Came to big lots to pick up a table set on University Dr. We ordered it online for the University location but unfortunately the table we wanted was at a different location. The guy named Anthony who works in the furniture department helped us out very well. He suggested we try a similar table set and it was perfect. Anthony did an amazing job and helped us out a lot. Prices are like any other store and not discounted at all. Bought some wax for the burner and they were regular price but smelled old. Nice selection of items but not discounted

Big lots, has come a long way. Both stores, University and Memorial Pkwy, have rearranged the stores. I really love what they have done. Both stores are clean and I really like that..very nice staff.

Was sent to this Big Lots Store from the other Big Lots to get a piece of furniture that I wanted. It was on February 8th Saturday night about 7:00pm. The workers were just like at the other Big Lots Store in Huntsville. They were on the ball. I told the lady at the register what I needed and she called to someone in the back to check to see if they had the furniture item that I wanted and they did have it. He brought it right up and she rang me up and I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. Exceptional service. Nice and friendly and helpful too. Thank you all so much. The service was excellent unlike any he service in Lawrenceburg Tennessee Big Lots where I was run around by workers that knew nothing for about an hour and I still didn’t know anything. Had to do the calling other stores for my item by myself. Never want to go there again.

The store was clean and organized. They greeted me as I walked in. Pricing of the items were great. I was disappointed when I tried to use a manufacturer coupon at checkout. It would not scan and the clerk didnt seem to know what to do. I would still recommend the store, just not to use that type of coupon (proctor and gamble) there.

Probably the cleanest Big Lots Ive ever been in, especially just a couple of days after Christmas which is when I went. I got some good deals on what I needed. Super friendly staff, one guy saw I had an armful of stuff but hadnt gotten a buggy so he ran and got one for me, without being asked to do so. Friendly cashier. You cant ask for much else in a store.

The store was clean and the employees were friendly. I went there for a Halloween item I saw on their website and it was in stock as well as a fairly decent selection of Halloween items. The prices on the items I looked at were reasonably priced.

Waited 18 minutes for price check had 2 associates looked for price couldnt find it. Manager came to front then seemed just made up price. $11 for 6 rolls of cottonelle. No thanks.

This store is very clean and organized. I always enjoy shopping in this one. You never know what you might find when you go to Big Lots, but you can be sure it will be a bargain. They had lots of Christmas sale items even though it was before Christmas.

Its big lots. Its not walmart or target. Its way different and good for what it is.

Good finds, though way too pricey if you want to finance furniture. you would end up paying 900 for a 300 couch after all was said and done, so dont finance there, plus they dont deliver, so youd pay extra for delivery.

Decent selection but service is never great there like it is at the N. Parkway store. This time 5 employees were standing at or behind the checkout discussing baby names while we stood there waiting for someone to check us out.
