Possible Long Review Alert. I come to staples just for one item. A notebook, so I decide not to grab a buggy/cart. I head strait for the notebooks, then decide to take a detour to the clearance section. On my detour I see manager Greg scanning stuff midway past.. continue further.. while shopping clearance I decide I need something to put my stuff in. So I grab tub, Manager Greg says are you going to buy that? So I indulge, prob not but I didnt have a buggy/cart. So instead of Great problem solving and selecting a multitude of response. He criticizes me and instead and slightly interrogated me. I didnt really understand his need to not problem solve and say let me get you a cart, a hand basket anything. Instead he complains about how much my choice to grab a tub the size of a hand basket was gonna create more work for himself. Once I continued shopping I did notice that the hand held baskets were available in convenient areas by most aisles. So why could Greg who is a manager in the store. Say or ask me if I knew they were conviently located in most aisles. Because I wasnt really in an aisle. Then I felt as if he continued to follow me around. I asked the cashier what his name was and when I found out he was A MANAGER it just blew my mind that he was so rude. I frequent this STAPLES when I print but thats basically it. Its so irritating to me to be treated this way. I hope he was just having a bad day and this is not normal behavior or acceptable treatment of customers.

Says they are open 8am-8pm and they were closed before 6pm…

Website said it was in stock but it wasn’t. I willcall next time.

Karen at the print area was absolutely amazing! I needed help on a project and she went above and beyond. She relieved so much stress from me and I can’t thank her enough! I will come to get and use staples for all of my stationary needs!!!

The store was clean and well stocked. The cashier was pleasant and helpful. They had the item I was looking for in stock. I was not wild about the price, but made the purchase as it was something I need for work. It was easy to find and I managed to get the last one they had on the shelf. I will go there again to get supplies and take advantage of their reward program.

They have a good amount of stock for varying different office and student needs. It feels a little expensive but not anything excessive. Staff was friendly and ready to help and the stuff I purchased was good quality. Overall a pretty good experience!

Very nice store. Everyone was polite and very helpful. I was looking for toner to check availability and a nice gentleman asked what I was looking for and instead of saying over there or isle 5 he actually went and found the item showed me where it was and even verified the cost. Way better customer service than many places. Good sales and great discounts and coupons if you are on their mailing list. Worth it. 10$ off 10$ purchase. Was the best so far.

This is the best Staples in Huntsville! Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean. I always have a great experience at this location.

I live close to this store and the staff is generally helpful and friendly. Ive done a good bit of work with the copy department - convenient and well staffed and stocked. I have had to get some important legal briefs copied and bound quickly. I believe the young lady who has helped me is Mendy (?). Shes been awesome! The manager, a big African-American guy, Anthony (?) is always friendly and helpful, as well.

Had some Eagle prints done today. 12/23/2017. The young lady helping me was ANAZINGLY helpful, polite and just a pleasure to work with! I think I have a new printing company! Loved her!!!

Had a rush print project and called first thing in the morning to find out if they could do it. I was told they could, I called several times throughout the day to make sure it was on track for the afternoon, and each time they said theyre working on it. By the evening with no word, I called and they put me on hold for 30 minutes. I finally hung up and called back, and they said it was a shift change --- someone put me on hold and went home! The new person said their machines have been down for hours, they dont see my order, and they are really busy and doubt theyll be able to do my job. Ridiculous, terrible customer service. I will never use this location again.

Overall nice experience, good and attentive staff. The cattle chute to get to the exit, filled with whatsits and gizmos, was very obnoxious and confusing.
