Customer service is alive and well at Huntsville Tractor & Equipment. If you need equipment, I highly recommend going to see them. I started my communications with HT&E via email and got a quick response with answers to my questions and a good amount of information. I then showed up at the location unannounced. I was greeted within 30 seconds of entering the showroom and asked if there was anyone I was already working with that they could get for me. I was very happy about this, as I had been to other equipment dealers in the area and waited in front of a desk with multiple people sitting at it for upwards of 15 minutes without being asked if I needed help. HT&E is different. I was then introduced to the gentleman who I had been communicating with via email who took me out to show me the Kubota Z series mower that I was interested in. He answered a multitude of questions that I had about the machine and spent a lot of time giving me helpful information about it and really made me feel like I was a valued customer. This place sells equipment that cost many thousands of dollars and what I was purchasing was not close to that amount of money but they still made me feel like I was important to them no matter the amount of money I spent. Also, they didnt treat mefunny because of how I looked. I had been working outside most of the day and it had been months since I had a haircut. I honestly probably didnt look like someone who had the means to purchase anything from them other than maybe a quart of oil. They didnt care about how I looked and you could tell that they werent just acting like they didnt care. These are the kind of people who treat everyone with the same amount of respect. I appreciate that. When I decided to purchase the equipment, and was talking with them, I found out that they are a family owned company. This made me feel even better about purchasing from them. They had put me on their board to have the mower delivered the next day. Then, while I was sitting in the office signing papers another thing happened that I liked. A gentleman came to the office door and asked if they could deliver the equipment that day because they were going to be headed that way with some other equipment. This worked out well for me and I appreciated the fact that they asked and didnt just assume it would be okay. They wouldnt have had a problem delivering it the next day either. But, the same day worked well for me. When the guy came out to deliver the mower he was very friendly and made sure I had all the information I needed about the machine. Again, I say: Customer service is alive and well at Huntsville Tractor & Equipment!

Purchasing a Tractor = Great. Service = Completely Dissatisfied. We needed our tractor serviced and I had to make the call on whether to take it in or have them service it at our property. I asked several days in advance on whether or not it would be worth it to rent a trailer or just to have them come to my property. I was quoted $2 per mile to service at the property, plus an additional $25 an hour on labor. All in all, they estimated about $150 to have the convenience of having it serviced on our property. So we made the call to have it serviced here. REALITY = almost +$300 to have it serviced here versus the shop. I absolutely would have taken another route if I had known this would be the case. I called to express my confusion and was told we thought customers just understood thats the way it is in this line of work. I did however get my answer on why it was so much higher than expected and estimated: They charge $2 per mile. Thats fair and what was expected. The difference came down to labor. You pay from the time the driver gets ready to head your way. So not only are you paying an additional $25 per hour on labor, but you are getting charged that additional labor fee for the FULL TIME that the driver is away from their shop. So you pay mileage AND labor. I have no way to confirm the time needed for this driver. What if there was traffic? Would I get charged an additional hour? What if they get a burger, etc? I was charged for 2.5 hrs of labor at this higher rate. Mechanic was here for an hour. That means I payed 1.5 hours of labor for the driver to be on the road, or $187.50 for him to drive to my farm PLUS $2 per mile so $271.50 just to drive to my farm. It also only takes 29 minutes to get to their shop, so 58 minute round trip which means out of that 1.5 labor hours that I got charged for where he wasnt physically here, only an hour was used for driving. Who knows what the other half hour went to... Anyways, I know what to expect now and will be performing my own servicing unless it is just something absolutely massive that I cannot handle myself. In which case, I will rent or buy a trailer because thats a better expense of my hard earned farm money than to pay high-end mechanic labor prices to have a guy on the road. I wish there had been better communication up front. Extremely disappointed and a bad reflection of Huntsville Tractor and Equipment.
I have been using HTE for a few years now. I have purchased a few tractor attachments, a new skid loader and some redmax equipment from Brett and he has got me taken care of me on the sales side and I have been extremely happy with the products he has sold us! I have used the service department for some work on a kubota zero turn mower and some work on a skidsteer attachment and I have been pleased with the service department and have got me taken care of and they were extremely easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks HTE!
Excellent customer service and a great experience from start to finish! They are very responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly! They sold me my first piece of equipment. I was treated like A VIP client from the moment I emailed them for a quoteb until delivery of my CTL! I wish they sold cars as well!! I highly recommend their business and of course their Kubota products! I will definitely be purchasing future equipment from them!!

I’ve had many great experiences, they seem to have EVERY part i have needed in stock! I drive from Fayetteville most times due to this even though there is a Kubota dealer 5 minutes from my house.

I’ve put off buying our first tractor for years and was always afraid it’d be just like a car dealership.After price shopping for a while in middle TN I called this company to compare. I spoke to a salesman, but when I visited in person I was introduced to Blake, the owner. Blake showed me the tractor in question, took his time and went over the features since I was a newbie, and made us feel at home. He even followed up with the original owner to check recent service history, etc. I was thoroughly impressed.The tractor was delivered the next business day and ahead of schedule. I have nothing but great things to say about the buying process. I’ll be back for future needs and recommend them to others.

Dont bring your equipment here they have a person working there probably more that stays messed up on pain pills and Xanax messing up anything they work on. So if you care anything about your equipment dont bring it to Huntsville Tractor and equipment
We have two mini ex. Dont know how we got by without them. They are ran everyday and have never let us down. Super machines
They have an old guy as a mechanic and no telling how many other thats always messed up on pain pills and Xanax breaking equipment youre better off finding a different place to take your equipment to!!
Service department is terrible, very unorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest.Took two different machines there over a period of six months and was highly disappointed both times.They charge different prices than quoted, broke pieces on my machine, lost the keys, and were terrible about communicating.Everyone seem like they just wanted to pass the buck and didnt care. Wont be returning.Highly recommend you avoid the service department here at all cost.

Called Aaron on a Friday afternoon and got a price for a Kubota zturn mower. Went to look at it the next day Saturday and decided to buy it. Everything Aaron told me on the phone was the exact numbers when we done the paperwork and the financing was super smooth. Ive never financed anything that quick and that smooth before. Would highly recommend Huntsville tractor if your looking for a mower or tractor.
