Large selection of items including fabrics, knitting yarn, picture framing, odds and sods for crafts...too much to call out. All in a pleasant atmosphere. Really like Hobby Lobby. There is such a variety for any hobby, decorating, or other similar need you have. There is enough there to help inspire any creativity and make it happen. Thank you for the sales you have also. I was able to add to an ocean theme in my office to pull everything together.

Long time customer and BIG fan of Hobby Lobby. The employees are cheerful and quick to assist customers, a direct result of quality management. The store is always clean and well stocked. The restrooms have NO HOT WATER. Washing hands in ICE COLD water is terribly painful for some people. They could do a much better job at cleaning the restroom and making sure the trashcans arent overflowing. The overhead speakers play instrumental music, some of which is depressing and frequently played at funerals. The music seems louder in certain areas of the store which makes communication difficult. Several of the art easels on display have been broken for months. No one seems to know how to operate or adjust the easels.

We go there any time we need supplies and theyre always great. Everyone is helpful and the store is very organized usually easy to find things for all our hobbies and projects. This location is close to other places as well. They have a very good selection of items for all major hobbies and are reasonable as well.

I have gotten into knitting recently and love to buy my yarn at this store. There is a huge selection at great prices. They also have plenty of other craft items plus a framing service. They also have a variety of household knickknacks to stock your home.

The employees have always been very helpful and friendly here. The store itself is kept very organized and clean and theres something for everyone in the family from home decor to art supplies and toys

Quite nice! We went to get some paper for my daughter to use for oragimi. The fact that it turned out to be on sale made it even better! Of course, we left with a lot more than just paper, including artificial flowers and gel pens. The selection was good. The staff was polite and practiced good social distancing. We will return in the future for our crafting needs.

Went to get a picture framed. They told me they could do it, took my poster; however, THREE weeks later called me and let me know that they not only hadn’t gotten it framed, but that they couldn’t do it. Then I went to pick it up, and they lost my poster. This is a $200 rare poster. A week later they call me to let me know they “found” the poster. I went and got it and they threw away the poster holder and messed up the ends of my poster. Last time I ever go to hobby lobby... horrible business and even worse customer service

So many sales and beautiful florals check the website for an extra 40% off anything thats not on sale.

With no aisle labels, narrow passageways, and some aisles blocked off one way in hope of responding to covid somehow?, navigation is treacherous. People would almost run into me and profusely apologize, and I felt so bad because it really wasnt their fault.On a more positive note, they have some really cool, specialized paintbrushes. I might buy some for those special artists in my life. But online this time!

I can always find items I like here but the price jumps are getting out of hand. Even with the 40/50% off. I was looking for autumn/Thanksgiving stuff but walked out almost empty handed because the prices on some of the same stuff I got last yr was unreasonably high in my opinion. not really only my opinion though... I overheard another conversation between two women on the other side of the aisle from me saying the same thing and they left empty handed.

Great experience getting a drawing matted and picking out a frame for it. They cut the mat while I waited so I didnt have to make a second trip and were very helpful in picking out a good color to match the picture. Great customer service.

Cashiers Natasha and Kaylee need to learn manners especially when Natasha tells me I need to learn how to read because the sign above certain items I was going to purchase is misleading! I was actually here spending my $500 dollars worth of gift card my husband had given me for Valentines Day because up until today this was my favorite store to shop at, I have never been treated that way and this is supposed to be a Christian owned store ! The manager Gene was very polite when I called it to his attention and as I was leaving Kaylee proceeds to tell me have a nice day with a smirky smile ! Signs promoting half off need to be placed better and if someone that works for your company needs to be courteous not rude

It is always so much fun to walk around and see what they have. They always have a neat well stocked store with a friendly staff. Their seasonal areas have some great things. I cant got in here without walking out with more than I came for.

I enjoy this store for all that they carry. Everything is always so neat and tidy, displayed perfectly. I went in the first of the week and one lady was genuinely helpful to me! Honestly I normally feel like I am invisible when I come here. I wish I had gotten her name, she was truly kind and helpful beyond anyone Ive ever come in contact with there before. I hope her servants heart and sweet cheerful smile will be a beacon in the Decatur store for a long time. I will be crushed if I learn that she is a seasonal hire.

Lots of home decor options. Can typical find anything you are looking for. Pricing really is only reasonable if on sale, since they have sales on all the items almost every other week it seems to be that they are aware upfront that their prices are too high.
