If I could leave no stars, that is my true opinion of this company. I ordered over $700 worth of product several weeks ago. The order is still in a pending state and not shipped. They were extremely quick to charge my credit card, however have failed to return several messages that I have left to find out why my order still has not shipped. I will never recommend this company or use again. Beware, they take your money and DO NOT deliver. Customer service is non-existent.

Great site to order from with excellent customer service. I ordered a chess set to be delivered to my grandson & postman didnt deliver & didnt leave notice so I thought he didnt get it. I called & Robyn helped me troubleshoot the order, said it was at the PO, could be picked up, or shed try to change delivery to my home instead. My grandson picked it up with no problem; heres what he said: I just picked it up and its great. Beautiful board and stores really well with pieces inside. Its perfect! Thank you!! The set was just as advertised, price great & free shipping, excellent customer service. I recommend this site without reservation.

The prices and customer service cannot be beat. As a scholastic coach, Wholesale Chess fulfills most of my needs in a budget-friendly way. The sets they offer are of great quality, and their responsiveness via email (in case of a missing piece) simply cannot be beat.

So far from Wholesale Chess Ive purchased only one Quality vinyl roll-up board and one Quality Starter Combo, which consists of the same vinyl roll-up board plus a standard Club Special plastic chess set with a carrying bag. Both shipments arrived in a timely manner. Both parcels were long enough in one dimension to contain the boards without having to fold them. All merchandise was new and arrived in optimum condition. Prices for these basic items are the best Ive found online and undercut retail outlets by a wide margin. These beginner items were purchased for my students. Satisfied and persuaded to shop here when Im in the market for some pricier items.

At some point our two sets of chess pieces for demo boards diminished to one :-) so I was very happy I can buy just a replacement set instead of the whole board/pieces set. And they arrived very quickly. Thanks!

Excellent job by these guys! I bought a chess set for my son for Christmas and it arrived in the time they told me. I did have a problem with one of the rooks being broken, but a quick email back and forth and they had the new rook on the way and it arrived as promised.The set I bought was Heavy Tournament Chess Set Combo. I dont know much about chess but this set seems pretty nice for the price, and I am thinking about ordering another one for another member of our family.

I ordered a chess set, didnt get the one I wanted. (I had ordered the wrong type- my fault) I called customer service, no hold time, immediate person. Excellent service, I was treated fairly and was able to exchange my product for the one I wanted.Shipping was prompt and ahead of schedule!Will order again!

I ordered the Nobility Complete Set which comes with a storage box. The quality and detail are phenomenal. The storage box which is slotted for the individual pieces is gorgeous. I highly recommend ordering from Wholesale Chess.

Normally WSC is a great place to get chess supplies. But my most recent order was a failure as I never received my package. Customer Service was lacking in helping me resolve this problem.

Order chess set but came in just carrying bag. They put pictures of set but not the item they sale, totally misleading! Not only paid shipping fee, we have to pay to ship back for return. It’s not acceptable and will never order from them.

In one of the puzzles I purchased the whole bottom left side of the puzzle was gone. All the pieces that were missing were white and the ones missing. Dont think Ill take another chance in ordering from you.
