Great service! Angie is great! I broke a pair of sunglasses I purchased at a Texas location. Unfortunately they didnt save my receipt but Angie was very kind and apologetic and able to help me fix my problem easily.

I purchased a product and had a problem with the purchase. I contacted the store, they suggested that I look for a resolution with corporation. Customer service was dismissive and rather insulting. Quite the far cry from the company Im used to dealing with. I am very disappointed with the attitude towards a loyal customer. I will probably be looking to spend my money elsewhere in the future. Buyer beware!

10/6/18 Went to this location with intent to buy myself and boyfriend a new pair of sunglasses but there was not an employee working. Hours claimed to be open at 10am we went in at 10:30am and waited around for about 5 minutes and even attempted to call with no luck.
