Dont come here hungry. Wendys wont be open and pilot doesnt have any hot or cold food out. Showers are small and disgusting. The store and Wendys are filthy. Its a 24/ 7 industry. A driver should never be allowed to leave hungry, no matter what time it is. I will never come back here and spend a single dime. Its bad enough most of your parking is reserved. Pitiful excuse for what use to be a decent truck stop.

Okay place. However, if you have a dark vehicle, black, dark blue. Dont plan to stay overnight. These birds are psychos! At night its like amityville horror except with birds. They hover around dark vehicles,sit on them, poop on them and they never shutup... Their coffee is noice tho!

I try to stop here when on this route. The employees are so welcoming and bathrooms are always clean!!

I think it’s ridiculous that they make truckers pay for parking. What do they expect them to do sleep on the side of the road!?!?! Not happening. I told my fiancé to refuse to pay for it because without truckers no store would have stocked shelves plus he is leaving in 15 minutes. Stop trying to nickel and dime these truck drivers they already have to deal with enough on the road by the end of their shift from driving they want to relax with a meal shower and sleep before they are back on the road!!!!

Very dirty and out of stock of a lot of items. Smallest/worst showers Ive ever experienced at a truck stop. Extra star for the friendly staff but overall this is not a very good pilot. Truck Parking fills up early (1300) so if youre coming in late you might want to reserve a spot.

I have a Pilot Loyalty card and with it I save .03¢ per gallon on my fuel. With an 80 gallon fuel tank in my RV that gives me a nice savings when I top off my tank with fuel.

This is the nastiest Pilot that Ive ever stopped at. Bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper in two out of 3 stalls....

Great place like always, I always chose pilot because pilot gas is always 10 or more cents cheaper than other gas stations.

I was raised to not say anything if it wasnt nice. So, am not saying anything.

The cashiers at night here, are attentive and nice. The lady I met here, with blond hair made me feel like that cold night, early morning wasnt so bad. The heartwarming hospitality made me feel like family- honestly.

This place is still doing self serve on all drink and coffee fountains has no 6 foot rules in place and has no tape on the floor. The virus is no joke come on pilot make sure all your stores are doing it righ . This goes for store #234 didnt feel clean and safe for me to stay in the store and as I commercial driver I need to fuel and buy things but not here I will go to a different fuel station to fuel up until this place gets on the ball with the rules

I am blown away by the kindness of the staff at this location. I was immediately greeted upon walking in, the made sure I found every thing I was looking for, AND as I was walking the lady behind the cash register stopped me to tell me to be careful, as there were heavy rains moving through my route. It’s that little extra effort that made all the difference between a good experience and a great experience! This was a Great experience :)

Stopped for gas here on Friday, Jan. 3, 2020 and my credit card number was compromised. I couldn’t get the credit card reader at the pump to work so had to go inside. The cashier ran my transaction at the counter. I received notification of a fraudulent attempted transaction from my bank big that fully they declined it since the amount was more than $100. I am notifying police about this. I would think twice about stopping for gas here.

Just ok. To busy screaming a welcome at you when you walk in to care about the person in front of them trying to pay. Not pleasant. The refreshment center was being attended to by Ms. Wanda she greeted us very professionally an pleasantly. Let that be enough not everyone at register screaming across the store. And to not have lids for drinks is just not excusable.

Im a driver that doesnt toss my waste on the roadside. Its very rare to see a dumpster anywhere but the company terminal. It was nice to see not just one dumpster here, but a line of 5 of them, and with easy truck access. Thank you!

Pilot is my favorite truck stop hands down. I wish Pilot had a shop like TA and Loves, but Pilot makes up for it because it always has high quality diesel. Please built more truck stop in Texas between the Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio highways.... its a headache trying to get in one of the Pilots out here. Theyre ALWAYS jam packed. And the only time there is parking for us truckers is between 7:00am & 6:00pm. And thats not guaranteed. I think you guys are doing a awesome job at Pilot. I appreciate the fuel card, the cleanest truck stops in Texas, and the clean hot showers (when its available space so I can shower)

Great truck stop! Plenty of truck parking and food on site. Good gas prices and very friendly staff!The only issue here is the crazy cluster that Huntsville has caused with the strange road configuration coming up from the South. You have to hook to the right to get to the left turn, but stay in the left lane, then turn left but stay in the middle lane to make the right turn to 75. 🤪Not sure WTH the city was thinking there, hopefully its temporary.It is still very easy to get back to the freeway, both North and South bound.

This place has the worst shower experience money can buy. The bathroom/shower is extremely small and cramped but I can live with that. What made it so bad was there was no AC, no ventilation and the coldest setting on the water was creating steam. It felt like an overheated sauna. I was trying to get cleaned up but it was impossible to dry off causing me to come out covered in sweat worse than when I went in. I will never use their shower here ever again and they should be ashamed of themselves for charging money to use that nightmare.

Its ok if you really dont have another choice but I personally dont like pilot travel center anywhere none of them have a great day everyone

Great coffee, great stop for me when I head my way to work for truck driving. Unfortunately they got a terrible bathroom with lack of cleaning. The bathroom isnt comfortable but I go Loves in Willis, TX that place is so much cleaners, fresh foods served. I got a birthday month for Pilot and their foods were terrible compare I used to do OTR and their are totally different and very undercooked and not coooked hot food or expired food. Thats why I go for coffee only but anything else I would go Loves before I head to work as a traveler, driver and workers, would pick Loves until Pilot make some changes around.

The Wendys at this location was slow and not accurate. I paid for a full salad and got a half salad. It was troubling when I stopped I was ready to enjoy my meal. Dont mess with my food and money.

Restrooms need to be remodeled. The baby changing table blocks the handicap restroom door if it is utilized. If you sit in the handicap toilet the toilet paper holder sits right at your shoulder. No soap in one dispenser and the middle sink faucet leaks. Door panel is broken.

Store is good,people are friendly. Good stopping place. Could use more parking spots

Horrible! Bird problem from three weeks ago someone posted a pic of, still a problem. Wendys was super slow. Drivers parking everywhere they arent supposed to be with all but 1 reserve open. I hate paying for parking, but I really hate when I pay to park and store allows people to park everywhere with reserve open. When I asked if I could park in reserve free because of all the trucks was told no. They just dont have time to go out there right now. Even told them about trucks in fire lane and grass. Asked about shower, all were dirty. Manager stated she was at register and counted get to them yet. The guy on the golf cart in the parking lot did nothing about trucks parking everywhere. Suggestion, instead of paying him to nothing, have in work inside so we can have a clean shower. $16.24 for parking ridiculous.

This is a large truck stop not one of the biggest, but its good size. Its at exit118 on hwy 45 south,in Huntsville Tx. They have fast food, coffee, sweet tea, anything you need for your travels. They have handicap accessible, and parking, big truck parking lot that accommodate around 40 trucks. They have showers Cat scales. Big fuel islands for cars and trucks. This is a busy place so be careful coming in and out of it. It has Huntsville state prison welcome center to visit. Lots of other places close to eat at.

Its clean enough and the prices are typical of this type of place. Its kind of hard to get in and out of the pumps in front. Narrow space between pumps and frontage road. When trucks with trailers park there, pulling away from the pumps becomes a challenge

Stopped in there on my way home from the airport in Houston. Facilities were clean, staff was pleasant, and the service was quick. I always appreciate it when the staff is pleasant and smiles.

Fruit was a bit old, but it was good that they had some. Coffee and sausage biscuit were good.

Wow this place needs some help. I stopped here for a 10 hour break and guess what there was a horrible smell like the smell of some kind of gas leak and when I asked the Wendy’s workers they said they can smell it too least to say I didn’t not wanna stay in that place got a headache after 5 minutes of being in there and had to leave I was perfectly fine when I walked in. Not to mention the men’s room omg like we can’t fix plumbing and flipping nasty birds all over the back of the building crapping all over everything like this manger needs to be replaced, cause someone had no pride in their store

This was an excellent place to stop on my travels. They offer a Wendys for fresh hot food. The gas prices were comprable to the area.

This is my go to stop in Huntsville. Always a good selection and always friendly service. Do NOT recommend the bathroom though.

I would put zero but there isnt an option. I got there pretty late at night and I noticed a woman pulled up next to me about to pump gas with her truck on. I saw an employee come outside and I thought he wouldve explained how the risk of blowing up is not worth the inconvenience of turning your vehicle off and then starting it again after you finish pumping. Instead he just started to talk to her and lean against her truck and WATCH as she started to pump gas into a vehicle that was running. Do they not train their employees of the dangers of working at a gas station or was he so engulfed by her appearance or conversation that he didnt think about putting his, hers, and my life in danger? Ridiculous. I tried calling and telling the manager but of course no one answered. Very professional place they have here. I would highly recommend anybody to stay away from this place because their attendants are not going to stop a potential dangerous situation and could put your life at risk. It may seem like not a big deal but it is. A single spark could do major damage to your property and life.

When your on the road, traveling to a long destination, youll will appreciate these guys on the side every so often!Many have been there since the highway was belt. But you can count on clean and stocked with plenty of friendly service! Enjoy your trips!

Just about all you need in one spot. Except no Good and Plenty candy. Scales, television, fed ex, ups, transfer money, laundry, showers, clothes, electronics, food, massage chairs and a mini office station. The ice cream section has no juice bars, and no slushies to cool down with in hot weather. But all the positives outweigh the few, small negatives.

Lovely place, Laneesha helped me find what I wanted and was extremely polite when I had to get something from my car prior to my transaction.

This place is the same as the one in Houston overrun by locals parking there Trucks and going home. Dropped trailers. buy $600 in fuel and no were to park at 6:00pm what joke.

Wendy’s had a terrible service

The corner shower #4 it tight. It is clean, but the shower is small. The shower head is loose, so be careful. The shower also is backwards as far as the water temperature. When you first turn the shower on it will despise hot water instead of cold water. BE CAREFUL! Other than that, the service is great, and the staff is very friendly and helping when you need things.

Not a bad place to stop in for fuel. Better option than trying to find a spot in Houston area.

Big and .. well its a truck stop with a Cinnamon and I think maybe taco Bell...clean friendly and overall good for roadside rest versus Bucees fighting 500 people in the crowd and standin in line to potty. When I am on the road and need to stop for toiletries I aint got no time to be standing in no line like at a sports event...so that is a safer bet...

The tiniest shower Ive been in at a truck stop in a long time. If you are at all heavier set make sure you use the bathroom BEFORE heading in to take a shower because its just crammed in the corner with the tp holder taking up half the space. Very uncomfortable.

Not your average Pilot/J, this place is spotless! The employees are friendly, helpful and stay busy keeping the place clean. The coffee is always made and the creamer never seems to run out which is usually the case at Pilot. I was here for two days and had two great showers. The stall in #5 was a little small but the pressure was great, with plenty of hot water, and the shower was clean. The other reviews surprised me and was not my experience.

They had decent varieties of coffee with lots of other snack items.. they also had few kids toys on sale.

This place is constantly busy, which isnt necessarily a bad thing. theyve got a decent sized bathroom for a gas station but with the constant traffic it isnt always the cleanest.

Came here to get some fuel, grab a bite to eat at Wendys, and empty the old human waste compartment. I wasnt disappointed. I left with a full tank of gas, 4 delicious snacks for $4 snacks, and divine relief in the bladder department. Unfortunately, I couldnt find any nausea medicine to help with my lady friends upset stomach, but they did have some super expensive Pepto.

I visited this location on our way to Houston. You would think this location would be slacking due tobthe number of vehicles and guest at this location. It wasnt, they offered clean restrooms, the store front was busy but they were on point checking people out and answering questions. There was a restaurant insiee offering fresh sandwiches from Subway. People at this location were from all over and kinda even felt like a mini party. They had alot to offer for a truck stop. The restroom were full but up keep was way better than I thought or expected. Several small purchases made at this location.

The gas station itself is ok no real issues there but the bathrooms are pretty nasty. The mens urinals do not flush, paper towel dispenser had the lid falling off and not working also the over all smell was bad

Super small showers with no shower curtain. Water goes everywhere. But biggest complaint. NO A/C in shower. Sweating when I went in and sweating coming out.

I like pilot good food/snacks, variety of this and if you get a good location, nice employees.

No cups of grapes or hard boiled eggs. Also, they dont have bean to cup coffee here. Parking is full by 4pm.

Womens restroom is small, however clean, second shift ladies were very very sweet. Comfortable parking, nice grassy area behind parking for pets to do their business. Even allows you to drop the trailer, if you need to run to the nearby Walmart or go grab something to eat. All in all 2nd and 3rd Shift, very very comfortable and nice people, one on first shift is so so. Walking to the pilot store nice and comfortable and cool, however the Wendys is hot.

My husband is a truck driver, he regularly parks here for his home time. The actual store is fine, but the parking lots for these trucks are awful, I have to be a NASCAR driver to avoid them in the back lot, and theres only 7 parking spaces in front of the store. They clearly have the means to repair and expand, but they dont. Just be careful coming in here.

Took a cold shower at 4 am. When I spoke with manager, she tells me that I need to play with it to get hot water(she showed me by turning the water halfway). I was told that theres nothing she can do and I should have gotten out of the shower, dressed and spoken with a team member... very dissatisfied

My focus on this review is the mens restroom. When I walked in, the urinals were so close to the door, it nearly hit someone who was taking a whiz. If someone walked by the mens room when the door swung open, there would be a free peep show. Everything else about the gas station was average.

Dont play the machines. I had 160 pts ($8). The reader said I had 65 pts($3.50). They couldnt print a ticket so I couldnt redeem. Said I could come back tomorrow but I live over 2 hours away. I suggested they unplug them and she says no there arent that many people that play. Really! Your going to make it possible for someone else to experience the same issueIts like stealing money. Ill never stop here again when passing thru and Ill be cautious is I stop at other Pilots. Which I do often it used to anyway

Its connected to Wendeys, which helps a lot when you want to go to the next store. The prices are good and the gas station is a good place to get some items for the road.

Friendly folks, clean everywhere but tiny little stalls in the bathroom. I was disappointed they didnt have the deli with pizza and wings, just roller grill hot dogs. Still a pleasant stop for fuel and a few snacks.
