next to a busy hospital... its a dance to get in and out of there.

The service was courteous and fast...I might add this was Christmas Eve around 4:45p.

This is a very busy Starbucks, across the street from the hospital. Theyve always been a fast and competent bunch and generally friendly too. Rarely do they get my drink wrong but when they do they are quick to correct any problems cheerfully.

Would be 5 star but they forgot to add extra toppings I requested the last 3 times Ive been there

The parking lot is a bit small and weird to get in and out of if youre in a larger vehicle, but the service was good. I placed my order through the app and it was ready when I arrived.

When theyre really really busy it takes a few minutes to get your coffee however its always worth the wait! My favorite is the caramel crunch coffee yum yum!

When they charge $5 for a grande that is mostly ice and flavoring and has about a teaspoon worth of coffee, yeah not my place to go for coffee. There are plenty of other spots around town whered you get more coffee and better coffee with the same amount of flavoring four way less $$.Better yet... Save more $$ and make it at home!

I asked and paid for a Grande Frappaccino. I went to the restroom while they made it. It was a small. No greeting when I went in, no thank you when I went out. I turned and asked were they sure it was a grande and they assured me it was. Still no thank you or even another word. 3 workers and they were all busy with their own gossip (nothing store or work related). Started down the road and looked it up and I had been given the wrong size. I didnt have time to return. Wont be back.

Like every Starbucks, it tastes good.Like every Starbucks, its CROWDED. ALWAYS.There is a VERY VERY SMALL parking lot. Usually you have to park next to the MRI building next to it, with a chance of getting a $500 fine. But there are no options. There are less than 10 parking spots. Its also hard to maneuver around.

One of the better ones that Ive been to.Very clean environment and very courteous people that take care of you there.

The WORST Starbucks. My husband just went in and bought a coffee and got me a bottled water. The water was hot!! My husband didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know what it cost but I know it was expensive!! I will put it in the fridge when I get home but for now we went to the service station up the road and got me a cold water!!!! Too bad I couldn’t give them a -10.
