Guys are super helpful and knowledgeable. The parts counter guys are always happy to help even when I go in their with a vague description of what I need. Theyll look through the parts manuals to ensure I am getting what I need the first time. Always happy to get stuff overnighted if not available.

This was originally a scathing review but want to now update. I want to thank Randy and Wayne for cleaning up the absolute nightmare of miscommunication and follow through that was Lowes, Lowes Warranty Department and most disappointing Lowes Sales Manager Matt Steves, who made promises and gave assurances but was apparently doing no more then blowing smoke up my a$$. Very long story short (you can read the Lowes review on their site) After Matt Steves from Lowes picked up my mower he then proceeded to take it back to Lowes where it sat for more than 3 weeks without him contacting TriGreen for pick up. Finally Randy found it, picked it up, repaired it and then delivered it to me in the same day. Again, thank you for getting to the bottom of my problem and solving it. I would recommend Tri-Green and if youve got a problem, call Randy, hes the problem solver!
I had an issue with my new John Deere Riding lawnmower. After speaking with Trigreen they sent someone out for pick up. When the driver, Chris, arrived he asked me about the issue.It turned out to be a minor issue, and he solved quickly. I appreciate the time and effort he took. The unit is under warranty, but he saved me from any down time a unit repair can incur.Thank you again to Chris and Trigreen. Ill definitely stay with them for future services.

If you are looking for a small workhorse tractor I honestly feel the 1025r is a great one. We dealt with Jason and will do it again...

Bought a riding mower here, great service. Madison was knowledgeable, respectful and even mailed me an owners manual when the original was missing.
I did not have perfect interaction with them, but how they handled the problem is why they get top marks. I sent them my new Ztrak for its break-in service and paid to upgrade the front tires with solid rubber ones. When it was delivered I noticed the tires had not been replaced. Called about the problem and they had the service manager contact me within the next hour. He confirmed that the error was on their end and sent someone out to my home first thing the next morning to replace the tires. The great customer service and quick correction shows their dedication to making things right.

Okay, so I purchased a used tractor and had some problems after the sale. Anybody can sell you a tracotr, but its the after the sale when a problem arrives that makes the difference. Bought a used JD 318D Skid steer that was supposedly Checked out I paid for the complete checkout and to change all the filters and fluids. They told me about the obvious, like torn seat, but not about the bent lift arms. They greased this and checked it out and didnt notice it? I felt sick after I saw it, but nothing you can do buying used. I bought from a dealer because I trusted they wouldnt screw me. Guess you cant trust anyone.Update 10/11/17I spoke with the service Manager. He said he couldnt help. Everyone has indicated that the guy that sold it to me, that has an office in your store, and takes checks made out to TriGreen equipment, isnt part of your organization..... so how did he cash a check written to TriGreen Equipment?

I have purchased from Tri-Green for many years, and have always had them perform the maintenance on my John Deere equipment. Always been satisfied. Just this month, I purchased a new riding mower and a new weed eater. Could not have asked for better service. Bought the mower from Anita, the only female sales persons there. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I purchased my weed eater from Chris Young. Chris went above his duties to ensure that I purchased just the right weed eater for my needs. In fact, I came in planning on purchasing a more expensive model than the one I actually purchased. Thanks to Chris, he let me know that I was over buying based on my usage. I could not have asked for more professional service. Tri-Green will obviously keep my business.

After how they treated me after I brought my brand new gator in for warranty work and than fixed things without consulting me first. And than held my property hostage until I paid. I’m proud to say they just missed out on a 2 thousand dollar sale. I brought my business and money else where. Never had a problem with Fayetteville trigreen. Stay away from the Huntsville branch

Maybe 1-2 knowledgeable guys in Service the others Dont go the extra mile and cant get you off the phone quick enough. Far as the pricing, its out of site pricing, yes Buisnesses need to have a markup to make money on parts, etc. With that said there markup/pricing is absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself a ton of money, buy from a Local Lawnmoer Shop or Google what your needing and buy online. Youll Thank Me Later !! ;)
Good store but I live way out, so quite a drive for a $12 part. They would do well in Decatur if trigreen would make the move with a new branch...just saying.
Went in to purchase a birthday present for my husband. Staff was very helpful in helping with my selection. They even offered extend warranty with an additional purchase.
Poor customer service. I brought in my new mower after 3 uses and they tell me the deck is wreaked. Not once did they mention anything about warranty. I also asked for them to fix a flat front tire, it was flat again by the time I got it home. Also...they asked me if I wanted my old deck back...I said yes...was so frustrated I didnt really look at the deck till I got home and guess what, it wasnt even my deck. I put my initials on my deck before dropping it off. POOR...NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A JD AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS BUSINESS.

I bought a 333G CTL earlier in the year and have had nothing but great support from Tri-green thus far. From Doug in sales, Tim, Brain and all the other in the service dept, they have all helped me a lot. I use this machine in the worst possible way for a CTL in the Forestry Mulching industry so it gets put through the ringer and these guys always are there with any issue I bring them with quick service.

This is not entirely on them, but they sure did not help the situation. We purchased a brand new John Deere yard tractor (mistake #1). We paid a lot of money in good faith assuming it would be a quality product (mistake#2). We realized the gas gauge didnt work and the wrong belt was on it causing the blades not to spin fast enough and burning up the belt. (After 2 uses and 2 weeks since purchasing) We wanted the warranty to make it right. We sent it to Tri-Green (Mistake #3) Tri-green charges $80 to come get your mower and bring it back. Normally I could be OK with that, but this was John Deeres fault. It was shoddy workmanship. So to add insult to injury, the shop, (run by a very unpleasant person) tells us the warranty will not pay for the repair because (are you ready...) the belt was broken by grass. Yes, I said by grass. Apparently the blades turned too slow and the belt being wrong caused the grass to build up and burn the belt...after 2 uses. The repair was $180....to replace a belt. Didnt fix the gas gauge which normally I could live with but the tanks are black on John Deere products so....its a guessing game. I have had nothing but trouble from John Deere and Tri-Green. Proceed with extreme caution. They would not even listen to the problems. They just wanted the money and to shut me down. Never again.......go somewhere else. Buy a more affordable and better quality product.

First two experience with this place was very bad and it will be my last experience. They need some new people in there that know what the hell there doing. The people they got in there now dont now the difference between there ass and a hole in the ground. I would not recommend anyone to carry any thing up there not even to get your oil changed
Bought a jd zero turn mower from lowes this year had to have it taken to trigreen after three months but they came and picked it up from my house and brought it back very easy for myself not having to worry about pick up and bring it to them seems to know how to help ppl

Paid ($$$) to winterize and several other fixes John Deer LT133. got it back went start and wont start. NOT GOOD!!! now we will see what they do. I was out of town when they dropped it off...Im guessing they did nothing just charged a crap load of $$$. would leave zero stars if an option.
Parts department seems knowledgeable - service department charged 450 to remove the rear plate on a tuff torque hydrostat, (which I had already done to replace the seals, fluid, and at the same time all the failsafe for the pto) once removed, they *did* diagnose the issue as the clutch, and wanted about $400 in parts, given the markup thats fair.The issues arose when they also wanted 1100 in labor to install said clutch... *ahem* it literally slides on the output shaft, then the rear plate goes back on with about a dozen easy to access 10mm bolts. With an impact takes 10 minutes tops. And that equates to 1000+ in labor? The service manager was subsequently rude when I did not want to pay 1500 to fix a 900 mower. The issue comes from the service dept treating their customers like theyre stupid. Never again.... parts sure, JD service? Heck no.Tl;DrThey diagnosed the issue; but wanted to charge roughly 2500/hr to install the parts, service dept extremely rude and insulting with their labor quotes.
Never had a bad experience here; staff is friendly and knows their stuff. Only complaint is that their parts and merchandise are generally quite expensive.
