I used to work here. Ill always be a critic-turned fan of this fabulous jewelry. I had great times here, and the company really tries to take care of their own.Good quality jewelry and if theres an issue, they usually always replace it for you.
I tried 3 times to exchange a piece of jewelry at 3 different Pandora stores. I had 3 different stories on all are owed individually & each owner sets the polices. The last store was at the Summit in Birmingham & the had a large bold printed note on the front door. Apparently, they have had so many issues they decide to announce policy before you even walk in! So, unprofessional ... they had the size we needed, but was not able to exchange it because it was purchased from a different store. The girl handed me an envelope to mail it in for an exchange. This company has poor rules & policy’s. Never, never again will we ever shop there. Word of mouth can hurt a business. They want be around long...That’s so sad because they have beautiful jewelry. Think twice before you buy!!!

Very disappointed with Managers skills!!!! I told my husband I wanted a Cloud 9 stacking ring for Valentines Day for 35.00 and I gave him my size. It was all outlined and highlighted on a previous receipt for the first Cloud 9 ring I purchased. What could go wrong??? It was all so very clear. The manager at the store obviously didnt care what he sent my husband home with. It was completely the wrong ring, wrong price, wrong size!!!! Very disappointing Valentines Day.
Went in with my sister to get a special birthday present for our mother. they greeted us at the door then helped us pick out the perfect gift explained anything we asked about.
The store is nice, and the staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. The selection is middling, the prices are higher than internet pricing, plus you have to pay tax. Im usually an always-buy-local kind of guy, but this place is hyper niche, and theres another jewelery store (Grogans) thats actually locally owned right next door. I have a hard time recommending this store.
Nice enough staff but DO NOT use a debit card to pay here. I returned an item WITH the RECEIPT and was told 7 to 10 days before money would be back in my account. I just made an interest free loan! Never again coming here.

I like the styles of rings but if you have issues it takes months to resolve. I bought a ring which had a stone fall out only after a little while. The staff said they could exchange it but that was the end of November and still nothing and it’s the first of March. I guess I’m not understanding the process :/
