I was really impressed at the sheer volume of stuff here. Id guess the prices area on par with Tractor Supply, maybe a little higher then Lowes or Home Depot. But everyone seemed nice.

Found lots of interesting & useful items, some prices are a tad high but nothing too outrageous. Found a Peach tree I want for my back yard, the price was under $30 which was great!

Love this store. Basically a huge tractor supply but with more variety and choices to chose from . Feed,seed,clothes, guns, ammo, tree stands, auto supplies, trailer supplies, you name it they got it. Staff was very friendly also. We went on Halloween night and the cashiers had to have a pic of our costumes. I was the deer and the wife was the headlights = deer in the headlights.lol

Rural King was one of my favorite stores when they first opened up and they stayed very busy since then until recently. On my most recent visit the store was more disorganized than I had ever seen it before with several items completely empty or lacking prices. The smell in the store is unpleasant and from what I’ve seen they have more animals than the staff can take care of. Speaking of staff they could use some more and overall the store just need to be brought back to how it was when it first opened because I genuinely liked shopping here until recently.

My expectations may have been too high. I get RK Guns ads all the time. Was shocked at how tiny/lacking their firearms/firearm accessories area was. Was organized weird. Was like an Ollies.

I pretty much know the whole crew at this Risk King all the way from G.M Mike to evening managers and shift managers such as Mark Shawn and even customer service manager Jasmine and knowing all of these guys and the genuine love they have for the customers and even better the Lord Jesus Christ is what makes it all the more better.I love just going in and seeing what all they have gotten new while I eat popcorn,sipping on a cup of good ole Rual King Coffee and listen to soothing christian music.I would rather pay more here at this place knowing the kind of people whom run it with devotion to the customers and there job then go anywhere else but the GREAT part is,they are always cheaper than ANY of there competitions.Keep up the great work guys and Ill see you all again tommorow.GOD BLESS TO ALL OF YOU

All your needs in one store. The staff were very helpful. Really good sale prices. Plenty of stock on shelves. Nice variety. Could use a few more options on mowers. Picked up a utility trailer that day. Excellent quality. Will definitely see them again.

To start with I was starting to pay for what I wanted. The register was not working right manager couldnt fit it. It rang up my stuff I put debit card in and the register kick it out like u had put cash in. 3 cashier was working in it but it was not fixing it. In the mean time the cashier check another man dunn him the same way. He just walked out cashier didnt try to stop him. He got his free all this time they had me typed up. I was there about 30 - 40 min. Th told me talk my stuff to the register. We was in line we heard the cashier tell the man in line to put card in but not to put in his pin. That flue all over my husband and I. My husband husband said excuse me, she said she was not talking to him. He said he knew that. He told her that was not right to ask him to do that. She told him to mind his own business. That didnt set with him. We told that we were leaving. She was hollowing back and forth to us. We left our merchandise there we didnt try to take because we hadnt paid for it. My husband said we would not be back in that store again. They said fine.as we were going out the door another lady came up behind us. She was saying she was sorry. My husband said it was to late for that. I can tell you my husband and I will not be back in that store again. This was not our first bad experience there we looked over that.

Rural King is a great store. We saved quite a bit on an in-ground dog fence. They had the extra collars $20 cheaper.They are sort of a Mashup of a feed and farm supply store, a hardware store, and a Kmart from the 80s. Highly recommended for anyone who gardens or lives in the country.

Absolutely love rural king. Very clean store, well stocked, all the employees are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would rather shop here than Walmart any day. Their livestock areas are very clean and all the animals (chicks and rabbits) are very well taken care of, all pens had clean water and food and fresh bedding. Great selections to choose from in every department.

Best prices in town shop for a little bit of anything that you need

Drove from Chelsea Al one year ago to this store to buy a 7 foot tiller for a tractor. Tiller broke last week and drove back to this store today to exchange, warranty.The people that I dealt with on the phone as well as in the store were absolutely great. Often exchanging a defective item can be a chore. Not at this store, makes you want to do business there.Sure wish there was a Rural King closer than 100 miles. Keep up the good service and open a store closer

Soy first time here was awesome. Better variety and prices than tractor supply. Oh and first place I found with oil cheaper than Wal mart. Baby chicks year round almost and any kind you want. Lots of clothes and even some groceries. Several people ask me if I needed help. I will be back !

People were nice. I found the boots for my daughter to go to equestrian GS camp. Place is huge. Definitely lots of selection. Prices are decent. Staff seemed pretty knowledgeable. Overall a good place to shop. Very easy access & location

We enjoyed shopping here, but we were disappointed to find that one of the main items advertised in the circular was out of stock on the first day of the sale, though we got there shortly after they opened. Honestly, that put a cloud over the sales paper for me because I am forced to wonder will I again end up driving all the way over there for an item thats missing, though freshly advertised. Not looking to gamble on the sales...

This store has so much to offer in the way of inventory. The employees are friendly and helpful. Well definitely be back!

God, Guns and Rural King, need I say more.....But I will, I buy almost all my chickens and some dog food there as well as tractor and car consumables.

As it states Rural King has a wide wide variety of farm, lawn clothes automotive, guns, groceries, pet supplies, fencing, recreational etc etc... Friendly staff & great prices & sales of various items regularly... Even has free coffee & popcorn available when you after you enter the store... Recommend.....

Great store. Variety of things from outdoor furniture to carpet shampooers. We found an awesome windmill for the backyard and some hammock chairs that have a stand. Great prices and friendly staff.

Ive been waiting half an hour for a return. I purchased online for in store pick up. I had to return the item. They couldnt use the order number, but needed a transaction number which only a manager could look up. This process needs improvement!

My absolute most favorite place to go. Staff is people oriented, friendly and always smiling. Makes it seem like a mom and pop store even though the store is so large.

Store had a lot of bare shelves and out of stocks throughout. Lots of pricing integrity issues with wrong prices on shelves, and price labels not matching merchandise on the shelf. Went to purchase weed killer that shows online to be instock, get there and shelf is bare. Long line at checkout with only 1 register open. Its sad to see the store falling into its current condition. 😕

Ordered two 5 gallon buckets of Rotella 15w40 oil on line and selected pick up at store. Drove 30 miles to pick up. Item was not pulled or waiting for me. No one knew anything about it. After I showed them I had already paid for it two hours before someone finally went to get it. Came back and told me they didn’t have it. Never apologized or said anything when she handed me my credit receipt. What has happened to this company. There were just a bunch of kids running the place and no one wanted to work. Sorry place.

Super place...all you would need in farm needs...only drawback could not get water proof steel toed boots both in my sons size. Bought a chain saw...super sales associate in this department!

Their prices on guns are alright and the staff has been super friendly about me calling so far, however they definitely should’ve invested more into their computers/systems they use to purchase and preform background checks upon purchasing a gun, I feel like I’m annoying staff having to call and check on my delayed status and this morning when I went to check the status the system was down for them but not for my buddy at a local shop so all they had was what they printed out that morning which was a little disappointing considering they usually check your current status on the computers I still don’t know when I’ll receive my pistol but I’ve got my fingers crossed!

I love this place. I used to go next door, but Ive found rural king is just better for all of my household needs. I dont have a farm or anything like that, but everything I do need for my yard, trees, and lawn tractor are always in stock.

One of the employees pointed me to a less expensive product which works just as well as the name brand. He saved me over 20 dollars one just the one item.

I have a love/hate relationship with Rural King.... love the store, hate how much I spend. Sometimes they will sell out seasonal items pretty quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, like so many other places right now you can not find an associate to assist you or check you out.

Glad they sell duck food. We go to big spring a lot and their kibble machines are awful. Helps to have your own bag.

Great prices, well stocked, and the cashier was AMAZINGLY friendly. I went a few times when it was new, but I am glad I came back. Prices on bird feed? Better than Lowes. Prices of DEF treatment? Half of Sams. And their 12-12-12 was on sale, 11 bucks.

This was my kind of place. The prices were reasonable, and the items were of good quality. I definitely had to go back and get a cart. The section that was disappointing to me was the equine section, since it was smaller and not well organized. I do think they were doing an aisle reset, so its understandable. I do feel like it was a little more for pets than livestock in the animal part of the store, but there was still adequate supplies for farm and ranch work. The boot section was extensive for a store like that. They also had some really good deals, as well as a broad selection of items for sale.

Service was not what you find everyday! From walk in getting immediate service,. with cattle fencing and such. And the young man helping load did an outstanding Job.

Second visit over the weekend. First visit in February was a great experience: clean store, stocked shelves, friendly employees. We looked forward to returning. Until we returned. When we got the front door we almost didnt even go any further. The smell of dead animals and rat urine is overwhelming, and we were wearing masks! The store should be closed by the health department. The entire store was filthy, barely stocked, and employees ignored you. It was a very fast visit and grabbed only one thing we came there for. We couldnt wait to get out.

Price are very reasonable but the customer service is awful! If you want a company to appreciate your business this is not it. The employees are hanging out and are not helpful at all. I buy alot of heavy bags of feed and they are never available to load it.

This place is neat. Little bit of everything. Been there 5-6 times, usually leave very happy. Just a little concerned because the staff turnover seems to be high. Unfortunately that usually means the newby cant help you. Last week, we went in looking to purchase a stable rake/muck take. The employee we asked had no clue what it was and sent us to lawn rakes... we finally found them in the animal care area. Hoping they succeed.🙂

Lots of seed choices for feeding wild birds. A good assortment of chews for dogs as well. There was more to the store which well check out the next time we are there.

Rural King👑 is exactly what the name implies. Everything one could want a farm/ranch store to be, and then some. Plus employees ready and willing to help you find that hard-to-find item. Easy to enter and exit with PLEANTY of parking.

Fun place to browse and look for good deals. Staff is always helpful. Before Covid they gave out free fresh popcorn and coffee.

Rural King has a little bit for everyone, catering more toward (as the name suggests) rural families and farmers. The prices are not what I would call competitive, but the selection is certainly abundant. You can get clothes, foods, tools, farm equipment, pet supplies, firearms, etc. The store is in a previous Gander Mountain and while the space is extremely adequate the store feels run down already. The bathrooms however, they were a disaster and I am glad I did not have my son with me.

Love shopping here for farm & gardening supplies! Love their outdoor decorating items, especially the prices!! They also sell Baby Chicks!!

Best Rural king I have been into so far. Very large. Reminds me of Blaines Farm and Fleet in Wisconsin. Had more land supplies than Sweetwater store. Wish they would build one near Red Bank or Chattanooga.

There are never available carts when we go and if there are they are in absolute shambles and barely hanging on. Prices are actually higher than any other store even though lowest prices are advertised. The staff is usually friendly but lately they have been rude and seem entirely disgusted when asked for help (except for the gentleman in guns&ammo, great fellows).

The store was out of everything, I understand they maybe shopped hard on a weekend, but if you have outs fill them, thats how you make sales! All the employees were just standing around in groups talking when they could of been working the freight on the risers and filling all the empty holes on the shelves!!! So I could of got the things I needed.

After calling the store and being told that the product I wanted to buy (a 12 foot utility trailer) was in stock and ready for pick up, I arrived at the store the next day to be told by the manager that they had not had a 12 ft trailer in stock for over 30 days. Did not know when they would have one and offered no apology.

I always find so much I didnt know that I needed whenever I go here!

Its like Costco, Home Depot and Aldi had a baby then gave it up for adoption and it was raised by its country western grandmother. The store has everything you would ever want to buy from every type of store you would normally shop at. Theyve got clothes, theyve got food theyve got power tools and everything in between, all at like discount store prices. They have every size of blue jean in every style of blue jean you would ever consider wearing. They carry size 36-38 jean just in case basketball players for the San Antonio Spurs decided to drop in and buy a pair of jeans.
