Saturday morning and they are supposed to be open at 10:00 am 😕. Finally gave up and left at 10:28 when no one showed up!!!

Absolutely love this place! Been a customer for years! I mail items to my children out of state and Im always helped to find the most economical yet safe way to ship. Last week I mailed out very important birthday gift. The young lady was so helpful dealing with the claim as the package was delivered late by the carrier. Thanks again guys!!!

Every time I go in pack and ship, I always come out pleased! The staff are so helpful and efficient and they always give service with a smile. The store is so conveniently located and so much easier to deal with than others! Pack and ship is definitely my number one choice!

Awful place. The employees lack common sense and kindness. They tried to charge me $50.00 then $36.00 to mail a birthday card to someone in Canada. Instead of recommending I mail it from the USPS. He told me he did not have access to USPS prices when I asked him if the post office was this expensive, but he knew he was charging an excessive amount. He knew it was a flat letter because I showed him. Had he been kind enough to advise me it would be better to mail it via the USPS I would have thought a whole lot more about this business and utilized them if I had to ship something. I advise everyone to go to some place else if they have anything to ship.

We have used Pack and Ship for 6 going on 7 years now - ever since we moved here - and would NEVER go back to a PO Box at the actual post office! Service is great (and being a college town we have gone through 2 sets of employees due to them graduating and leaving). They always hire the most patient, kindest staff! Since where we live down a dirt road it is nearly impossible to get anything delivered Pack and Ship gets stuck accepting some crazy boxes for us (a bed last month for example) and they called me when it arrived and then cheerfully assisted me in loading it! They have always gone above and beyond to help in any situation and their pricing on a box is right on par with everyone else. Even if the USPS actually started delivering out here I still would probably not waste my time, but instead keep a PO box with Pack and Ship! Keep up the great job yall!

Absolutely horrible! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The employees are incompetent and should not be trusted to run any business. Shipped 3 packages with them 2 of which were lost and no one there including the manager could explain how this happened or offer any assistance on finding them. The 3rd package somehow made it to destination but had to pay more postage before it could be picked up because they did not put enough on even though I paid for it. When I tried to file a claim for the 120 dollars worth of lost merchandise I was told to take it up with the post office because there is apparently no accountability with this company. Bottom line attempting to do business with this company cost me 240 dollars because of their incompetence in doing the job they are paid to do.

Went in and he tried to charge me to drop off a package that was already prepaid for. When asked where another ups store was he said all the way in Willis, when we looked up on maps there was a drop box right around the corner. He had horrible adittude.
